Air Force Officials Boast that Laser Will Allow US to Carry Out Attacks With Plausible Deniability

The Advanced Tactical Laser, a silent, invisible weapon which could apply blow torch temperatures to a target from 20km away, has been promoted as a weapon that could allow attacks to be carried out and then plausibly denied.
The statement was first made by chief engineer of the US Air Force Research Laboratory’s Directed Energy Directorate Cynthia Kaiser last October and repeated by director of USAF’s Capabilities Integration Directorate John Corley in June.
“The target would never know what hit them. Further, there would be no munition fragments that could be used to identify the source of the strike,” said John Pike, an analyst at Global Security. The laser was test fired during summer.

I always wonder what a piece of human filth you must be to go and work for murder & Co. as weapons researcher or to create another terrible disease or a microwave generating crowd control device.
These psychopathic bastards should meet the same fate as Perillos of Athens, one of their ilk from ancient times, and be the first victim of their terrible inventions and ‘contributions’ to the ‘advancement’ of mankind
Perillos of Athens, a brass-founder, proposed to Phalaris, Tyrant of Agrigentum, the invention of a new means for executing criminals; accordingly, he cast a brazen bull, made totally of brass, hollow, with a door in the side. The condemned was shut up in the bull and a fire was set under it, heating the metal until it became “yellow hot” and causing the person inside to roast to death. So that ‘nothing unseemly might spoil his feasting’, Phalaris commanded that the bull be designed in such a way that its smoke rose in spicy clouds of incense. The head of the ox was designed with a complex system of tubes and stops so that the prisoner’s screams were converted into sounds like the bellowing of an infuriated bull.
Phalaris commended the invention, and ordered its horn sound system to be tested by Perillos himself. When Perillos entered, he was immediately locked in, and the fire was set, so that Phalaris could hear the sound of his screams.
Before Perillos could die, Phalaris opened the door and took him away. Perillos believed he would receive a reward for his invention; instead, after freeing him from the bull, Phalaris threw him from the top of a hill, killing him.

This only proves that these bastards would do “anything” if they think they could get away with it. The attitude at these weapons labs is that people don’t even matter, they are useless eaters. If a calous mindset occurs at the lower levels of an organization you can be sure it’s even more calous at the top. The very top seem to only care about one thing. Money and power. Most of the work is done by private companies . Most people have no idea the end use of the product they are building . Some of us walk when we figure out what the equipment will really be used for . A close friend of mine worked on the microwave gun , during the testing phase he walked off the job when it came to the animal and human testing . Everyone in the industry is inside a compartment , we are lied to and few know what is really going on .

So let’s see if I have this straight … We have a weapon that will allow us to attack without anyone knowing the origin of the attack - kind of like how a coward would “attack.” Also, now that the world knows we have this capability, anyone else who figures out how to lauch an attack that leaves no fingerprint can attack, and the USA will be the presumed attacker. Where’s the upside here again?

Well, I am sure they would like to think so. BUT. One way ticket for the aircraft and crew. The laser beam will show up bright as day on any Infra-red camera, targeting device or satellite imager as it excites the air molecules drawing a nice straight line to the laser platform. Easy to target and easy to prove where it came from. Wouldn’t like to be near or under it when it gets taken down, chemical lasers use a very nasty assortment of cocktails.

It will be obvious who did what when something happens leaving no evidence behind. Deniability won’t mean squat because the world will know better, unlike 911.

I would think (though this is pure speculation on my part) that the laser might leave some kind of chemical signature on the materials that it hits and interacts with that could help to dentify its precise frequencies and hence its origins. But that is really by the by since the important question here is why would America want a sneaky weapon with plausible deniability if not to carry out false flag attacks that can be blamed on others?

Any Brains out there?
I think the point is they can make the entire BODY disappear. Put a Blow Torch on bones and muscle for 5 minutes and see what is left. Any DNA is destroyed.
Try and prove there was a body there. They will just torch it until there is nothing left.

The government already has the pow to use a microwave to bounce off of clouds,satellites,or there unmanned aircraft to almost a 3 foot diameter with the power to destroy a whole building and leave the rubble in a matter of seconds. and if u think they dont think of this any weapon or device that is out there the government had it first and improved and moddify it HAARP

If you are addressing me, I wasn’t talking about the laser’s effect on bodies and DNA, but rather the chemical changes that it would induce in the materials of the earth, rocks, and buildings that it hit, which could be determined by chemical analysis.
