I enjoy Information Clearinghouse, but it just doesn’t have the knowledge base of (say) wikileaks or thememoryhole. IC simply reports what’s already available.

Going with the assumption that this may not be a publicity stunt …

It isn’t beyond the scope of logic to consider the perpetrators are probably local police.

Has anyone thaught of the possibility that perhaps these alleged thugs could be of a more local variaty government sector. Say perhaps from one of his own or a neiboring jurisdictions. Perhaps a pissed off police or sherrifs dept. Not that an entire dept. would engage in such events but in any such group some begin to act with powers of impunity. (we’ve all witnessed it). Some times it only takes a few bad apples. I would look first in such a direction or perhaps some group on the other side of the fence. Such as some local drug dealers, book makers, etc.. Who simply don’t have the resources to mess wiyh his life in any other way.

I really hope some folks have some plans to mirror his site! It would be a crying shame if his ISP were given orders to shut it all down! Mirrors everyone! I would like to see what I can do. however, I am still working from a “free” hosting account. Another idea, how about someone showing the gentleman how to use TOR/VIDALIA on his internet connection. It is open source, and very effective concerning privacy issues and net-tracking.
