Most people recognize the value of a fire drill. Adults and children alike recognize the usual fire drill steps include evacuating the building and reaching a pre-designated spot.
What most people do not recognize is that a fire drill is really an emergency evacuation plan and emergency evacuation plans are growing to include drills such as an influenza pandemic event.
The Houston Federal Executive Board sponsored such a drill, April 14-15. The Interagency Continuity Influenza Pandemic Tabletop Exercise was as an opportunity for federal, state, and local emergency coordinators to discuss how their agencies would manage during a pandemic event.
“My goal since 9-11 is to facilitate the preparedness of federal agencies in the Houston area by providing emergency training opportunities,” said Houston Federal Executive Board Director Michael Mason. “Every class we offer, we open it to state and local agencies where the emergency managers can create partnerships during the training rather than during an emergency.”
The training, provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, was interactive requiring attendees to break into small groups to discuss the scenario and the current procedures their agency used to manage an emergency. Group members discussed what certain procedures should be implemented at varying stages and why other procedures could wait.
“A primary focus of this exercise identified the operational impact an agency faces when 30 to 40 percent of their personnel are unable to come to work,” said Chief Jeremy Luczkowski, U.S. Customs and Border Protection. “Developing plans to deal with Pandemic-specific issues is challenging for an agency that deals directly with the public on a daily basis.”

I just haven’t been able to decide if this is a beginning or an epidemic or if this is just sort of a trial run for the big one to follow. Difficult to tell. There’s also a chance that this was meant to further the Mexican government’s power and prevent them from completely collapsing. So many possibilities so little information.

I live in Fairbanks, Alaska. People keep saying that the largest FEMA Camp is 26 miles south east of Fairbanks. That area is an airforce range. It is called Blair Lakes Airforce Range. You can google it and see the area. There is a maintenence building a a few smaller buildings there when you google it. I do not see anything there that could hold 2 million people. People keep saying it is disquised as a large mental health facility. Well I happen to work in that field and I know of no large mental health facility in that area. Impossible because that area is military and only accessible by car in the winter but only by plane in the summer. I find it hard to believe the facility is a maintence facility especially since the place is unaccessable in the summer and you can only fly there. There is something there but definately not a mental health facility

Yes its all just another act in the BIG SHOW. Flu propaganda started in mexico to get the drug war under control. A very effective way to limit the populations movements and activities pertaining to drug trafficing and thier territories. Lets call it a BIOLOGICAL CEASE FIRE. The NWO is closing in on the mexican illegal drug trade. Just like it has done in Afganistan to control the heroin trade. The virus is real but not a serious threat to populations or proportionate death rates to make it significant. Its estimated 10,000 people a year (give or take a few thousand) in America alone die from flu viruses.

Has anyone considered the idea that this “outbreak” is actually a real-time, full scale test of a bio-agent for international/intercontential outreach [or contagion spread]. An extension of any “table-top exercise” to measure; epidemic/pandemic spread [time & distance], public response/panic levels, medical community response [reaction time/action taken], military control response time/success level, and other factors that the elite would find ‘interesting” & useful. While this outbreak has the stink of FEMA all over it other branches of government just might have been kept “out of the loop” so as not to degrade the research value to the test.
Just my take on this situation.

Just another key on the ring imo. People try to downplay these types of exercises especially when Alex and the gang bring them to our attention. I recall recently some derog comments about the Martial Law exercises being or going to be conducted in Alaska. What we can take from this, and past exercises, is the idea that government specifically trains people for the “event” they are choosing to use next. Who, honestly, has ever felt the need for emergency training in the face of a pandemic? When was the last pandemic? SARS? Please! Illuminists always foreshadow. This should alert you, if you havent already been, to the growing US military “exercises” being conducted to assist state law enforcement and the previously mentioned Martial Law drills. Government doesn’t do these things for no reason.

On Monday, April 6, Fitzgibbon Hospital and Saline County Health Department partnered to hold a closed Point of Dispensing drill, a simulation of accessing the Strategic National Stockpile of Medication and then distributing the drugs to the appropriate people.
The purpose of the drill was to help county medical personnel practice this procedure, which would likely be used in the event of an emergency situation where a large population would need to be vaccinated or inoculated against a disease, such as anthrax or influenza, or a bioterrorism attack. If an outbreak occurs, the health department has 48 hours to deliver medication to all 24,000 residents of Saline County, Donnell said. Stockpiled medicine is stored in a secret location and must be retrieved accompanied by an armed guard because, “These medications could be more valuable than gold,” Donnell said.

The “news” doesn’t seem to report on anything for themselves untill said issue has floated around online by nonmainstream news sites until it is undenyable. checkout the site “information liberation” I always see the story there first and then a week or two later I see it on TV.
