It’s another shot across the bow of the Constitution: the White House has announced it will micromanage the census. It is said Obama and crew — you can almost hear Rahm Emanuel cracking his knuckles in Obama’s ear — decided to lord over the census after California Rep. Barbara Lee, chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, and Hispanic groups complained to the White House about Judd Gregg, the Republican senator from New Hampshire slated to head the Commerce Department. Lee, the Caucus, and Hispanic groups complained Gregg couldn’t be trusted to conduct to run the census, at least not to their liking, and in response the Obama administration hijacked the census.

On February 6, White House spokesman Laena Fallon said: “From the first days of the transition the census has been a priority for the president, and a process he wanted to reevaluate. There is historic precedent for the director of the census, who works for the Commerce Secretary and the president, to work closely with White House senior management — given the number of decisions that will have to be put before the president. We plan to return to that model in this administration.”

In short, the Obama administration plans to violate the Constitution and the law. According to Article I, Section 2 the Constitution: “The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.” As for the Law, Congress decreed the following:
The Secretary [of Commerce] shall perform the functions and duties imposed upon him by this title, may issue such rules and regulations as he deems necessary to carry out such functions and duties, and may delegate the performance of such functions and duties and the authority to issue such rules and regulations to such officers and employees of the Department of Commerce as he may designate.
Title 13 of the U.S. Code, Chapter 1, Subchapter I, § 2, entitled “Bureau of the Census,” states: “The Bureau is continued as an agency within, and under the jurisdiction of, the Department of Commerce.”
Not under the jurisdiction of Obama and Rahm Emanuel, but the Department of Commerce. The Director of the Census by law must be within the Department of Commerce and under the direction of the Senate approved Secretary of Commerce who then reports to the president.
According to the Chicago Daily Observer, the Secretary of Commerce will not report directly to Obama, but his designee — feared by Republicans to be Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. Last week, Mary Ann Akers of the Washington Post cited a senior Republican Senate aide, who declared that letting the census “be run out of Rahm’s office is like putting PETA in charge of issuing hunting permits.”
For the Democrats, all of this is exceedingly important because census results will determine the redrawing of congressional districts and electoral college numbers and may impact the 2012 elections when Obama could be fighting for reelection and Democrats fighting to hold on to the House and the Senate.
In such matters — considering the composition of government — the integrity of the Constitution and the letter of law come in dead last. Obama is said to be a constitutional scholar. In fact, he has about as much reverence for our founding document as George W. Bush, who infamously said during a meeting with Republican congressional leaders in 2005 that the Constitution is “just a goddamned piece of paper.”
Obama may indeed have a soft spot in his heart for the Constitution, not that it matters — he is little more than a front man for the ruling elite who call the shots.
Sabotaging the Constitution has nothing to do with Democrats, Republicans, congressional districts, or the Congressional Black Caucus and Hispanic groups — it has to do with control exercised by our rulers. If the census needs to be fiddled with in order to make sure the globalist agenda remains on track with the current spate of factotums in place, the act of treading on the Constitution is of no account.

Contact every policeman and military personnel you know. Try to determine if they understand the very real threat this government poses to our liberty. Educate them if possible!

We have a leader like that. His name is Jesus Christ, aka in the Book of Revelation as Michael the Archangel. You want to know what to do? Read Matthew, chapter 24 and the entire Book of Revelation. Start with Revelation 11:18 to pique your interest. Once you’ve finished with those readings, move on to the prophets–Daniel, Ezekiel, Jeremiah, etc.–to see how God has handled things in the past and to read more warning specifically for our day. Make Bible study part of your daily routine. Follow what it advises: “Keep on the watch,” “Treat others the way you would like to be treated,” etc., and preach and teach what you learn to others, in accord with Matthew 28:19. Above all pray incessantly for wisdom and insight.
Last but not least, remember that you may, indeed, hear a knock at your door. No, not the census-takers…you know who they are…they have knocked at your door before. You peeked through your drapes, annoyed that they’d come by on a Saturday morning, or a Wednesday evening–anytime, in fact. You may have rolled your eyes in disgust at their goody-two-shoes clothing and the naive smiles on their faces. They were the ones with the answers. They’ve been going door-to-door warning people about these times since 1880, and people have smirked and laughed at their message. But just think: if a person from 1880 could come back to life and see what is going on today, compared to their time, what would they think? They’d think they were witnessing Armageddon.
Next time these people knock, have a two-way dialog with them. At least listen with an open mind before you make your decisions. Also, reading their new publication “What Does the Bible Really Teach?” will clear up false doctrine that you may have been brainwashed with by the “mainstream” (ie, Illuminati) religions.

What I think we need (everyone has their own ideas) is a real movement, and convincing of the idea and the points laid out as to why the federal reserve needs to be eliminated, and/or federalized, or some changes that would make the broken system work for the people again, and at the same time remove their main mechanism of control. Break the criminals back, place them in jail, put them in prisons, (after enough due process of course) and lets start living!!!

To those of you who have not read the book yet, you NEED to get Jim Marrs latest book “The Rise of the Fourth Reich” and READ IT!! The census is the means whereby the gov can track you and your family. That is how the Nazis did it with the Jews. IBM was instrumental in having ALL the information and whereabouts of every person in Germany.
I opted out in the last census by stating it was against my truly held religious beliefs and practices. You have to opt out of the census through religious means, whatever they are. A 1968 Supreme Court ruled that no judge, attorney or gov official – no one can question your truly held religious beliefs and practices. If they do it is a felony. It is called the “Seager Doctrine”. Also read “IBM and the Holocaust” by Edwin Black and “Trading with the Enemy” by Charles Higham. These will open your eyes as to WHO is behind all this. It’s too bad these Nat Guards and military are being suckered into playing into the hands of our enemies within this country/gov. We sure could use them on our side and have them arrest the players of the financial meltdown these bastards created to drive us into a third world society.

Today on C-Span, the House was discussing (and passing): HR 554, an nanotechnology bill (look it up). One Rep. from N.C., an older republican woman, remarked that she had heard from concerned constituents who believed that nanotechnology would be used against American citizens. The Rep. actually referred to worries of “microchips being implanted in American citizens”. Then, of course, she shut up and the bill passed. Who says C-span is boring?

Americans should refuse to do all of the crap that they continuously want from you such as the census, income taxes, social security numbers, licenses, vehicle registrations and plates, permits and all the other ways they not only track us but take all of our money back from us for these bullshit fees for the crap they force us to do.

But since, as you point out, the Constitution states that the “actual Enumeration shall be made… within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as [the US Congress] shall by Law direct,” doesn’t that mean that Congress has the power to “by Law direct” which part of the government is responsible for enumerating the census? And did they not change which part of the government enumerates the census previously, and entirely legally without “attacking the Constitution” when they transferred the power to enumerate the census to the Department of Commerce, which was created in 1903, 115 years after the Constitution was ratified? And, naturally, if the Congress decides to transfer the authority to enumerate the census to the President directly, or even to the Chief of Staff, does that not constitute a legal action within the realm of Congressional constitutional authority?
Whether the Department of Commerce under a Republican or the Democratic Chief of Staff should be responsible for enumerating the census is important, but a legal change in that responsibility hardly amounts to “treading on the Constitution.” And I would hardly say that “the director of the census… [working] closely with White House senior management” amounts to Barack Obama or Rahm Emanuel “hijacking the census” anyway.

I don’t see the Constitution being violated here, just taken out of context. It’s amazing that all of a sudden NOW everyone is fearing big government after 8 years of blatent imperialism in the middle east. And it’s over who oversees the census? I am disappointed though that Obama does not seem to be putting “the politics of the past” behind like he promised. This is nothing more than a partisan dispute that lead to more executive oversight- which isn’t such a bad thing with any government. Where was the oversight for the last 8 years?

Perhaps the Oversight for the last 8 years, was the fact that America feel into a fear driven nightmare of sleep, felt helpless and hopeless…and the media pushed it on everyone, everyday for months.
The constitution should not be *taken out of context* it should not be read as a holy document and interpreted, it should simply be read and understood, for what it says, and followed to the letter, period.
All men are created equal.
Freedom of speech.
A currency based on Gold and Silver.
The right to bare arms.
The right to form a well regulated Militia.
Plenty of things people are willing to give up in order to feel safe and secure… look at what the Patriot Act took away from us all… then the anti gun laws getting ready to be passed… the move away from a currency based of Gold and Silver… if we had stuck with that model, we would NOT be in this financial mess…
Those willing to give up freedom for security, deserve neither.
