American Mercenary Captured By Russians
NATO instructor taken hostage with Georgians amid reports of U.S. military commanding thousands of mercs in proxy war

An American mercenary has been captured by Russian forces along with a number of Georgian soldiers according to a report from the Russian news website Izvestia, providing more evidence that the U.S. and NATO are covertly supporting the Georgian army in a proxy war with Russia.
According to the report, the mercenary is an African-American who is a NATO instructor and an ordinance specialist. He has now been transferred to the Russian base of Vladikavkaz.
The story also backs up previous reports of dead black Americans having been found in Tskhinvali, the capital city of South Ossetia.

U.S. soldiers recently conducted training programs where they instructed Georgian soldiers how to deal with unexploded ordinance as part of the Georgia Train and Equip Program.
Another report from the Russia daily Kommersant states that thousands of mercenaries from numerous different countries are fighting on the Georgian side and are being “commanded by the U.S. military instructors.”
“The U.S. military instructors directly command and coordinate actions of mercenaries without being involved in actual fighting, the source specified. According to intelligence data, there are roughly 1,000 military instructors of the United States in Georgia,” states the report.
“Task force of Russia has annihilated a few groups of mercenaries. Some of mercenaries have been captured, and investigators are working with them, the source said.”
In a related development, Russia FSB has detained 10 Georgian intelligence service officers who were allegedly preparing terrorist attacks inside Russia.
“We have detained 10 agents of the Georgian special services who were spying on military facilities and preparing terrorist attacks, including on Russian territory,” Alexander Bortnikov said at a meeting with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
Russia has today launched new forays into Georgia itself even after Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili signed a cease-fire pledge. Russia claims that Georgia has not honored the cease-fire and continues to attack Russian positions.

This is a very sad day, indeed. I am in the service as are several of my friends and family. These men pledge their lives and sacred honor to great ideals in the pursuit of protecting Liberty. It is unfortunate that as good soldiers, following seemingly just orders, are led astray by politicians. These soldiers and contractors, these American men are not turds, they are not dirtbags, they love America and will do anything in their power to protect it, even if it means the final sacragice. They are professionals who trust their commanders to do the right and moral thing-as their oath requires. These men aren’t running concentration camps and exterminating civilians, so don’t dare compare them to Nazis. The real dirtbags, the real, scum and evil are at the top: the global elite and their minions in (s)elected offices in control of our government. Soldiers may be hated by the global elite for being ‘dumb’ but they would give up their lives for you and me so that we may live in freedom and peace, and if they knew what most of us know-they would be fighting the New World Order themselves, who knows, we may need to be a little bit nicer, for when the time comes-you are going to want them on your side. It is their job to follow lawful orders to the best of their knowledge and risk their lives, it is everyone’s job to make sure that the politicians who hold those offices and give those orders are just and decent men who seek to secure liberty and peace for all of us under God and our Constitution. We shouldn’t be happy that American military men have died, we should mourn our loss, and feel sorrow that they knew not what they did. being what i think is a realist as opposed to an idealist - i hope Russia forces a Georgian surrender as soon as possible. the USA could “help” the situation not by commanding mercs and playing proxy games, but by refusing to take part in the genocide, ostracize the puppet president, and demand surrender. Much less lives will be lost this way than by standing with the Georgians and prolonging this campaign.
i understand that to the mainstream view Georigia is the USA’s ally, but it seems that favored status should be revoked under an unprovoked war of aggression.

His Vice-President Dick Cheney also personally called the Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili over the weekend to reassure him his country has U.S backing.
Amid fears Moscow intends to seize the whole country to gain control of its crucial oil pipelines, Mr Cheney declared Russian military action ‘must not go unanswered’.
In a statement, he added: ‘Its continuation would have serious consequences for its relations with the United States, as well as the broader international community.’
Its seems to this observer that the USA and the Western powers are actively inflaming the situation while their hypocritical rhetoric calls for the opposite.
The best outcome at this juncture, imo, is Russian victory by Georgian surrender. As long as territories and borders remain as they were before the conflict.

I don’t understand why a country as small as Georgia would attack a country as large as Russia. It’s utter madness. Even if the USA had given guarantees of support, any brief reading of east European history of the last 60 years would make those guarantees practically worthless.
Is it not more likely that Russia staged this in order to expand and take part of its old Soviet territory back? The cold war was such fun for those in power! If the stories of the Moscow apartment bombings being a false flag operation are true then the Russian Gov has shown its willingness to do such things for political gain.
And the US and UK Governments issuing statements of outrage and condemnation whilst occupying Iraq is just breathtaking.

I also just read that the US military has transported 800 Georgian soldiers from Iraq back home. Isn’t that active involvement and support in this conflict? They are helping the Georgian army in a direct, logistic capacity. Russia will probably not be amused.

Watching events unfold since last Thursday evening over satellite TV, I consider myself privileged to see events as they were covered by Russian media via Russia Today TV broadcast in English.
I consider Russian peacekeepers and troops to be the heroes in this crisis. They responded to well-documented atrocities committed by Georgian aggressors at the bidding of Georgian president Saakashvili.
As usual, our government of the USA is on the wrong side in this conflict. Russia is on the side of truth and justice while USA is supporting criminals and thugs in Georgia.

Such self-examination will begin en masse only after the war finally reaches American territory, American cities, American towns and rural areas, and it’ll be nothing like the Civil War in which 600,000 people lost their lives. It’ll likely be much worse. If anybody knows a little bit about military history it’s not a surprise special forces or other types are found in the country of an ally. This has been going on for years. It’s just in the past it was not spoken about out loud in the media. The United States caught Russians in past wars in Central and South America. If you want to know more then you all need to read more. Read Ron Paul’s reading list for one. Then you might read “THE MARCH OF FOLLY:From Troy to Vietnam”. Then you’d know that this is definitely not the first time anything like this has happened. Try reading books about the military. I reccomend reading, “The Killer Elite” and also “Delta Force:The Army’s Elite Counterterrorist Unit”. You need to read critically everything that comes your way and especially question any news media source because they do not do scholarly searches for the facts. I like what Alex Jones is about but many times he unwittingly propagtes the same thing he holds in contempt in the news media. It’s amazing how in the news media people die and are moved in perfect round numbers.
We need to read between the lines. Both sides will be using propaganda. Both sides will wrestle for sympathy and point fingers. Yet both sides are guilty. This is a chess match of power. Both sides fear a big war.

One way to accomplish the scenario you are talking about would be a false-flag assassination of Obama this fall, which is the cheap, safe, and easy way of pulling another 9/11. Blame the assassination on 9/11 Truthers. Killing Obama after he wins the election with Hillary as his VP would put that veteran NWO bitch back in the White House. The blacks and lefty Liberals would predictably go ballistic after Obama’s assassination, providing an excuse for Martial Law.

During the past several years I have sent hundreds of copies of the text below to scores of Congressional offices and dozens of Departments of the US government, including the FBI, CIA, and NSA.
I encourage people to copy this text and broadcast it as widely as possible.
A preponderance of evidence shows that the highest officials of the Bush Administration, in collusion with many other officials from the Pentagon, CIA, FBI, FEMA, NSA, NORAD, airline executives, and others, together planned and committed the horrible attacks of 9/11, which were subsequently blamed on some bogus “Arab highjackers.” The 9/11 attacks provided the excuse for the US government’s “War on Terrorism,” the chief purpose of which is for the USA to gain control of the lucrative oil fields of the Middle East. A secondary purpose is to increase taxation of Americans for Defense spending in support of the USA’s enormous Military/Industrial Complex, and a tertiary purpose is the justification of the enactment of Police-State measures within the USA under the umbrella of “Homeland Security.”
The Pentagon, CIA, FBI, and other agencies and officials of the US Government have perpetrated many crimes, assassinations, and bombings against US citizens and US interests during the past 45 years, including, but by no means limited to, the assassinations of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, Robert Fitzgerald Kennedy, and Martin Luther King; the 1988 Berlin Disco bombing; the 1993 WTC bombing; the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing; and the anthrax letter attacks of October 2001. Since the end of World War Two, fanatic right-wing ideologues with corporate connections have gradually gained control of the US military, the US intelligence agencies, and the US government. Fascism in the USA is not merely a current threat posed by the George W. Bush Administration; it is an already accomplished situation that has been decades in the making.
The USA’s descent into fascism cannot be halted or stopped merely by electing a member of the Democrat Party to the Presidency or by electing a Democrat majority to Congress. The infiltration and control of the US government by right-wing extremists is far too advanced and complete — they manipulate our elected officials like puppets on a string, and many of our elected officials are themselves part of the fascist establishment. The right-wing takeover of the US government has been a gradual and very successful fascist coup that will not be reversed without a very serious struggle. Given the history of extreme and indiscriminate violence shown by the ruling junta, it appears quite likely to me that restoring democracy to the USA would inevitably require a violent armed struggle.
As a US citizen and as a human being, I personally view the killing of innocent people in foreign countries by the CIA and the US military in support of the economic interests of US corporations as totally immoral and intolerable, and I consider it my duty to oppose US aggression and Imperialism in any way that I can. There is nothing noble or ‘heroic’ about unprovoked military aggression and genocide.
I realize that there are some very worthy reasons to oppose capital punishment in many situations. However, it is also quite apparent to me that any show of clemency for the US government perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks leaves open the possibility that they and their sympathizers could revive their subversion of American democracy and their violence toward peace-loving Americans. That is why I advocate a policy of capital punishment without any mercy for the US government perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks and their allies.
George W., George H., Jeb, Neil, and Marvin Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Rove, Wolfowitz, Powell, Armitage, Ashcroft, Mueller, Tenet, Goss, Giuliani, Hayden, Chertoff, Baker and scores of other individuals working for the White House, CIA, FBI, FEMA, the Pentagon, NSA, NORAD, the airline industry, and the US news media together planned and executed the 9/11 attacks. All of the above-named and their accomplices need to be tried for Treason and Mass Murder, with the death penalty as the reward for their conviction of those crimes.
We need a Nuremberg-style trial for Treason and Mass Murder for all of the members of the US government, the US military, the US intelligence agencies, and their civilian accomplices in the airline industry and the news media who participated in the murderous crimes of 9/11. The death penalty should be applied to all of the principals and their accomplices, even if that means executing several hundred or even several thousand people, because crimes against the Republic of this magnitude cannot go unpunished, and the punishment must be extreme to send a message that the American people will not tolerate such Treason now or in the future. If allowed to remain unpunished and at liberty, these individuals represent a grave threat to the safety and security of all Americans. If convicted of the heinous crimes of 9/11, the death penalty is the only way to ensure that they or their allies will not somehow manage to attack America and Americans again. The executions should be performed in public and be televized for the entire world to witness.
No one in or out of the US government should be exempt from prosecution and capital punishment for the Treasonous attacks of 9/11. The planners and participants in the 9/11 attacks within the US government and their accomplices must not be allowed to protect themselves behind the specious excuse of “National Security.” The true security and survival of our Republic depends entirely on this.

Nothing like a good war and bombing pipelines to give Big Oil (in any country) an excuse to jack up the price of a barrel of crude (and thus a gallon of gas) when it’s actually come ‘down’ to almost $4 a gallon for regular. There seem to be a lot of sub-plots to this sorry episode. I’d like to know more about these “mercenaries”, whether they’re actual members of some military (like the U.S.) or real soldiers for hire or employees of some outfit like Blackwater. Also the Israeli involvement, and a jewish Georgian cabinet member running his mouth in an Israeli paper about some “private” military group (nothing is private in that country when it comes to military matters, it all connects back to the IDF/Mossad) training Georgian troops. The One thing I would like to add as I have only heard once in this thread, but it pertains to the slanting of the media..That alone is disgusting. But there is a heavy armada moving towards Iran that is not mentioned even in passing on any of the american station. I only saw it on one site that was from Europe.

One thing that really shocks me is that there are alot of comments stating that Russian media is “state-run”. First off, that isn’t true. Secondly, if any country has a controlled media, it is ours. 100’s of different companies own the various newspapers, radio, and tv in Russia. Not to mention the 100’s more in the Eastern bloc. Here in the US we have a total of 4 corporations that own all the media.
Go and watch the Russian news reports on YouTube. There is a huge difference. Their war coverage has 20 minute segments where they interview dozens of eyewitnesses. They show the casualties. They show the dead soldiers and civilians. Here in the USA you never see that. If a “embedded” journalist publishes a photo of a dead US soldier, he gets fired or fragged.
So use your brain before you spew all this nonsense. The Russian media war coverage makes ours look like a complete joke… which it is. THey flat out lie. Even the Israeli press is better. In a related development, Russia FSB has detained 10 Georgian intelligence service officers who were allegedly preparing terrorist attacks inside Russia.
“We have detained 10 agents of the Georgian special services who were spying on military facilities and preparing terrorist attacks, including on Russian territory,” Alexander Bortnikov said at a meeting with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
Russia has today launched new forays into Georgia itself even after Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili signed a cease-fire pledge. Russia claims that Georgia has not honored the cease-fire and continues to attack Russian positions.

Remember when the Bush, Sr. government (in Iraq One) was claiming that the Geneva Convention forbade a hostile power from presenting recorded interviews with captured U.S. soldiers to the public. Since that time, the Bush Family crime syndicat has dismissed the Convention as “quaint” and has pronounced on several occasions that torture is legal. There are about a dozen Russian news agencies compared with our 4 or 5. Go watch the news coverage at RussiaToday.com. Their coverage absolutely blows away the western media war coverage. They have 30 minute daily segments just on the Georgia conflict. They show everything. Dead bodies, both Russian and Georgian, they interview at least a dozen witnesses on every news programs, many of them Americans who were on vacation in South Ossetia at the time of the attack. Now who would you believe… a 12 year old American girl and her mother, or a Bush official?

Vatican 2, they started calling them extremists because of most people associating the word “terrorist” with neocon buffoonery. They were trying to distance themselves from their ineptitude, more or less. Ha ha.
Bushco has been baiting Russia for years, one, and those neocons are trying to start just one more conflagration before they leave office, or, as some people think, prolong their stay in office by having another well timed crisis.
