I won't sell my home then.
I'll give it to an interested person and charge 200k to sign the contract.
Or- I'll give it away and charge 200k closing fees.
Or- I'll rent it and apply rent payments to the cost and then give it to them when it's clear.
We all have to find loopholes. I, the seller can make my own contract.

I already have insurance on my home enough to rebuild and replace anything damaged. We are covered, common sense. I have a 500 year old tree in the front yard that could get damaged in a storm at any time, of course the age is estimated since I am not cutting it down anytime soon, since it still produces leaves and provides great shade for the house in summer. Would that be health insurance then , Highlanderess? I have heard of this cockamamie baloney, who do they think they are kiddding? If people are too poor to afford private coverage, there is medicaid, medicare for the elderly and most employers of more than a certain number provide their employees with insurance. I don't see how fining people thousands of dollars is going to help anyone, least of all the unfortunates caught between a rock and a hard place. Been there done that too. There is no way while my husband was unemployed that we could afford such steep fines. What is next, jail for not having enough money for the highway robbers called insurance companies?

911 Call Proves Foul Play in Michael’s Death
The person who made the 911 call said Michael's body was on the bed and the doctor was performing CPR on the bed. Besides the fact that the doctor didn't KNOW WHERE CPR is administered, no CPR was administered on the floor.
------------------------------
Listen at 57 seconds into the 911 Call
Youtube: Michael Jackson 911 Call
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_sW6vuCtJA

911 Dispatcher: "Is he on the floor? Where is he at right now?"

Caller in Home: "He's on the bed sir...he's on the bed."

911 Dispatcher: "Get him to the floor"

Caller in Home: "Ok"
--------------------------------
STOP RIGHT HERE!!!
"OK?" The caller never instructed the doctor to get Michael to the floor. You don't hear a damn thing to suggest a the body was moved. Nothing!!!

Even stranger, the 911 Caller never mention Michael by name. No "Michael Jackson," "Michael," “MJ”, “Mike.” NOTHING! IT WAS VERY COLD AND DISTANT.

One bad thing is that THEY can assess your energy usage without US knowing anything about it, until THEY send the bill! (or just take it out of your check)

Alert; they're now trying to get a bill through that will make it mandatory that you buy your own insurance. If you don't you could be fined $1000 or more. WTF!!!!!
