9/11 Activist Who Sued Government Killed In Buffalo Plane Crash

One of the passengers aboard the plane that crashed into a house 10 miles from Buffalo, New York, airport late on Thursday was a 9/11 widow who had questioned the official account of the attacks, sued the government and consistently lobbied for an Investigative Commission.
Beverly Eckert was flying to the city for a celebration of what would have been her husband Sean Rooney’s 58th birthday, reports the Press Association. Mr Rooney died on the 98th floor of the World Trade Center’s south tower.
She was among the 44 passengers and four crew on board the Continental Connection flight operated by Colgan Air when it crashed in the Buffalo suburb of Clarence Center.
After 9/11, Ms Eckert refused to accept a cash settlement as compensation and instead sued the government.
“I am suing because unlike other investigative avenues… my lawsuit requires all testimony be given under oath and fully uses powers to compel evidence.” Eckert wrote in December 2003 in a statement entitled My Silence Cannot Be Bought.
“The victims’ fund was not created in a spirit of compassion.… Lawmakers capped the liability of the airlines at the behest of lobbyists who descended on Washington while the September 11 fires still smoldered.” she wrote.
Other September 11 relatives who accepted settlements forfeited their right to sue the airlines, airports, security companies, or other US organizations that could have been faulted for negligence and inadequate security measures. This ensured that very little detail of the attacks emerged outside of the government appointed 9/11 Commission.

In the same statement Ms Eckert also wrote:
“I want to know what went so wrong with our intelligence and security systems that a band of religious fanatics was able to turn four U.S. passenger jets into an enemy force, attack our cities and kill 3,000 civilians with terrifying ease. I want to know why two 110-story skyscrapers collapsed in less than two hours and why escape and rescue options were so limited.”
As a co-founder of the steering committee group “Voices For Sept. 11” Ms Eckert joined other activists in pushing for an Investigative Commission.
Only because of the consistent efforts of the relatives groups were the deaths of more than 2800 Americans ever formally investigated by a government who would have rather kept the truth about 9/11 buried.
In 2004 the Ms Eckert also successfully lobbied Congress to pass a sweeping reform of the U.S. intelligence system.
Last week, Ms Eckert was at the White House to talk with President Barack Obama about how the new administration could deal with terror suspects.
According to reports, the Colgan Air flight was on final approach to Buffalo airport, 5 miles from the runway, when the control tower lost all contact. Weather was reported as light snow and fog and a 17 MPH wind. There was no radio message indicating a problem, so whatever happened happened in an instant. Only one house on the ground was destroyed, so the aircraft was on a nearly vertical path when it hit.

I would think you would have to hit a number of large birds to cause BOTH enginese to fail. They do test these engines by shooting turkeys into them. And the media has been continually reassuring us that birds DO cause plane crashes sometimes. Standard external propeller driven small aircraft? Sure, easy. But BOTH engines of a jet airliner? I’m remaining skeptical. Mostly because the news is trying to convince me I shouldn’t.

When I heard about this crash this morning on TV, before I ever knew who was on board, I had my suspicions that there were more bankers on it, as were on the Hudson plane. But, then on my drive in, when I heard about THIS woman on the radio – I quickly put two and two together. They killed her and they killed 49 others just to silence her. Boy, she really must have had something that would REALLY open EVERYONE’S eyes, not just ours.

Good luck, Chad. I wasn’t gonna go here, but I’m a bit frustrated. I spent 70 hours last week creating a website and video to promote a new money bomb for the show and have been completely ignored the Alex Jones and company… Strange. All it would have taken is a 2 minute call from just ONE person on his staff. And I HAVE talked to 2 people at the studio about this. No word or email or thanks for the idea. Nothing. Silence. I’m beginning to wonder myself about his so-called “Christian” values. Maybe he really doesn’t need the money. I don’t know, they won’t return my call. WOW! I thought I was the only one being ignored. I sent a message about two weeks ago regarding Alex Jones being invited on KPFK LA for a radio interview to discuss his upcoming Obama Deception documentary. KPFK has an enormous listener base in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, CA, so Alex would have had the opportunity to speak to hundreds of thousands of people on the airwaves. But I received no response from Alex! It’s really a shame.
Perhaps the webmaster or another member of his staff is not properly forwarding these messages to him. He’s really missing out on some great opportunities.

As an aside, I was to be interviewed right after Senator Ben Nelson, and MY LOCAL RADIO STATION ignored me (just blew off the entire interview – and blamed it on producer error in scheduling). I know that a government that is capable of murdering 3000 citizens at the WTC is capable of killing this wonderful woman and all the passengers. One thing at a time the USA government stands accused by it’s’ citizens of being actively involved in the murder of 3000 citizens. It’s a fact that if a serial murderer refused to come to court he would be forced to, so will this government have to come to criminal court. Unlike the Shanksville aircraft which disintegrated upon impact, there was wreckage, engines, landing gear, bodies, and luggage. A genuine aircraft crashsite, unlike the strange sanitary hole in the ground at Shanksville.
This may well have been a silencing hit on a thorn in the side of the government forces, and it may be simply an accident. But the gov had something to gain, and every truth seeker knows the gov plays fast and loose with their version of the “truth”. It looks like murder by airliner accident might be the perfect crime in our new post 911 america.

You have to consider the odds of a crash with her on board. Plane crashes are rare. It’s an easy vehicle to use to murder and silence people especially. They know your schedule ahead of time when you will fly. The only thing is, exactly how do they bring down the plane when they want to fake a crash.

The Shanksville plane DID NOT disintigrate upon impcat dunbass. It was shot out of the sky. The debris feld was over 7 miles wide and the engines were two miles away for the “offciial” crash site. The FBI claims that they bounced through the woods from the crasj site…Uh yeah OK…two 10,000 pound engines bounced for TWO miles through the forest… GACK! In addition, the Shanksville coroner is on record as saying that after 20 mniutes she ceased to be a coroner at the “site” because there was not one drop of blood at the secne. Do your homework!

My uncle died in a plane crash. He was picking up one his planes from maintenance. The mechanics missed some shavings when they worked on the engine. The engine seized up and he crashed into a forest burning to a blackened crisp.
One of his students was a an Arab who stole a plane and flew it very close to the nuclear power plant. This incident happened before 9/11. I wont say more as I think we’re not supposed to talk about that nuclear plant thing.
Sometimes I associate the fatal crash with this little known fact.

this plane was one year old. maybe it didn’t have enough experience. i can’t say for sure but it takes extreme heat to cause jet b to explode. it does burn longer than gasoline but does not ignite like that. so it would not happen immediatly. so far no indication of this charactor of events. is there a reason for this? we can be sure that we will not if there is something behind it. time will tell the truth.

Hi! Flight 93 weighed much more and, due to its engines and the pilot’s suicidal tendencies, was travelling much faster. It also had much more fuel onboard. As far as the angle of attack at time of crash, I don’t know what the Buffalo flight’s was (and I wonder even if you do), but it can’t get much more extreme than that of flight 93.

A paragraph , from an essay I wrote in WordPad :
The passport of Mohamed Atta (the 19 man ringleader, that the neocons claimed crawled out of a cave somewhere in Afghanistan) was conveniently found on the street below WTC 1, intact, after drifting through the fireball from the jet fuel and the collapsing debris, but the blackboxes with the voice recordings were never found, not for both WTC 1 and 2. If, hypothetically speaking, as in the 911 Hogwash Commission, there were no explosions (from planted explosive devices) in WTC 1 and 2, then the blackboxes should have been found in the rubble, intact. Therefore, the blackboxes had to have been confiscated, meaning more evidence for treason.
Solution to problem :
Find the ones that grabbed the blackbox , put electrodes to their testicles and go up the chain of command . Maybe Mr. Atta grabbed the blackboxes …and delivered them to Poppy Bush .

You hit on a point that I have been thinking about. It would only take a couple of individuals to snatch up someone who has inside info on 9-11. The whole thing could be unravelled by one testimony. Apparently, waterboarding is a very effective tool.
Why does no one act? Seeing a 9-11 conspiator on faux news with fear in his eyes and “electrodes on his testicles” could really change the dynamic of the argument.

Perhaps it was just an unintended plain crash. Those things do happen. And if you look at the passengers on any plain crash, you are bound to find someone like a banker or 9/11 truth activist or something. I believe 9/11 was an inside job, but I came to the conclusion after doing a hell of a lot of studying on the subject. A lot more evidence has to come to the surface before it passes the smell test.

The odds of this being a coincidence are astronomically small. Especially a week after visiting the White House with other 9/11 widows and widowers for some face time with the puppet president. Does anyone know what she said to Pres. Barack O’Bilderberg? I have seen the photo of him shaking hands with her but haven’t heard what was actually said.
And Steve, regarding the Ron Brown plane crash, three things you apparantly don’t know are:
1.there were people at the scene a couple hours before the paramedics got there. As one other person survived the crash it isn’t a stretch to think that perhaps those who arrived at the scene well ahead of the rescuers must have had more information on the crash than the rescuers and were a “clean up” team to make sure Ron Brown was dead and finished him off;
2.Ron Brown, before he was Clinton’s secy. of commerce, was in charge of Clinton’s fundraising, and was under investigation; as the investigation closed in on him he made it plain that if he was going down it wouldn’t be alone, he would take others (Clinton etc.) with him;
3.What caused the plane to mistake a mountain for the runway was the fact that a radio beacon that was supposed to be at the airport helping them find their way in was instead moved to the side of a mountain and the person in charge of the radio beacon “committed suicide” a few days later.
After all that, if you still think Ron Brown’s death was an “accident” then I have a wonderful bridge I would love to sell you.
As for this Buffalo crash, it may be unrelated but there was also a woman from Human Rights Watch on board who apparantly was outspoken in drawing attention to Rwanda’s genocide. Could be unrelated but something to keep an eye on.
And Steve, if you think that elements in the U.S. government wouldn’t be cold enough to kill fifty people to get one person then I have no idea what government you are thinking of. I’m sure they could also but you’re missing my point. One thing I just mentioned was that if she was targeted INDIVIDUALLY it makes it look even MORE obvious, wheras if she simply was in a plane crash among fifty other people killed then it makes it look [to sheeple] less suspicious. I already stated that. This woman, her being in a state of denial regarding the full truth about 9/11 notwithstanding, was still suing the government for [in her eyes just] negligence about 9/11 and titled her refusal of the hush money as saying that her silence can’t be bought. So there are (so far) that we know of that have been killed in the crash of this turboprop airplane someone who along with others nettled the Cheney regime to investigate 9/11 and was currently suing the government, having refused their hush money; and someone who “was a thorn in everyone’s side” because of her “commitment to the truth” regarding the genocide of Tutsis in Rwanda. One person who is somewhat of a pain in the ass to the puppetmasters dying in a plane crash seems unlikely to be a coincidence. But two in the same plane crash? It looks like the powers that be just got a twofer. The odds against this being a coincidence seem to have gotten considerably longer.

I am skeptical about the buffalo plain crash too, because every news organization (really just AP), is reporting that it was icing even though there was no voice recording from the cockpit recorder stating that the pilots called the tower due to icing. Also, there is evidence that the airplane deicers worked properly. And the plane was facing completely in the opposite direction at the crash site.
What is also disturbing, is that ever news organization pretty much had the answer for why the plane crashed by the end of the day after the story was reported. Kind of like they were given the notes, and the story was crafted to fit the crash. That, and the plane had two people connected to 9/11, and I think a banker or financial officer on the plane.
Things in this plane crash kind of remind me of JFK, Jr’s death and all the weird an inexplainable stuff that happened with his crash.

Read the transcript of the final communications from flight 3407. …
3407 is there one moment, then gone the next.
Now, look at this line from the transcript. —
17:40 – delta 1998: uh negative, delta 1998, we’re just in the bottoms and nothing on the TKs
Listening to the tape, it sounds like what the pilot of 1998 said was “… nothing on the TCAS.”
TCAS (pronounced T-cass) stands for Traffic Collision Avoidance System, which sends out a lower power non-directional radar pulse and listens for any aircraft transponders in the vicinity. in order to warn pilots of close approaching aircraft. So, what the pilot of Delta 1998 is saying is that at the time ATC asked him to look for a Dash-8 at 2300, 3407’s radar transponders had quit working.
One final note. If the Air Traffic Controller is telling the pilot of Delta 1998 to look at 2300 feet altitude for the Dash 8, then that means the last altitude reading returned to the ATC was 2300 feet. Air Traffic radar never received a return showing a loss of altitude, which strongly suggests that the aircraft’s entire electrical system quit working while the plane was still half a mile in the air.
