‘Poisoning attempt’ charges filed against French H1N1 campaign

In what is being seen as the first of many such actions to come, nine individuals have filed formal charges claiming that the H1N1 campaign is a deliberate attempt to poison the French population.
These charges, which were filed yesterday, could not come at a more inopportune moment for the government and health specialists. The vaccination campaign got underway last Tuesday in a climate of national skepticism as to the vaccine’s safety and efficiency, and this news will surely boost the morale of the increasing number of anti-vaccine lobbyists who are beginning to organize their resistance to any attempt to vaccinate the population against H1N1.
Nine inhabitants of the Isére region of France are cited as joint plaintiffs in the case, including a health sector worker, a teacher and a radio talk show host. They met each other at various public meetings held to denounce the vaccine’s alleged health risks.
The charges take the form of a ‘plainte contre X’ which means that the perpetrator of an alleged crime or felony is not known, or is not named, in the charge sheet. This is a commonly used manner of filing complaints in France, particularly where the charges relate to supposed government implication in alleged breaches of the law. In cases where those trials proceed after prior examination of the facts, the specific persons or organizations concerned are designated and charged as the trial proceeds.
Jean-Pierre Joseph, the plaintiffs’ lawyer, describes the vaccination campaign as “A veritable attempt to poison.” He confirmed that the charges were filed at the High Court in Grenoble before the court’s senior examining magistrate. He said other court cases involving other plaintiffs would begin soon
The various charges filed included one of “Attempting to administer substances…of a nature which could result in death.”
“The aim is to put a stop to what we consider to be an act of poisoning,” according to Joseph. “The interest of this action is that people in France now have a means by which to express their concern as citizens by saying publicly “We are aware that the vaccination campaign is a swindle.”
Similar court actions are planned in other areas of the Isére, as well as in Paris, Pau and Nantes, and several hundred vaccine opponents are beginning to organize themselves on the internet with a view to filing class action charges.
The government and health authorities are currently battling to persuade people to get vaccinated against increasingly difficult odds. Opposition to the campaign has been increasing steadily, and various polls taken over the last few days put the figure for those who do not intend to get vaccinated as high as 70 percent.
Their task is being made even more arduous by the fact that while authorities believe on the one hand that vaccination is essential despite negative public reaction, the French have traditionally proved to be very quick to condemn and file charges in cases where not enough was said to be done to prevent other medical mishaps such as the Mad Cow outbreak and an AIDS contamination case, in which several people died and many more became HIV positive after receiving AIDS-contaminated blood transfusions in hospitals.
That signifies that the authorities have very little room to maneuver and are more or less obliged to continue the campaign in order to avoid similar charges should they decide or be forced to abandon the campaign and high numbers of people die as a result of not being vaccinated.

Now I know why this country condemns the french so much. They are more aware and have more courage than us. I’m not saying that they are proficient at war. I don’t think being “good” at war is a good thing. Of course the U.S. USED to be superior militarily when they had a just cause. As of late, they have the nervous hand of the criminal in their illegal war expeditions where they create an excuse to kill innocent people under the guise of attacking an enemy groomed and grown largely by the CIA.

The French may be more “reactive” than the Americans – but that doesn’t mean they’re more aware of the real issues…
France is being ruled by the same blood-sucking elite as every other nation – and I don’t see revolution happening there either…

During World War II, when France was occupied by the nazis, they couldn’t find back using conventional weapons. Instead they had the French resistance which helped UK and USA airmen return to the UK and escape capture. They also did their bit to sabotage bridges, trains, convoys being used to help occupy the country. There are monuments all over the countryside to mark where resistance members were executed.

Draw up the lists of those who need to be brought to justice. Write the names on placards in big bold letters that are easy to read on camera. Then get out in the streets and start making some noise. You’ll be amazed how many are with us. They just need somebody to get the party started.

Hmmm? The French think that the H1N1 vaccine is a poison , and another article here says that the Chineese are also think down the same lines !
But i’m over here in California and all I seen on TV’s mainstream prop media is the same ‘ file ‘ tape of , as the newscaster says it , ‘ swarms of people in line to get the H1N1 vaccine , before it runs out ” , but they did not report the uprisings overseas about the same vaccine.
Of course , the mainstream prop media is making it sound like there is such a demand for the H1N1 vaccine that supplies are running low or it’s running out and as you know , that makes the ‘ weak ‘ minded rush out to find a another source of the vaccine before it runs out ?

People who get themselves or their families vaccinated are working in Darwinian ways to rid society of those incapable of critical thought. This site had the video of Dr. Oz (Health Pundit/Shill) stating that his children would not get the vaccine and now here we have the Obama children not getting the vaccine.

Chancellor Angela Merkel and her staff in addition to the German military received vaccinations that had the adjuvants and mercury preservatives removed as well. Not the same vaccine being mass marketed. People of the world who accept this vaccine and allow their children to have it do not have the courage to think critically and unfortunately are killing themselves. Oblivion has its price.

I have an urgent message for you, more important than any message you can hear. God is Holy and cannot accept sin(honor thy mother and father…, thou shall not kill, thou shall not commit adultery, thou shall not steal, thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor, thou shall not covet..etc…Exodus 20:12-17). But God has provided a way for each to escape the lake of fire. He sent his Son Jesus(God manifest in the flesh-1 Timothy 3:16) who was conceived by a virgin by the Holy Spirit of God,lived a sinless life, and suffered a horrible death/shed blood and rose again 3 days later to take the penalty of YOUR sins so you dont have to pay for them in hell for eternity! He loved you so much which is why he did it! He is the only one to have fufilled the law perfectly(sinless) and paid the price of the entire world’s sins so that man could be saved on the merits of His perfection(see Romans 5:19). All you must do to be saved is BELIEVE in Him(trust in Him to save you as a sinner). You must admit your lost sinful condition to Him/that you’re worthy of hell, and ask Him to save you by placing complete trust in Jesus ALONE for salvation(an example in the Word of someone doing this- “And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.” Luke 18:13).It is not even partly by yourselves that you can be saved, but only by the merits of Jesus Christ!

Read the Word of God(the 1611 King James version- NOT the modern versions, they are corrupt) before rejecting it! Death is fleeting. You may NOT have tomorrow! For death comes when we least expect it! Make sure you are saved TODAY! The Bible condemns the rich, the wealthy, and those who take advantage of the poor, so it CANNOT have been made up by the elite. Because the Word clearly CONDEMNS people such as those! It declares all mankind as sinners(myself included).

This could be good or bad. You may look at this as “good”, in the sense that people are waking up and speaking out for their human rights, however, one may also look at this as bad. Bad in the sense that this may be exactly what the elite is hoping for, resistance. The “resistors” will be (in their minds) the 80% who will stand up for their rights…only to eventually be exterminated when the REAL bio hazard threat hits the World. “They” may be hoping for resistance as they rub their hands together and say…good…when we decide to wage a “real” bio attack on the people with something other than an H1N1 beta test, all of these people will either die while standing for their human rights…or take whatever we tell them to take if they want to live and be our slaves. I guess it’s all about choice and all about perspective.
