| its ugly head once again, but somehow the announcers say this is good for the economy. Gasoline is reaching two dollars per gallon. The dollar is imploding, and gold is shooting through the roof. However, everything is fine; our government will take care of us. Alan Greenspan will steer us safely through this rough economic period. Looks like just another average day in the American Twilight Zone. Many times each day, I catch myself stepping back, and watching everyone around me go on about their lives as if nothing unusual is happening. What is wrong with these people? The world is in chaos, our economy is crumbling, and the Police State is becoming more of a reality every day. According to our government saviors, we are at a heightened alert level. Department of Homeland Security (aptly nicknamed the Department of Scaring People) Secretary Tom Ridge tells us to go about our daily lives, let the professionals take care of everything, but you had better buy some duct tape just in case. The Globalists are so smug about their ability to control society they are treating us like children. Unbelievably, most people are acting like trusting children, and do not appear to be aware of the true nature of the momentous events transpiring daily, and the criminals running our government. Our elected officials have grown so flagrantly corrupt, that they are not even bothering to hide their illegal and immoral actions any longer. Everything is for sale, and the Globalists are shoveling out their worthless fiat money as fast as they can print it. Every time I find the courage to peruse the Internet news sites, the headlines completely blow me away. Alex Jones and John Stadtmiller keep me well informed with their reporting of the latest disasters and injustices imposed at home and throughout the world. They translate the lies and propaganda into truth. Steve Quayle is a welcome grounding in reality, and helps to decipher what is really happening with the economy, and explores the deep spiritual roots of this conflict. We are on a bullet train speeding towards destruction, and most people think they are still at the train station safe and sound. When I attempt to bring up these issues in casual conversation, the normal response is a parody of what the mainstream media is currently reporting. A normally friendly and compassionate friend of mine mentioned the human shields going to Iraq to protest the war. He laughs and brazenly declares how dare these people resist our government policy, I hope they are killed. This must be the Twilight Zone! Are people becoming so hypnotized that they are unable to think clearly? The power of media propaganda is immense. Monotonous repetitions of daily misinformation are able to morph previously intelligent people into bloodthirsty members of the new American Fourth Reich. We currently live with the threat of biological, chemical, and nuclear attacks on our country at any moment. Not to mention the threat of John Ashcroft’s federal thugs enforcing their newly acquired Police State powers to crush dissent. A student of history, I frequently attempt to imagine what it was like to be an American during my parent’s generation living with the horror of the Depression and World War Two. Can you imagine what they thought and felt as they stood for hours in food lines waiting for government handouts because there were no jobs to be found, while they alertly listened to the radio broadcasts of the atrocities taking place in Europe, Russia and Japan? In the meantime, their lives were completely controlled by the government through blackouts, ration cards, and rampant patriotic fervor. During the war, if an able-bodied man was seen on the streets, he was accosted, and interrogated as to why he was not on the front line. Historical copies of Life magazine are full of demonization of the “Japs and Nazis”, and praising the leaders of the war effort for their selfless devotion to their country. Were the public in that perilous period of history as gullible as the current generation of Americans? Currently, we are experiencing a similar level of tension and fear carefully crafted by the illegal shadow government. Will we soon be told that we also must begin rationing gasoline, energy, and food to help with the War effort? Look for curfews to be enacted supposedly for our own protection. It will soon be illegal to be on the streets at night without permission. Many people say a person must be insane to continue to live in New York or Washington, or any of the cities mentioned by Gary Hart as likely future terror attack locations. In reality, we are not safe anywhere. Living in any city is dangerous, who knows where the Globalists will decide to stage the next attack? Recently, it was announced that when we are attacked, all residents will be locked down, and their children taken. How long will we accept life at this level of tension, while our country crumbles around us economically, and transforms into an authoritarian dictatorship with King George as our beloved leader? Our current lives are a parody of an extreme episode of Twilight Zone. Maybe we should name this episode, “The destruction of America and emergence of an Orwellian Police State.” I wonder what future generations will imagine when they read about this era in their history books. Will they wonder why we just stood by and let these events transpire with hardly a whimper? It is growing difficult to discern between fact and fiction. The news is becoming so absurd that at times I believe I am watching some second-rate horror flick. The newscasters are now busy demonizing Arabs, French, Germans, and anyone else who does not march in lockstep with official government policy. Radio talk show hosts state that anyone who disagrees with the government should be placed in internment camps. Colin Powell is offering a $26 billion dollar bribe to Turkey in order to take military control of their sovereign nation. Everyone has a price, even entire nations. Oklahoma City is preparing to spray their population with a biological agent. Congress is covertly attempting to pass Patriot Act II, which will be the last nail in the coffin containing our liberty. FEMA camps are under construction throughout the country. The Israeli Mossad has released their assassins on an unsuspecting American public. This cannot really be happening! Maybe I will wake up soon and realize this is all a bad dream. Rod Serling would be proud; his series has now become a reality TV show. Our society continues to denigrate at an unbelievable level. The Vatican is issuing strange proclamations that appear to be more Pagan than Catholic. A man was murdered at a gas station on the east coast recently, and the other customers calmly stood by and watched, no one attempted to help, or even bothered to call 911. At a nightclub in Chicago supported by Jesse Jackson, a stampede erupted when a security guard pepper sprayed two women who were fighting, with many deaths occurring during the ensuing panic. Why were all the exits sealed? A few days later, a rock group pyrotechnic stage show erupted into flames and killed almost a hundred people. Again, spectators calmly stood by and enjoyed the show. Just another segment of the American Twilight Zone. Science Fiction feats are becoming commonplace. This very strange looking lady from a cult named the Raelians claims that her firm has successfully created the first cloned child who is now residing in Jerusalem waiting for aliens to come down and reclaim the earth. This is on the mainstream news! Microchip implants are now being inserted into humans en masse. Biometric identification is widespread. General Motors OnStar technology allows the police to immediately track the location every GM vehicle anywhere in the world. The Twilight Zone episode continues. With each passing day, I find it more difficult to keep up the façade of living a normal life as if everything was right in the world. More and more often, as I sit in a meeting at work, or go out to a restaurant, theatre, or nightclub, I find myself contemplating, what am I doing here? Shouldn’t I be running for cover before the takeover of America is complete, and the world explodes into World War III and possibly Armageddon? Most people I meet do not appear to have an inkling of the danger we are facing. They are busy refinancing their homes, and fret about their shrinking 401K’s, and Corporate downsizing, but shrug off all mention of threats to their safety. Then follows comments similar to the pundit’s stories in the mainstream media, “trust in the government and everything will work out for the best eventually”, or “this type of activity has been going on for years and our lives have not been affected, don’t worry about it.” The real problem is that this is not an episode of Twilight Zone, this is our lives! What the public does not seem to realize is that this time really is different. Our current situation has been planned for generations, and is the culmination of an insidious plot hatched by European royalty, Cecil Rhodes, International Bankers led by the Rothschild’s, Rockefellers, Morgan’s, and the Globalists over a century ago. We live in exciting, scary, and fantastical times. This era is one of those periods of history when the entire world order changes. I pray that we will survive to thwart the insidious plans of the shadow government. Unfortunately, this will not happen as long as the majority of the people continue to live in their false Twilight Zone reality. | Living in the American Twilight Zone By Mike Schelstrate As each day passes, I grow more convinced that we are not experiencing reality in America. We must be living in an episode of the Twilight Zone. How else to explain the daily events transpiring and the public response? Wake up in the morning, turn on Fox News, and listen to those comedians on the morning show broadcast the latest propaganda distributed by the lunatics in the White House. We must take out the evil Saddam Hussein. The French are a bunch of wimps without any gratitude for all of the times we have come to their rescue. North Korea is threatening to attack Japan and America with nuclear weapons. Germany’s leaders are spewing strident anti-American rhetoric. Muslims throughout the world have vowed Jihad against western civilization. Then tune to CNBC and view the latest economic indicators. Last year we managed to accrue the largest trade deficit in history while our factories are shuttered and rusting from disuse. Unemployment continues to increase exponentially, and inflation is rearing |
