task force and bringing into question once again the need for a massive Federal police force (which of course is un-Constitutional).

No wonder we can’t keep terrorists out of America.

Let me make it clear that I am not advocating a campaign of terror bombing, nor am I declaring that Rudolph is in fact guilty of such, let’s see the evidence first. Further, terrorism is not the way a Christian people operate. Let me also make it clear that I am not declaring Rudolph innocent or guilty although I highly suspect that many of the charges against him are trumped up, not because I know that much about Rudolph, but because I know a lot about our Federal Government and realize that whenever the FBI speaks, it lies, obstructs justice, distorts and manipulates.

A short list of the FBI’s lies includes Ruby Ridge, Waco, the Oklahoma city bombing investigation and of course Richard Jewell. All of these incidents are characterized by FBI stonewalling, destruction of key evidence, loss of evidence, delays and outright lies. This is unbelievable when you consider that this agency was at one time the epitome of professionalism and integrity, a primary display of how any bureaucracy can become politicized and corrupted by too much power.

The Feds and our socialist dominated media have already begun their campaign of vilifying Eric Rudolph, and all the usual suspects are jumping on board. The Southern Poverty Law Center, a multi-million dollar corporation which is all about making Morris Dee’s and friends multi-millionaires and cares nothing for the poor, the law, or justice, has associated Rudolph with Christian Identity which they call a white supremacist religion. Interestingly the victims of Eric Rudolph’s alleged bombing attacks were in many cases white, nor were any overt or direct attacks were made on blacks, but don’t worry, the facts will not dissuade the police state and its minions in their quest to destroy Eric Rudolph. They are playing the race card, pure and simple – the real reason they want to get Rudolph is twofold (1) he was pro-life and (2) he made complete fools of the federal government for five years!

The FBI and the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation) were both involved in the massive manhunt for Eric Rudolph, which at one time had over 200 Federal agents involved. I remember the footage as these sub-standard storm troopers swept through the rugged terrain of North Carolina where Rudolph was supposedly hiding and noting to myself that these clowns couldn’t have found Eric Rudolph if he had a flashing light on his head and was standing next to a bonfire. They quickly grew tired of patrolling the wilderness on foot (too much work and possibly some danger) and instead took to flying noisily about the area in helicopters, annoying the local citizens and treating them like peasants.

A 1 million dollar reward was posted and scores of volunteers showed up to “get rich quick” only to become quickly dissuaded by the fact that it might actually take some effort to find Eric Rudolph. The reward actually was posted in hopes that someone who knew Rudolph would turn him in since it was believed that he was being helped by many people who sympathized with Rudolph. Too bad for the feds that Rudolphs friends were of a higher caliber than the average Federal agent and didn’t take the taxpayer funded bait. I am very proud of those who refused to turn Rudolph in for mere money, it renews my faith in the American people. If you are going to turn someone in to the Federal government, let it be because you (1)believe the person is guilty and (2) believe the Federal government is actually going to mete out justice. Obviously Rudolph knew to trust people with character, they literally passed a 1 million dollar test.

Rudolph was tied to the bombings of two abortuaries, a gay nightclub and the Atlanta Olympic park bombing when authorities who searched a storage locker he had rented in Murphy found nails like those used in the clinic attacks. Remember, Richard Jewell who was also falsely accused the Atlanta Olympic park bombings (later proven totally innocent) by virtue of having “bomb making materials” which turned out to be Tupperware, nails and duct tape at various places around his house. How many of us would be guilty of having “bomb making materials” in our homes by virtue of the same flawed logic? I know a quick trip to my barn with years and years of accumulated junk, not to mention the bug spray in the greenhouse (bugspray is a nerve agent by the way) would no doubt put me as a member of Al-Qaeda or worse.

Announcing the arrest of Eric Rudolph on May 31st of 2003, U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft called Rudolph "the most notorious American fugitive on the FBI's most wanted list." That’s interesting, didn’t Osama Bin Laden organize the bombing of the twin towers that killed thousands of people? Perhaps Osama would be higher up on the priority list if there had been a sacred abortion clinic in the twin towers. Still though, I don’t doubt for a minute that the FBI and the federal government consider Rudolph to be a bigger threat than Osama, and here is why.

Rudolph represents the inherent weakness of the police state, namely that it is a paper tiger. While it is true that the Federal Government can and will ruthlessly destroy anyone who dares defy it, Rudolph proves the fact that the Feds are not as powerful as they would like to be. This is one reason why Patriot Act I and Patriot Act II are being rammed through and why the Federal Government despises the 2nd Amendment of our Constitution. The Federal Government understands fully that it cannot truly conquer us if we are willing to resist and that sooner or later we are going to become “fed” up and will revolt and retaliate for decades of abuse and tyranny. Realizing that they are in dangerous territory, the feds are rushing to push through their schemes for total domination, control and subjugation of the American people. People are beginning to wake up, the war in Iraq is not going as planned, the economy is in bad shape and “the natives are becoming restless”. The entire scheme for a total police state is in danger of coming unraveled, those who would ride the tiger are in danger of being eaten by the tiger.

History has proven that tyrants are dealt with harshly by those whom they would oppress, no wonder the Feds fear us, they know they are guilty and that we outnumber them by a significant amount!

Ashcroft went on to say: "This sends a clear message that we will never cease in our efforts to hunt down all terrorists, foreign or domestic, and stop them from harming the innocent,". One thing Ashcroft needs to remember is that Rudolph wasn’t caught by the Feds or by any of their manhunts, rather, he was caught quite by accident. As a matter of fact, the Feds were willing to write Rudolph off as being dead to avoid the embarrassment of admitting they had failed utterly to bring in one lone suspect and expose the fact that the Feds are not nearly as omnipresent or powerful as they want (and need) you to believe. Ashcroft though is a typical bureaucrat, ready to seize credit for something he had nothing to do with, the truth be damned.

I think what we can learn about Eric Rudolph though is that one man, if he is determined, can elude, evade and stand up to the Federal Government so long as he is not betrayed by his friends. By hiding in the wilderness, Rudolph was able to limit his contact with other people and in so doing, create a very secure network and environment for himself. In short, the Federal Government does not operate as much by effectiveness as it does by terrorizing the citizenry.

Usually the Federal Government picks it’s own targets and they always pick the ones that are easy to overwhelm, easy to defeat and easy to demonize. Too many citizens, once falsely accused or attacked by the public servants of our government, put their faith in the justice system which is controlled by those who are also attacking them, and naturally they lose. Rudolph, correctly, had no faith in the Federal Government or its corrupted system of justice that has nearly destroyed our Constitution. Eric Rudolph had faith instead, in a handful of other people and his own skills, and eluded capture for five years.

Rudolph, acting almost alone, evaded the authorities for nearly five years; imagine what a handful of people acting together, willing to adhere to a code of silence and loyalty, could do. Imagine what several thousand people could do, especially if they conduct themselves in accordance with Biblical principles! Our Founding Fathers realized this and took on the most powerful government and military force on the face of the earth and won our freedom, established a nation founded upon the rule of law, abolished the notion that political leaders get to make up their own laws, secured our liberty and put their faith in God, not man.

Police State: Eric Rudolph, 1 Man, 5 Years and Millions of Dollars

By Al Lorentz

Well, they finally succeeded after millions of dollars, five years and thousands of men on the job at one time or another. The FBI and the Federal Government have finally captured Eric Rudolph who was on the FBI’s 10 most wanted list for over five years. Of course Eric Rudolph was captured quite accidently while dumpster diving, by a diligent local police officer with nothing more high-tech than his wits, common sense and basic police officer training, thus making a mockery out of the “elite” Federal agents assigned to the
