APF Plan To Run Hardin Jail Terminated, Arrest Of Hilton Possible
Governor of Montana says locals were “part of conspiracy” in dealings with “con men”

The saga of American Police Force and its plans to take over a $27 million dollar detention facility in Hardin Montana came to an end last night with the announcement that the deal was terminated, as the Governor of Montana slammed local officials for becoming “part of the conspiracy” by continuing their dealings with known criminals and con men such as Michael Hilton.
As we reported last week, the deal seemed destined to fail following revelations that the founder of APF, Michael Hilton, was a career criminal who had operated under 17 different aliases, spent three years in prison and still has $1.1 million in outstanding civil judgments against him. This prompted the Governor of Montana to launch an investigation into both APF and local officials.
“Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer upbraided Hardin officials for first striking a deal with what he called “con men” and then defending American Police Force after Hilton’s history emerged,” reports the Associated Press.
“They became part of the conspiracy. They became apologists,” he said of Peterson and others involved in the deal.
Schweitzer added that Hardin residents “need some people to represent them that have some business skills, that are honest and have integrity.”
As we stressed repeatedly, the refusal of local officials to admit that they were engaged in wrongdoing was never going to do anyone any favors. The hostile response that we received for merely emphasizing the fact that Hilton was a career criminal was indicative of locals living in denial of the fact that making deals with convicted con men was always going to turn sour.

Despite this, people like Al Peterson of the Two Rivers Authority still maintain that they did nothing wrong even after they knew Hilton was a fraudster.
“I can’t say it was a mistake,” he said. “We make the best decision we can based on the information we have on hand. I don’t think we did anything we couldn’t or wouldn’t do in the future,” Peterson told the AP.
The Attorney General’s office has indicated that unless Hilton turns over documents about APF’s parent company by Monday, American Police Force could be held in contempt, which could lead to an arrest, reports KURL 8 News.
The APF saga is a microcosm of America in the sense that, just like the locals in Hardin, the population becomes ‘part of the conspiracy’ that allows private central bankers and elitist insiders to rob the country blind because of their refusal to accept the fact that their apathy and denial creates a perfect environment in which con artists can thrive and ultimately seize control over a whole nation.

The local ‘officials’ should be investigated to see if any of them were ‘on the take’ from this APF deal. Maybe there were kickbacks? Why were they so motivated to get this deal done? Why were they so motivated to conceal and downplay disturbing facts about this deal at the time these facts became known?
Wasn’t the wife on one of these local officials given a cushy $60K/yr salary and a new SUV to quit her $30K/yr job as a reporter and become APF spokesperson? How far in advance was this deal made? Was it made before the contract had been approved or otherwise influenced by her husband?
In the interests of justice and gov’t transparency and accountability, a serious look needs to be taken at the whole fiasco to see if any laws were broken. I suspect rolling into town impersonating police officers is just one of many crimes here.

I’m from Great Falls, Mt and when this story first broke I was scared!! I knew from jump that Peterson was less then moral! What homework did he do? He flew out to Cali (?) liked the money he heard and that was it! His bond payment is coming due, this guy would have sold his soul in order to make that payment instead of doing the footwork needed to make that jail profitable! It can be done…he’s just to lazy. When I found out that Alex was coming I was excited and could finally see light! JAMESTOWN, N.C. – A pedestrian spotted a body in a pond along Ragsdale Rd. late Saturday morning, the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office said.
The sheriff’s office identified the victim as Jerry Wayne Wyrick, 51, of Jamestown.
Col. Randy Powers said a person walking across a pedestrian bridge near 100 Ragsdale Rd. shortly after 11 a.m. saw the body and called authorities.

Hi everybody, I have been following alex’s stories but also the big horn county news and the billings gazette, they had a story that claimed APF has pulled out of the deal..typical psychopaths. Mr switzer or scweitzer, is also and I agree that the bonds behind the project are were fraudulent also.

So what if Alex Jones has money. As hard as he’s been busting his ass and putting his life on the line to save our asses for the last 15 years, probably 18 hours a day he deserves everything. I don’t see you crying about actors getting $50 million for a movie or sports players making millions a year and they provide nothing but distractions from the truth. The cointelpro agents who comment on this site seriously need to be fired by their bosses for being a bunch of incompetent hacks. I mean seriously does anyone here actually think the tactics work. Also Alex gave credit to Steve Quayle (who by the way does go out on a limb sometimes with wild predictions and annoys me with the Jebus rhetoric) for breaking the story but Alex’s coverage did seem to force action to be taken against APF. Also notice how the disinfo agents above give Quayle credit over Jones (probably an attempt to cause a fight between the two) and then in another post they knock Quayle and basically say he made stuff up. Once again I encourage everyone here to watch the hack edit job these government or possibly APF operatives did with Alex’s y2k broadcast. Alex never said a nuclear war was going on. He was reporting on the fact that Russia was making threats. I mean with all the funding you guys get couldn’t you have edited his words better to make it appear he said a nuclear war had started.
