They must be surely aware that US, Israel .etc. are planning an illegal attack on their country. Should'nt they be publicly speaking out, declaring they have good intentions? Making it almost impossible for Bush to justify a war. Testing missiles just seems moronic to me, they are basically inviting the corrupt media to use it to their advantage.
