Afghanistan’s President Hamid Karzai has risked a fresh rift with his Western supporters and condemned American forces for an air attack in which his government says 76 civilians were killed.
Ignoring denials by coalition forces that any civilians had died in the bombing of Azizabad village in northwest Afghanistan, he rebuked the foreign forces for their carelessness.
“Afghan President Hamid Karzai strongly condemns the unco-ordinated air strike by coalition forces in Shindand district of Herat province which resulted in the death of at least 70 people including women and children,” Mr Karzai’s office said.

The US military has started an investigation, but said it was “very confident” that only 30 people had been killed – all militants.
If the Afghan government’s death toll proves correct, it would mean the raid was the deadliest visited on civilians since US-led forces invaded Afghanistan in 2001.
Western reporters who visited the village, where angry locals protested against the air raid, saw the remains of houses and freshly laid graves.
A local security official said shots had to be fired to disperse the enraged crowd, which had torched a police car and blocked the highway to Herat for several hours.
Mr Karzai has now appointed the religious affairs minister, Nehmatullah Shahrani, to visit the area and investigate the truth of what happened.

Again the U.S. the CIA and Isreal put in a puppet(Karsi) tell him there will be lots of presents under the tree for you at Christmas, then screw him over and stab him in the back, and leave him hanging out to dry. The Neo-con evil shelfish plans, with no regaurd for human life, strikes again.
How can Karsi possibly govern his people when he is totally linked to the United States and then U.S. military drop a 2000 pound bomb on school kids.
Also why are 15,000 new American troops on there way to Afganistan? Check out the timing. Dirty little tricks by the CIA bombing school kids and the arrival of lots and lots of more troops. Something is going to blow over there, something big. A distraction? Maybe. Maybe Iran is the real bulls eye.
W Bush needs to be head dummy for all these ops so he can rubber stamp all the dirty little tricks. I would not put it past these power hunger Neo-cons to come up with a stunt (false flag blast or a COMPLETE collapse of the economy) and declare marshall law.
But McCain (Leiberman) will be just as good as W, and everything planned will go on smoothly. Now it’s just up to the Diebold (paper trail is not practical) black box electronic (flip-it) voting machines to do the NeoCon dirty work.
