Flashback: Climate Scientists: Use Spaceships To Block Out The Sun
An astronomer has proposed to reverse global warming by creating a giant sunshield to protect the planet.
Professor Roger Angel thinks he can diffract the power of the sun by placing trillions of lenses in space and creating a 100,000-square-mile sunshade.
Each lens will have a diffraction pattern etched onto it which will cause the sun’s rays to change direction.
He intends to use electromagnetic propulsion to get the lenses into space.
If work was started immediately Prof Angel thinks the sunshield could be operation by 2040.
He said: “Things that take a few decades are not that futuristic.”

To reflect something that was MEANT to shine down on us, is asking for trouble. Man will cause more problems drumming up ideas to so-called stem the global warming. Plant trees to shade the earth. To much concrete in cities covering the earth. Trapping the heat in the earth. Ever think of that? What we gonna do? Tear down cities in order to release the trapped Heat in the earth? I don’t think so. Bout as crazy as building a shield across miles of land to reflect what nature was meant to do. Man’s created this. Forrests grew to protect parcels of land, and give us our Oxygen we all breathe. AND to absorb the Carbon Dioxide.

Also why in space?
Why not do it here on earth. Put that load of money into solar panels instead which help reflect the sun back into space as well as gaining energy and lowering carbon emissions. Sounds more like a win win win to me. And if we go to far in cooling the planet then no need to go for a ride into space to move trillions of reflectors and create more space junk! Also I guess less sunlight reaching the earth means less food not just for us but for all of earths creatures. Humans always have to learn the hard way. We are so stupid.

They want to stop global warming to ensure that temperature change doesn’t happen by blocking out the sun? How would this HELP agriculture. Last time I checked plants need the sun to make their own food. Solve a false problem with another bigger problem.

I must give these world-class control freaks credit. They have left no stone unturned. They have a supposedly perfect solution for every problem on the planet. It doesn’t matter whether the problems are natural in nature or man-made. Don’t the dingbats realize that without energy and sunlight from the sun, all life forms on planet earth will die? Most people in the world appear to have finally caught on to the global warming scam. Even I was fooled about that one in the beginning. Now we have the perfect excuse for world governments to force humanity to live with additional rules, regulations and additional taxes to pay for the sun shield lunacy. I think someone is trying to warm society up to the idea of paying your carbon taxes. After all breathing is a privilege not a right. You can’t win with these people. When they are done. You will either burn up, freeze to death, be tortured to death, be poisoned to death from foods, water, vaccines, prescription medications, etc. or suffer from depleted uranium damage or other nuclear threats, etc., etc., etc. I look forward to living in God’s future world where lunatics don’t exist.

Why do humans have to have a god complex. Why can’t they just leave stuff well enough alone? I don’t see any other animals on the planet complaining? Why can’t we just stop now before it is too late.
They only reason why they want to have a sun guard, is because a select few want to have control of the sun. So if you disobey, all they would have to do is cool off the sun for a few years and have you and your crops starve to death. I
