Bill To Halt Congressional Insider Trading Gains Over 40 Sponsors

Legislation to halt the practice of insider trading has been around congress for years. A current bill started out with only nine sponsors but has now added over 40 sponsors since the “60 Minutes” investigation aired on Sunday.
