Comment: The New World Order doesn't care whether the leader of a country is an angel or a tyrant within his own limited sphere of national influence.

The litmus test is whether or not they are behind the long term mechanized push for global centralized control. If they are not, they will be removed.

Chavez has been labelled a populist, an elitist and a socialist. It doesn't matter. He clearly has different objectives to the New World Order and so he is a target.

It seems the same is happening with Putin. Although he uses the same tactics to usurp control, namely government sponsored terrorism and supression of free speech, he wants more power than the Globalists are willign to afford him, thereby leaving himself exposed to elimination in the future.

THE INTERNATIONAL FORECASTER editor Bob Chapman writes: Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias has designated Army Major General Julio Quintero Viloria as Military Reserve and National Mobilization Commander.

- A territorial army, consisting of ex-servicemen and women, will augment a national defense strategy to integrate the Armed Forces into a national development.

This is a national deterrent being formulated to protect Venezuela due to actions over the last several years by the Bush administration and Colombia.

President Chavez Frias says if he is forcibly removed from office or assassinated, that his domestic opponents will face a government far more radical than his government. Mr. Chavez has said ... "don't even think about it."
