The news that Infowars reporter Matt Lepacek was arrested after last night's Republican debate for asking Rudy Giuliani's staff a question has gone viral on the web, featuring on the front page of both Digg and the Drudge Report.

The story jumped to the front page of Digg this morning, one of the highest ranked news sites on the web and later appeared on the Drudge Report.

We have now confirmed that Lepacek has now been released on a $400 bail but that his camera equipment has not been returned.

Lepacek says he was interrogated and threatened by police and is set to feature as a guest today on the Alex Jones Show.

Calls to the New Hampshire State Police are being direced to the Secret Service.
