“Once it was the “revolt of the masses” that was held to threaten social order and the civilizing traditions of Western culture. In our time, however, the chief threat seems to come from those at the top of the social hierarchy, not the masses. This remarkable turn of events confounds our expectations about the course of history and calls long-established assumptions into question.
When José Ortega y Gasset published The Revolt of The Masses, first translated into English in 1932, he could not have foreseen a time when it would be more appropriate to speak of a revolt of elites. Writing in the era of the Bolshevik Revolution and the rise of fascism, in the aftermath of a cataclysmic war that had torn Europe apart, Ortega attributed the crisis of Western culture to the “political domination of the masses.” Today it is the elites, however – those who control the international flow of money and information, preside over philanthropic foundations and institutions of higher learning, manage the instruments of cultural production and thus set the terms of public debate – that have lost faith in the values, or what remains of them, of the West.” – Christopher Lasch, “The Revolt of the Elites and the Betrayal of Democracy.” 1996. Pg. 25-26.
“Mnemosyne, the personification of memory, has a variety of significances in the Greek tradition. Mother of the Muses, she represents the way in which epic heroes attain their immortality through the preservation of their deeds in epic song. The epic heroes remain alive in the memories of the poets and their audiences long after their mortal remains have crumbled into dust. In the epic tradition, Memory offers the possibility of immortality through kAeos, a means of transcending death and the mortal condition.
The deceased, however, does not hope that by drinking the water of Mnemosyne that she will live on in the memories of those still living. The tablet, unlike a conventional grave marker, is not a public display that preserves the deceased in the community’s memory. Rather, the power of Mnemosyne to rescue the heroes from oblivion is called upon to provide salvation for the individual in the world of the dead by her own recollection of herself. Those of the dead who do not drink of Memory but drink of Forgetfulness instead might wander witless and confused, knowing nothing of their past or future, like the shades in the Odyssey nekyia before they drink the blood. The draught of the waters of Memory permits the deceased to remember her true origins and identity. This type of memory provides a kind of immortality very different from the kAeos of the hero who is honored by his city, his clan, and his family; this focus, through memory, on the individual identity apart from the different lives places value on the self that exists outside of the mortal world, on an immortal part whose proper place lies outside the hierarchies and boundaries of the earthly, political, material world. In one sense, it is the body that is devalued in comparison to the soul; in another sense, it is the present time that is devalued in comparison to the time when the individual is in the proper place, in the community of the immortals. Memory serves to recall the individual from the mortal world and the normal order back to the world of the immortals.” – Radcliffe G. Edmonds III. “Myths of the Underworld Journey: Plato, Aristophanes, and the ‘Orphic’ Gold Tablets.” 2004. Cambridge University Press: Cambridge, UK. Pg. 52-53.
Hardcore activists and new media journalists from around the world journeyed to Chantilly, Virginia on Thursday, May 31st, site of the 2012 Bilderberg conference, one of the most highly secret political gatherings in the world.
The Bilderberg Group, as a symbolic nucleus of the Western power elite, no longer operates under a thick shell of cosmic secrecy, press censorship, and public ignorance. The awakening of the Western world coupled with the meteoric rise of the alternative media has brought the Bilderberg Legend to an end.
In previous years, the ruling Bilderberg cabal was shielded from the bright lights of publicity, which added to its legend. But the global spread of the Occupy movement and the increasing public awareness of the powerful group’s existence has made the 2012 meeting an unusually public affair for the notoriously camera shy Bilderberg attendees. The exception is Henry Kissinger, who entered the hotel on Thursday in a car with untinted windows, perhaps as a way to demonstrate his fearless nature to the heroic activists protesting outside the gates.
The big question on everyone’s minds is what are the West’s top power holders, politicians, bureaucrats, and decision makers discussing outside of the view of the general public? What do war criminals like Henry Kissinger have in mind for the rest of humanity? Are they planning world domination? The activists who are shining the light of truth on them would certainly say yes.
Bilderberg’s trail of evil has come to light despite a generational and worldwide media blackout. The people of the world have been deceived about the Bilderberg Group by media institutions and establishment journalists for decades, but their deception has fallen apart.
Mankind’s divine awakening cannot be stopped by the demons of the night, who are scheming mankind’s destruction. The corrupt, criminal, and treacherous Western media is collapsing, and no amount of sophisticated propaganda can save its image in the eyes of the world.
Luke Rudkowski of We Are Change is single-handedly shredding the media in the public square and exposing its complicity and role in historical cover-ups of elite crimes. Luke is shaming media figures for their treason against America, their cover-up of the 9/11 atrocity, and their protection of the Bilderberg criminals.
The Bilderberg criminals could have depended on the media shield in years past, but not anymore. The power of the new media, the people’s media, is nothing to sneer at. CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Time Magazine are all being exposed as criminal organizations that are responsible for brainwashing the world into believing the big lie that 9/11 was committed by Al-Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden.
These media institutions have betrayed the American people and proven by their actions and their silence about the horrific 9/11 lie to be more anti-American than the Soviet Union ever was.
The Occupy Bilderberg demonstrations are also about occupying the media. Without the media, the Bilderberg’s ill-gotten power and influence over the political destiny of Western civilization would not exist.
2012 is not just about lifting the veil on the Bilderberg’s past and present crimes, but on the media’s betrayal of society by failing to expose their crimes, above all, the crime of 9/11.
