money power concentrates, so does the greed and corruption. Here in New York City, home of the Carnegies and Rockefellers, location of Wall Street and International Banking firms, here where the money pools, does the true nature of corruption expose itself.
Former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and current Mayor Bloomberg were both groomed for their roles at the Manhattan Institute. What then is the Manhattan Institute? David Rockefeller's Chase Manhattan Bank is the major financer of this Manhattan Institute for Policy Research. Obviously, Rockefeller's bank is making an investment for a return- that's how banks work. The slogan of this Manhattan Institute is "Turning Intellect into Influence." This sounds strangely reminiscent of Rockefeller's statement in 1991, "The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries." Since Rockefeller's funding this Manhattan Institute, it's obvious objective would have to be the same as Rockefeller's- world government ruling over the slaves collectively known as humanity. Rockefeller himself donated the land for the United Nation's Headquarters in NYC… bankers don't give money and assets away, they lend for a return. Rockefeller was also the "visionary" behind the Twin Towers… coincidence?
What makes this more intriguing is the company associated with the Manhattan Institute. It was founded by former CIA Director William Casey and has strong associations with "President" George W. Bush and Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge. The current Mayor of New York, Michael Bloomberg, has launched a repulsive campaign of ticketing for any and all minor offenses. Recently a man was ticketed for sitting on a milk-crate in front of his shop… it's illegal to sit on a milk-crate! Another man was ticketed for feeding pigeons! Another man was ticketed for obstructing traffic when he dropped his subway token at the turnstile! Seat belt ticketing has erupted to an unprecedented level, with checkpoints and massive daily totals- the tickets cost 150 dollars. Since he's taken office, parking tickets have doubled to more than one hundred dollars! Now, smoking in public places has become illegal, and all the bartenders and waitresses this was supposed to help protect from evil smoke are losing money and may soon be out of a job as patrons head to Connecticut and New Jersey or simply refuse to go out- especially in poor weather. Mommy and Daddy government is preparing us to be as little children, without any choice whatsoever, in their police state of automatons.
Arrest quotas were increased in NYC's projects for what Bloomberg called "Operation Impact." The poor inhabiting such areas have been arrested for anything and everything- merely being present in a building without an ID warrants arrest.
While Mayor of New York, Rudolph Giuliani fought the World Trade Center's Fire Marshals to allow him to keep a 6,000-gallon fuel reserve on the 23rd floor of World Trade Center 7. This fuel tank, a blatant violation of fire safety code, was seen on September 11, 2001 as a massive fireball shooting straight into the sky.
A person might think that acting to prevent an act of terrorism would be rewarded. One may expect that, in a major metropolitan area such as New York City, if a person helped prevent a major explosion in mid-town Manhattan he'd be commended or, at least, thanked. This is not the case however- in fact, a person's been fired for helping to prevent such a catastrophe. Was New York patiently awaiting a terrorist attack?
The story of Paul Isaac Jr. is a microcosm of the backward system which rewards complacency and punishes heroism. On July 27, 2000- Paul's first day at Precinct 17 - he was confronted with a very serious and dangerous situation. While on patrol, as an Auxiliary Police Officer, at 8:15 pm near 37th and Madison Avenue, he received a call about a bus in distress five blocks away. While he and his partner were tracking the bus, another call came in confirming a hostage situation and explaining the perpetrator was threatening to blow up the bus. After repeatedly calling for instruction and receiving no response from commanding officers, he continued tailing the situation. Paul, knowing many NYC buses have highly explosive natural gas cells for fuel efficiency, decided to commandeer a cab to track the bus, now only a few blocks away. The presence of a "suspicious device" was confirmed. When he and his partner finally caught up with the bus at 57th and Madison, two police units had just stopped the bus. Paul was ordered to shut down northbound traffic on 57th Street, which he did. At this point, Paul's partner abandoned him, saying he had to go to his second job. Paul was thanked by the officers involved in stopping the bus because he was instrumental in tracking the location of the bus. The hijacker was arrested and the situation subdued, but four days later Paul was suspended, then fired.
Paul was a volunteer fireman for four years, he was trained in basic Haz-Mat, emergency radiological monitoring, cardiac care, emergency disaster response training, communications/ interdepartmental radio transmissions, and Hurst tool operations (Jaws of Life.) He was fired from the Auxiliary Police for "conduct unbecoming of Auxiliary Police Officer and abuse of authority" in that he "Responded to 911 radio run involving an EDP with a possible bomb on a NYC bus." It seems this would be the sort of job a police officer, any police officer, is designated for. The suspension form goes on to say he was "off post, out of command, failed to notify Auxiliary's supervisor." Well, on Paul's first day at Precinct 17 and without response from either of his two commanding officers, he decided to pursue the situation. Neither of the two sergeants was reprimanded for their unavailability and Paul was scapegoated and commendably dismissed on September 27th 2000. He was never told the fate of this hijacker or whether the bomb was real or phony.
The Auxiliary Police was created by Title 26 of the New York State Emergency Civil Defense Act to assist and evacuate during a state of emergency. Because they would operate alongside FEMA during a catastrophe, it's obvious they wouldn't want a conscientious man such as Paul on their staff. But, Paul was merely following his mandate: "To maintain a force of trained auxiliary police that would augment the regular police force in the event of a civil preparedness emergency." Such as, maybe, stopping a bomb on a public bus? They are also to "assist the police in deterring crime." He has written letters to Captains, Commissioners, Coordinators, and was told by all that his case was dealt with properly. He finally received a visit from Detective Patrick Mackey of the NYPD Intelligence Division- Paul explains, "They ordered me to stop sending emails and letters to the Mayor and Commissioner explaining my unfair suspension and dismissal. They threatened to arrest me for aggravated harassment."
This didn't stop him, however, it inspired him to fight them even further. Paul walks the streets with a backpack full of printed news articles discussing everything from NORAD response policies, to U.S. corporate and government terrorist ties, to the Kennedy assassination. He is armed with information and willing to discuss these facts with anyone who'll hear him. As a volunteer fireman formerly stationed across the street from the World Trade Center at Engine 10, he feels very strongly tied to the events of September 11th. He knows there were bombs in the buildings and he wants answers and justice.
Paul explains that "many other firemen know there were bombs in the buildings, but they're afraid for their jobs to admit it because the "higher-ups" forbid discussion of this fact." He told me the order is coming from the Fire Department's Anti-terrorism Consultant, former CIA Director James Woolsey. As an outspoken Volunteer Fireman and former Auxiliary Police Officer it is no surprise that Paul has become a target of the vicious beaurocracy. This is the treatment of those who seek the truth; this is why people aren't talking about it… fear for their jobs and lives.
Currently, Paul is trying to convince ranking firemen to implement a cross-monitoring system for the various city departments. For instance, on September 11, 2001, there was zero communication between the Police, Fire Department, and Port Authority- this leads to major problems when these departments are forced to act in unison during a crisis. All it would take to end this problem would be a small number of people monitoring the various phone numbers of each department, in order to pass the findings of one department along to the next. Instead of implementing this simple plan, the government pours massive sums of money into the situation and solves nothing.
Paul is hopeful, and thankful for the tireless work of those Federal Agents who will not be deterred by their corrupt superiors. He'd like to thank those who are doing their part, and inspiring him with hope to continue resisting: Colleen Riley, Agents Wright and Williams of Arizona, J. Michael Springman, John P. O'neil who lost his life in the Twin Towers, and all the other whistleblowers out there. Thanks for your courage and determination.
By punishing those who act to prevent terrorism, was the United States, particularly New York City, asking to be attacked? New York City is turning into a disgraceful, police state, hole… was this the desired effect? Now, as conquest in the Middle East lumbers onward, questioning the attacks of September 11th is taboo. We are not to ponder motives and criminal activity- we are merely supposed to go along with whatever lie is currently being spewed. Why do we resist? Why do we stand up for ourselves? Truly, there is no other choice! We will continue to resist this police state agenda- there is nothing quite so dreadful as slavery. |
