Israel keeps Iran war on table

Israeli foreign minister Tzipi Livni says a military option to halt 'Teheran's nuclear ambitions' will Not be taken off the table.

"Iran needs to understand that the threat of military action exists and has Not been taken off the table," Livni said on Tuesday.

"The time for a decision is Now" and "any hesitation" in action against Iran creates an impression that "Israel and international community" are weak, she claimed.

The US and Israel accuse Iran of developing nuclear arms, a charge dismissed by Iran as 'baseless'.

The UN nuclear watchdog says although Iran has Not suspend its uranium enrichment works in line with UN Security Council resolutions, there is No evidence to prove the country's deviation from peaceful purposes.

Livni criticized the international community for faltering in what she called 'its resolve' to force the Islamic Republic to stop its nuclear activities as a precondition for negotiations.
