Well I couldn’t view the video, but I suspect that this has to do with foreclosure or banks taking homes that people are “renting” from them for the next 20-30 years. When you deal with the devil, expect to be screwed.

Just double-click on the video and it will take you straight to the YouTube source. it’s pretty scary if you think about it.
June 17th, 2009 at 5:04 am
Yes Gary S and if you pay property taxes then your “rent” will eventually equal what your mortgage is in about that time. So you get to pay, pay, pay.
From what I recall, George Washington fought for a country you could retire in, not get kicked out of your house because you are very old and have no money left. Great way to euthanize our old people!

You need not wonder Why these moneychangers were TOSSED from the temple by Jesus himself, and since tossed out of every single nation they set up residence in. WHY? Because they insert themselves into financial institutions and wreak havoc upon its host nation.
Remember what Thomas Jefferson said about giving banks the power to issue currency first by inflation and then by deflation.
“The corporations and institutions that grow up around these banks would deprive the US citizens of ALL prosperity, until our children grew up HOMELESS in the land their forefathers conquered”

Friend, my question is how long will all of us stand for this usury racket? The people that operate it are parasites plain and simple. They’ve had their fangs in this country right from the beginning with Alexander Hamilton’s (nee Levine. see Henry Cabot Lodge’s biography of him) “Bank of the United States”. Hamilton was a front for the Rothscihlds. AAron Burr is a hero of mine.

Uh … and because Mary Ann Hoeburt, who is a distant relative of mine, didn’t pay for the sewing machine she bought back in 1837, I will be taken to a concentration camp for 66 years of hard labor to work off the sewing machine and interest ensued since.
Do not be surprised, folks.

I would think that if she could prove she was told to get a lawyer by the title company that she could and the lawyer could directly bill the title company. As stated on their website, they back their policies by providing legal assistance. Having them pay for a lawyer you select would be perfectly acceptable.

You can supposedly tell if it’s tapped because the battery goes dead very quickly. Also, apparantly the only way to prevent it from being tapped is to remove the battery. The tap needs the battery as a power supply. However, I would think there are other, more passive, methods of listening. Don’t worry, every keystroke on the internet also gets vetted by the NSA as well. Seig Heil, Big Brother is your friend! Damn, I remember when we were free people.

Ashes. The bank shows up and all they find is ashes—down to the slab. Yes, if she has title insurance, which you have to have when you get a loan to buy a home, the title insurance is responsible to clear liens, or declare them as exceptions on the policy. If there is a prior lien and the owner wants to assume, then a subordination agreement is made.

The video clearly demonstrates how Chicago Title initially handled the problem. Now, you tell me that you would be oh-so cool about the situation if you found yourself in it… or have you never had a mortgage?
June 17th, 2009 at 7:32 am
If all of this we experience wasn’t an illusion I’d say the revolution in this country could start by first offing all the bankers and then moving on down the line to lawyers and politicians, but it is just an illusion so that is just preposterous.

You never really own your home: that’s the thing people need to realise. That is why it is better to rent. That way, you have the freedom to move as your financial circumstances change. When you own, you are trapped by market forces, and even if you have paid off your mortgage, taxes will drive you out of your house at some point. On the government’s ability to spy on you through technology, in Germany they have been able to do this for years with TV sets that have microphones and cameras built in them. And the other day, as I was taking some photos with my new mobile phone I discovered a ‘new’ feature: it accidently ‘flipped’ and I found out the keyboard has a hidden camera that films me as I use the phone. That was just wild! They are watching!

This sort of thing is no surprise to me. Businesses, such as in this case the title insurance company, charge money for a service and then, if it comes time to make good on their service they just blow the customer off.
Contracts apparently mean little or nothing where the consumer is concerned. If this homeowner is to stop this disgusting travesty it will cost her a great deal of money which she will likely never recover from anyone.
I have a fraudulent debt appearing on my credit report that has been there for ten years. When it first came to my notice, I told the finance company that it was fraudulent and that I had never undertaken such a debt. I also asked that they send me a copy of the contract containing the signature of my wife or me. They refused to do this several times which indicates that the company KNEW that it was fraudulent.
I even sent a letter to the Attorney General in my home state and never even received a reply.
June 17th, 2009 at 7:49 am
The only way this is news is because title companies consistently do their job in determining whether there is an unsatisfied lien on q property that you are buying.
Headline: Title company makes one mistake out of millions of title searches and didn’t clear it up completely after 2 day’s notice.
Want to be pro-active? Go do your title search yourself.
I love the smell of pot-stirring in the morning.

All of need to understand what Jordan Maxwell and others are saying about Admiralty Law: an American citizen is not a recognized entity under Admiralty Law. You are a person that USA Inc. has created and sold to the Illuminati banking cartel. You are a human resource, not a human being. You are bought and sold in the “stock” market. YOU WILL NEVER OWN ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY YOUR OWN CHILDREN. You can thank good old “Colonel” Mandell House for most of this. A slave is an upgrade from what we are now because the slave is completely aware of his slavery whereas your cage is subliminal.
Andy Jackson Reply:
June 17th, 2009 at 4:17 pm
This is right. Watch http://ronintruth.blogspot.com/ the videos on sovereignty and learn how you have been enslaved and the best part. We have free will-we willingly sign away our rights when we register, submit, and apply for priveledges that in every case are our rights. A marriage license gives the corporate STATE authority over your marriage AND the rights to any product (children) that results from the marriage. Why on earth does anyone get a marriage license? A drivers license and car registration is the same. Everyone has the RIGHT not priveledge of traveling on the public roads-google it. But after registering your car the STATE has the right to take it without due process because you gave it to them.
June 17th, 2009 at 8:37 am
Debt is the modern form of slavery: it operates in the same way, creating a master and a slave. It controls your behaviour and life until they put you in your grave. It takes your money, and then your children’s money through taxes. People work like dogs, treat other people like shit, look down their noses on other people, rip other people off, attack them, abuse them and lie to them, all topay down their mortgage, so when they are in their 60s they can smugly say they ‘own’ their house. But it is all a lie: you don’t own it. What is happening to many older people today (watching their life savings disappear in the stock market or Bernie Madoff’s Ponzi schemes), and then being hit with a market value tax assessment (which just chews through what pension they have left), means they then have to sell their house to get some cash to live on. Get some perspective and learn what is really happening.

Title insurance is almost completely worthless. I work with land and from looking at somewhere around 100 title reports a year, if you take some time to search you will find that they all say they are only responsible for the amount of the insurance purchased which is just a couple hundred dollars. I hope you found a good deal on a home if you can get one for only a couple hundred dollars. As far as legal assistance they will make sure they are covered but you are on your own.
June 17th, 2009 at 10:03 am
Before you go crazy on this article, first, this notice of sale happened because the mortgage holder never properly released the mortgage or filed such with the country clerk upon the sale of the home, second, the people who were “selling it” (the names the owner didn’t recognize) were the trustees named on the Deed of Trust (Mortgages are rarely, if ever, given today) who are authorized to conduct the sale in the event of a default. ALWAYS purchase “Owner’s Title Insurance” when buying a new home because the insurance company WILL represent you in any disputes, suits, etc.
The mortgage company not properly filing a release of lien upon the sale of a home happens all the time and it’s a small matter to track them down and make them properly file a release. No conspiracy here, folks.
Sarah Reply:

Sounds like it’s a lot easier to work with a title insurance company and let them take care of all the “stuff” you just explained above. Most of us aren’t trained in matters of real estate yet we still want to own property. Isn’t that why we hire experts or should we all become do-it-yourselfers simply because certain companies refuse to adhere to the terms of contracts when a dispute arises? Come on.

Well,
If someone wanted to sue a Title Company out of business, this looks like the perfect case.
Obviously, this Title Company sold a title check to escrow that they didn’t perform properly.
Welcome to US ‘R Fraud… That’s the US Economy of today. Service Economy fraud under
every nook and cranny.
Why would a person need to purchase Title Insurance when you’ve already paid for the
Title checking service to close escrow to begin with ??
Looks like the little lady in Vegas will have the rest of her mortgage paid off by the
lawsuit against the Title Company based in Chicago.
Hmm, makes me wonder who could be part owner of that Title Company based in
Chicago… Wouldn’t be Barack Obama would it be ?
Looks like corrupt service employees everywhere you look
Buy a corruptible employee
in the service company, then blame the owners of the Title Company.

your suffering will stop when you overstand that NO ONE can own anything. this planet belongs to every living thing that calls it home. why do people believe that they have an exclusive right to everything? of course we should have food, clothing and shelter, but we all deserve this, regardless of how much cotton we have picked for master. Earth is home to us all. greed and the lust for more than what we have is what led us down this path of destruction. we are like the hare, when we should have been like the tortuous. instant gratification, the need to have it all, these are the things wars are made of. we all have allowed our governments to evolve into what they have become, cesspools of corruption and graft. think about the fact that governments are created from the ranks of the common folks, there aren’t enough elite to do everything, then you will come to realize that we are the problem. too many of us are nationalists, racists, religious nuts or we think were better than everyone else. its time to wake up. we can change the world today, all we have to do is change ourselves.

How can a realty company legally sell you a home they are not entitled to sell? Only to later be told two home owners ago, defaulted?
That does not seem to be legal.
Can’t they go after the realty company who sold them the property?
