Recent Patriot Victories An Inspiration

Scott Ritsema | June 7 2005

Recently, several world events have reminded us about the global consolidation of power that has occurred slowly over the past century. For many years, intellectual, political, and financial elites, through groups such as the Bilderberg Group and the Council on Foreign Relations, have made efforts to bring about what they call a “new world order,” which consistently has referred to a world system of financial and political control—a world government. In particular, the current developments involving the European Union (EU), the Bilderberg Group, and the proposed Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) reflect this push toward a world government. Three recent news stories, some receiving more media attention than others, possess tremendous significance to what elite planners desire for our world. For lovers of liberty and national sovereignty, though, the news is good. A few recent events suggest that we are winning.

“Bilderbergers” Frustrated by Patriots

Before the good news out of the Bilderberg meeting is covered, a brief overview of the Bilderberg Group is necessary. As has been documented well by Jim Tucker for decades, the Bilderberg Group is the tiny cabal of top world elites who have one thing in common: a desire for world government. They meet 120-strong once a year in total secret surrounded by armed guards, and an annual total media blackout ensues like clockwork. Names such as Kissinger and Rockefeller regularly show up on the list. These men, the most powerful on earth, really do discuss and plan world events. All of these facts, once swept under the rug as “conspiracy theory,” are now being openly admitted in the foreign news media. For example, CNN Europe aired a discussion in which the commentators admitted that, “by and large, many members of the Bilderberg group actually see themselves in much same way the conspiracy theorists see them, as this shadowy cabal out to, if not to rule the world, to influence world events.” Then they went on to admit that, “world government…is what Bilderberg is into by and large—the idea of a 1-world community, a new world order.”

Following the May 2005 meeting of the Bilderberg Group, some good news for anti-globalists has been uncovered and reported by independent media. According to reports from the inside attained by Daniel Estulin, one of the concerns of the Bilderbergers was the growing anti-world government movement in the U.S. The globalists voiced their anxiety over American Patriots who oppose their plans for the world, and they even discussed how they might neutralize this movement. The fact that this growing opposition is one of the discussion topics among the Bilderbergers shows that there has been much success among liberty and sovereignty advocates. Apparently, seemingly insignificant American citizens are anything but insignificant. They are a force to be reckoned with, and they are frustrating the plans of the globalists. This is good news.

“Eurocrats” Frustrated by the People

The second item of good news also comes out of Europe. Interestingly, the widely publicized European Union, which was first hatched in the secrecy of the Bilderberg Group following World War II as an economic union that would grow into a political union, is not consolidating power as smoothly as the internationalists had planned. Recently, the citizens of France and the Netherlands have resoundingly said “no” to the constitution of the sovereignty-robbing, power-consolidating mega-state known as the EU. No doubt, the internationalists will redouble their efforts, but regardless of the motivation of the “no” voters, it is encouraging to see citizens in various countries foiling the plans of the elite planners.

Anti-FTAA Movement Gains Steam

A bit of background is necessary here as well. The FTAA is the proposed expansion of NAFTA into a Free Trade Area of the Americas. This economic union would apparently follow the course of history that the Europeans have charted; that is, the natural progression from economic union to political union would occur here as well. Proponents of NAFTA and the FTAA from Vicente Fox to Bush’s spokesmen to the Wall Street Journal have called for these economic unions so that this continent (or hemisphere) can be modeled after the European Union. The comparisons are countless.

Furthermore, regional trade agreements and political blocs, in general, are not just about the region, but rather a global design for world consolidation of power. Globalists such as CFR member Richard Gardner see these regions as an “end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece.” What he called the “house of world order” would not be accomplished through an “old fashioned frontal assault,” rather it would have to be a complex system of alliances and trade agreements. Additionally, Henry Kissinger, speaking about NAFTA, explained that the trade pact would, “represent the most creative step toward a new world order taken by any group of countries since the end of the Cold War.”

The recent good news is that, in addition to the European consolidation hitting roadblocks, here in the Americas, the plans for merging are coming up against a formidable opponent. The anti-FTAA movement has gained much steam, as can be seen in the news out of Arizona. The Arizona Legislature, according the May 30 issue of The New American, urged Congress not to “enter the FTAA because the FTAA does not represent true free trade and does not safeguard American constitutional principles.” The legislature also pointed out that NAFTA and WTO bureaucrats currently have the power to supersede American laws, court decisions, and even the U.S. Constitution. For Patriots who cherish liberty and sovereignty, this wave of anti-FTAA sentiment is very good news. Taken all together, these three news items (the Bilderbergers’ frustration with Patriots, the EU Constitution’s roadblocks and the anti-FTAA movement) represent resounding victories in the arena of international politics.
