200 White Workers Fired and Replaced With Unskilled Minorities

Fredric U. Dicker—regarded as the pre-eminent political reporter in New York’s state capital—recently published a column decrying the complete breakdown of the state legislature, which has been unable to conduct business for the past month.
Buried way down in Dicker’s piece, starting at the 19th paragraph, we learn:
During the first five months of this year, with the Senate under the control of its first African-American majority leader, [State Senator Malcolm] Smith, top Democrats bemoaned the lack of minority Senate staffers.
But instead of trying to recruit new hires, they fired nearly 200 almost exclusively white workers and replaced them with a large number of minority employees, many of whom were seen by their fellow workers to be unskilled at their new jobs.
The move produced severe racial tensions, made worse by the fact that, as a high-level Democratic staffer confided, “We’ve been told to only hire minorities.’’

So, nearly 200 people lose their jobs in New York State because of their race? And not at the hands of some evil corporation, but our own elected officials?
It’s quite telling that, in our political age, mass firings can still happen because of one’s race. It’s even more telling that—the only time I’ve seen this story get any coverage at all—it was in the 19th paragraph of an otherwise unrelated column.

I don’t believe this article for a minute. There no such thing as qualified white workers ,nor is there any such thing as an unqualified minority.
I watch a lot of TV and go to the movies a bunch. I see Heroic blacks, in most every show and movie I watch. (Sometime a Asian girlfriend will sneak into a scene or two.)
Usually if wasn’t for the black doctor or detectives or IT computer guy or Lawyer or Judge ,or Police Chief ,or Special Ops officer. Or Will Smith. ” Hell No!” President or CIA head. Smart street wise female judges.
Those dumb white crackers , I mean the slow talking and clumsy white boy would have his ass handed to him. Stupid white people. Shut up and Sit down.
It frigging amazing that these pecker woods don’t blow up every factory or Nuclear Power plant they work at everyday. Who protect the country and the Constitution
That what i see on TV anyways. Isn’t TV our window to the world ? Isn’t TV where the babies and children are sat in front of for thousands of hours. Learning to have reflex thoughts as paths are grooved and programed into their brains.

I was in the Army Signal Corps. The camp I was at (San Luis Obispo) had two sections for schools. One was all 8 week schools for uncomplicated jobs. The other school hads 10 week to 26 week schools. About 800 men in each section. The longer schools all required a very high score on both IQ and aptitude. There were 3 Blacks in the one school and about 150 in the other. Such things as “Field Radio Repair” were taught in the upper school and “Pole Lineman” in the other. I was in the Cryptography school. I had a famous hut mate, (we had small huts instead of barracks) Harry Browne. He ran for President on the Libertarian Party ticket twice. He passed two years ago with Parkinson’s.

Ward C., the problem being what seems to be “positive discrimination”, something I hear more and more.
These white people probably had something, that would be called experience, and experience forms skills. You learn plenty of tricks that the rookie won’t know. You got relations and teams that work.
You don’t break that kind of bonds and experience unless you’re really desperate, and at this point your company is probably screwed anyway, or if you’re put under stupid corporate or governmental pressure.
Once again, we see the society being pushed even more harshly into a hate society that will go hand in hand with a police state.
Take it as you want, but this and the aggression of a white family by dozens of black teenagers (where do they come from exactly?) is only one more stone to the wall of oppression.
Once this cultural, societal and mental wall will be up, it will be as hard to bring down as the Berlin wall.

When the hell will minorities, mostly blacks stop blaming whitey for all the bad things that happened or is happening to them, I’m white, I didn’t sell your people into slavery, your tribal leaders in Africa did all that. What a jerk, this is not “tit-for-tat”. How would you like to be the most qualified person for the job you work at? Only to have someone come in one day and pink slip you, and have a person of another race, that has no qualifications, and they replace you on the spot.
So much said for all the redrick about we are all equal. And we should all be as one.
The government is the biggest agitators of race relations.
The message I would get from something like this, is, don’t bother getting an education because the government will put you where they want you. While at the same time pay you less, because you are less qualified.
The only thing that is being accomplished is less qualification equals fewer dollars per hour.

Here in the Detroit area. When they show a sketch of a suspect in a crime, they only mention if that person is white.
If the person is black, it is never mentioned. But when they show the sketch (normally they do not) it is usually black.
If there is no mention of race, that means black. To mention that a suspect is black is now racist.

When I was a child I was brought up to see past skin color. In school we had friends of all races, shapes and sizes. We were taught about the Constitution, our founding fathers and MLK. None of us saw racism then..we all got along…and everything was fine. I didn’t start seeing racism until well after I graduated. At the businesses where I worked we always hired based on experience….until the EEOC stepped in and told us we had to start hiring based on racial quotas. It threw off everything I had been taught since childhood. Suddenly we were forced to see race when before we only saw people. Some years later that business was sold and I had to search for a new job. I went to the local businesses…wearing a professional business suit…and took my resume to them in person. One business was a minority owned business…but I didn’t think anything of it. I walked in and there were two African American women sitting behind the front desk, both doing their nails. I smiled, greeted them professionally and gave them my resume. One woman rolled her eyes and sarcastically said, “yeh, right” and the other woman gave me a dirty look and said, “we’re not hiring” (I knew they were hiring because they had classified want ads in the paper). I told her I had 10 years experience in the position they were hiring for. The other woman just snorted and said, “I don’t think so” and proceeded to throw my resume in the trash right in front of me. A year later my husband got laid off from his job and tried to get on with the city as a fireman. Before they would hire they had to take a written test. My husband aced it. But he never got a call back. Several months later he found out they were giving the test again and he took it again. Again, he aced it. Again, he never got a call back. So, he talked to someone he knew that worked for the city and said he wasn’t going to get a call back…because he was the “wrong color”. Apparently they didn’t have enough minorities pass they test so they didn’t hire at all. So, now everyone’s life and home is in danger because they didn’t hire qualified people…and instead were looking to hire based solely on race. This is completely opposite of how we were all taught in church and school…completely opposite of what our parents taught us. We were told it was wrong to “judge a book by it’s cover.” We were told it was wrong to discriminate. Period. And now, what is going on is exactly what we were instructed was wrong. I am now seeing race hate smoldering in people who never felt that way. If the government had just stayed out of it and let people just work it out then things would have been fine. Racism was dying out because people were getting smarter. But as soon as the government stepped in and starting saying “your company can have this contract but you can only hire minorities no matter what” then the racism started all over again. I think the government knows this. And as long as people squabble amongst themselves over something as petty as skin color then they know the people will be too busy to come together and fight THEM!

Scapegoating is one of the most perplexing things that can occur in societies I think. In reading about historic instances of scapegoating and observing it here in America over the years it is interesting that the lessons that should be learned from scapegoating innocent people never are.
For instance, I find it absurd that black people, a group that occupies one of the lowest rungs in the societal hierarchy, who have the least power or access to power, who have had the least impact in leading this country, who are systematically denied access to many areas of privilege, yet they are considered by some to have made the decisions, and be the blame for why this country is in the condition it is in. It’s amazing to me. This is beyond illogical, yet in many and growing numbers of people minds this premise grows that some how the least powerful group in the society is responsible for their problems. Never mind almost all positions of power and importance historically have been and currently are occupied by white guys in suits. This is the frank truth of the matter.
Before Obama there has never been anything other than a white man in the Presidents office. In the Senate and House, overwhelmingly the majority of members have been Caucasian people. The same goes for just about every major decision making institution and body of power in American society.
Black people who have been brutalized, oppressed, segregated put in desperate circumstance, after desperate, deplorable circumstance having to do desperate things to survive, yet some how, to some people this qualifies them as the number one reason why America is beleaguered, straining and appears to be swirling around the drain. This would be funny if the situation were not as serious and dangerous as it is.
How many times in history has one group attacked another, only to later find out they were completely wrong? From my count this has happened to many times to count. Yet as times get tougher in America it seems the situation could end up this way again. How much more blood shed and injustice will be enough? I guess when none of us can live on earth, when we will have completely destroyed the place!!
To me, fear is behind scapegoating, in that the attacking groups are really afraid to challenge the real forces causing their perceived problems. The other things behind scapegoating are bloodlust, the desire to kill and hatred that motivates that. And if America is like pre-WWII Germany, let’s not forget how Germany and the German people ended up.

It’s amazing to me to see the number of white people so cowardly they’re afraid to call bias and racism against whites for what it is.

Blacks care only for blacks wherever they are the world over, even before their countrymen here of other races. They’re the racist group of people on earth.

They don’t even have replacement value children. That means enough to cover mom and dad for all of you white people out there. That is why your white nation imports people in.
It takes four children to keep a society going to cover the children who die of accidents, disease, illness, war . . . and to cover the white people who don’t have children.

Fact:white people have been proven in studies to be smarter than blacks, the white nations you say are lost are which ones? Where do you get your information? Whites dominate this planet, not just in numbers, but intelligence.

Someone should never be hired nor fired on the basis of race. That is all it boils down to. If they were unqualified and unskilled, they were unqualified and unskilled. It is NOT right that those who were qualified and skilled were axed to fill a quota. That is RACIST. This article is merely pointing out a fact of reverse racism. Stop being so touchy.
It’s time to move forward and stop focusing on race. On both sides. Quotas, acceptances to schools or workplaces on the basis of race, either race, is RACIST. Time to ACTUALLY act equal and stop worrying that having expectations of people is a racist thing. It’s not.

Can I borrow a few of those black workers? Just ship them over because I have an important job for them. When I shoot my sniper rifle the berm I shoot against is a very light colored sand. This makes it difficult when you have light colored targets. What I’d like to do is replace those sandy colored targets with real live New York niggers, especially useful are the real dark black colored ones that will show up outstandingly against the light backround. After plinking a few chained to the railroad ties, I could have this steel cage out there with the niggers watching my expertise in sniping. Then by remote control I could lift the iron cage steel door and watch as “the nigga’s” run for their lives. I need some moving targets because I might be called up again for Iraq or Afganistan.
