Boehner: 9/11 Show Trial an “Irresponsible Decision”

Fox News tells us the “new” Republican party will save us from the “socialist” excesses of the Obama administration and the Democrats. Republicans are re-thinking their political strategy, we are assured, and embracing constitutional principles. Sarah Palin, the former statist governor of Alaska, is now cast as a Libertarian. Bilderberg attendee Rick Perry is portrayed as a principled constitutionalist. Glenn Beck uses his blackboard to instruct the Republicans on how to reaffirm the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Meanwhile, on the so-called left, limousine liberals at MSNBC and CNN decry the “teabaggers” and declare the Republicans are enchanted by the growing mantra of less government and less government spending.
It’s all a mirage. By and large stalwart Republicans remain neocons at heart. Most are unrepentant warmongers who do not have a problem jacking up the debt owed to offshore banksters so long as the money is used to bomb small and helpless Muslim countries. Violating the Constitution is not an issue so long as the high-tech surveillance grid is used to listen in on the satellite calls supposedly made by Muslim miscreants in far-flung caves.
At the center of the neocon philosophy of big government and its cherished war machine is the manufactured 9/11 fairy tale. It drives the cobbled together illusion that there are dangerous Islamic fanatics out there who hate us for our freedoms and are actively planning to attack us again.
House Republican Leader John Boehner stepped up to the plate today and defended the neocon GWOT. Boehner and the Republicans are against a plan announced by the Obama administration to bring Kahlid Sheikh Mohammed and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees to New York City for a show trial.
Obama, declared Boehner, is putting “liberal special interests before the safety and security of the American people” in deciding to bring the alleged 9/11 mastermind to the United States for trial in federal civilian court.
“The possibility that Khalid Sheik Mohammed and his co-conspirators could be found ‘not guilty’ due to some legal technicality just blocks from Ground Zero should give every American pause,” Boehner said. “These men are part of a global terrorist network dedicated to attacking America and civilization itself, and on that awful day nine years ago, they succeeded in killing nearly 3,000 innocent men, women, and children.
Boehner exploited a classic causality dilemma commonly stated as “which came first, the chicken or the egg?” How will we ever know if KSM and crew are guilty of attacking the United States if they are never brought to trial?
KSM and his band of fellow cave-dwellers were long ago convicted of criminal terrorism sans trial by the neocons and the government. They are guilty of “attacking America and civilization itself” because the government and the corporate media say so. If you raise the slightest suspicion there is something wrong with this official fairy tale — a Brothers Grimm story riddled with inconsistencies and fanciful presuppositions — or question the veracity of the official white wash report you are a nothing less than a scurrilous conspiracy theorist on par with KSM and crew.
Never mind many respected senior members of the military, intelligence services, and government have expressed significant criticism of the white wash report. You should also ignore John Farmer, former senior counsel to the 9/11 Commission, who said “the public had been seriously misled about what occurred during the morning of the attacks.” Farmer has accused the government of criminally agreeing “not to tell the truth about what happened.”
Boehner says putting the so-called perps on trial would revert to a “dangerous pre-9/11 mentality – treating terrorism as a law enforcement issue and hoping for the best.” The neocons argue that the Constitution — or for that matter, the Geneva Convention — do not apply to terrorists.

In other words, if the government says you’re a terrorist, you are — forget the Magna Carta Libertatum and a few hundred centuries of common law. Even the Nuremberg defendants got a better shake than KSM. But then extraordinary renditions are not about fair trials. They are about interrogation, torture, and perpetuating a phony war on terrorism.
Moreover, the Constitution no longer applies to the American people, as the neocon regime of Bush the Lesser argued over and over. “Our office recently concluded that the Fourth Amendment had no application to domestic military operations,” states a secret Justice Department memo, dated March 14, 2003, referring to a document titled “Authority for Use of Military Force to Combat Terrorist Activities Within the United States.”
According to the government, there are now well over a million suspected terrorists in the United States. In September of 2007 the inspector general of the Justice Department reported the terrorist watch list had grown by 20,000 names per month.
Boehner and the Republicans want to make sure you never know if suspected terrorists are guilty or merely pawns in the neocon GWOT. In May, the U.S. House Republicans introduced H.R. 2294, the Keep Terrorists Out of America Act, which would block the transfer or release of the Guantanamo Bay terrorists into the United States. Boehner introduced the bill.
Maybe Boehner will introduce a Make Sure Suspected Terrorists Never Get a Fair Trial bill soon.
At any rate, Obama’s ploy to bring suspected terrorists to the United States and put them on trial is a parlor trick. If the Democrats manage to pull off their public trial ruse, KSM and crew will certainly not get a fair shake.
Any plan for terrorism trials in federal courthouses would face extraordinary difficulties, according to lawyers. “Much of the evidence is classified, and key witnesses are reluctant to testify. Government secrets can be spilled. Litigation can be expensive and stretch for years. Security is a nightmare,” the Washington Post reported in March when suspected al-Qaeda sleeper agent Ali Saleh Kahlah al-Marri was indicted on criminal charges.
It’s all about keeping the GWOT — now in possession of Democrats — front and center. It has nothing to do with justice American-style.
It is also about ending the controversy surrounding KSM and the others. How best to get rid of the problem? Get rid of KSM and crew the same way the government got rid of John Muhammad, the convicted Beltway sniper.

This link goes to an interview with Barry Jennings on the street a short time after he had been rescued from WTC 7, wherein he and another New York city employee had been lured into the building, which was deserted and showed signs of recent evacuation, after which both had become trapped following an enormous explosion.
Barry Jennings was found dead under highly suspicious circumstances August 2008 at age 53, videos at the same YouTube link have Alex Jones eulogy on behalf of Mr Jennings, and recently released footage taken at ground zero on the day of the attacks, that have numerous eyewitness accounts of numerous massive explosions at the WTC complex, prior to the collapse of both towers and Bldg 7!

Is not well re the conviction, prosecution and execution of John Muhammed, whose pre ex statement that the state was, “about to kill an innocent black man,” is the sort of whining you would get from a retard, who left messages on police hot lines telling them the shootings would stop as soon as twenty million went into his bank account.
Who with his teenage accomplice was responsible for murders in other states, whose killing spree in the beltway had left at least ten dead, including at least one black victim, and another who was an FBI employee!

John Mohammed’s execution.. was his talk about “an innocent black man,” a genuine plea from an innocent man, are we talking patsy here, had Mohammed been recruited and trained by the CIA, is evidence suddenly gonna turn up all over the place like 911 evidence does.
Mr Jennings in the video above was told to proceed directly to the Emergency Management Office, on the 23rd floor of WTC 7, after everyone else was had been told to get out, it was an open attempt on both his and senior NY City management official Michael Hess’ lives, the identity of whoever gave that order is obviously critical to the case.
Rudolph Giuliani was New York City Mayor, who was taped heading away from the scene, has since employed Michael Hess, who rescinded much of his original testimony, at his NY law firm, if Barry Jennings says that the order came from the Mayor’s office, surely vigorous interrogation of Giuliani would dispose of any doubts.

Astute observation Judge, Hess was New York City’s corporation counsel who supervised some seven hundred staff, the obvious conclusion is that he had knowledge that someone wanted to supress.
Who was high up enough to order him to go to the Office of Emergency Management’s Emergency Operating Center, which was on the 23rd floor of WTC 7, just at the time everyone else was evacuating the building!
As well Barry Jennings was the deputy director of the Emergency Services Department of the New York City Housing Authority, whose role must have been finding emergency accommodation for New York’s homeless.
Maybe Barry Jennings had become aware of a scam underway, and that Michael Hess had made findings that supported his information.. and it was decided the best way to deal with the problem was to lure both men to their deaths.. Giuliani should have answers!

If they were so confident he was guilty in the first place he would have already been prosecuted.
The problem is people are waking up to the lies of the government and more and more are beginning to question what is true and what is not.
I see this trial as a way to give all of the talking heads more ‘ammo’ in the form of “the supreme court found them guilty”…of course they will be found guilty.
If they aren’t then people are going to really raise hell for a new investigation…and that would only bring Bush to question and the whole government lie they so desperately need to keep covered up to continue on with the charade of enslaving more people, concentrating more wealth, and taking control of the country.

Bachelors=The new high school diploma. 30k a year working a task-oriented job you hate. Your wages will be garnished to pay for your school loans. You buy fancy stuff fully knowing deep inside you can’t afford it, but watch enough TV to really think you can live the “lifestyle of the rich and famous”. Actually the Geneva Conventions require a tribunal to determine the disposition of detainees. Until they’re deemed otherwise, Geneva Conventions grant ALL who are captured the rights of a prisoner of war.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1
The High Contracting Parties undertake to respect and to ensure respect for the present Convention in all circumstances.
Article 2
In addition to the provisions which shall be implemented in peace time, the present Convention shall apply to all cases of declared war or of any other armed conflict which may arise between two or more of the High Contracting Parties, even if the state of war is not recognized by one of them.
The Convention shall also apply to all cases of partial or total occupation of the territory of a High Contracting Party, even if the said occupation meets with no armed resistance.

It ought to be painfully obvious to all, that in order for a steel frame building to come crashing down in a symetrical collapse into its own footprint, then the vertical steel columns have to be cut in MANY places into shorter lengths otherwise the structure will NOT fall.
The 9/11 commission hearings skirted around this problem just blandly stating that fire damage caused the collapse without referring to the fact that the 47 massive steel columns comprising the central core were cut into lengths conveniently short enough to be loaded straight onto flat bed trailers for removal.
So what caused the cutting of these approximatel 4 feet by 2 feet box columns into many shorter lengths. I think it is a good question.

Every liberty-loving person has a deep respect for the rule of law. I, for one, do not adhere to the old adage, Rules are made to be broken. Absent law, there is only disorder and anarchy. Without rules of personal and civil behavior, there can be no liberty and no justice. Several recent cases, however, have caused me to reflect perhaps more profoundly than ever upon the whole concept of the rule of law.
Judge Roy Moore
Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy S. Moore was relieved of office recently after he defied a federal judges order to remove a monument displaying the Ten Commandments from the rotunda of the state courthouse in Montgomery. Even a handful of conservatives supported the decision to remove Judge Moore from his elected office based upon their understanding of the rule of law. After all, the judicial ethics panel that voted unanimously to evict him stated that he had placed himself above the law. Oh yeah? Who’s law?!
Anyone who thinks that removing Justice Moore from office was the proper course of action should take a closer look at the U. S. Constitution and certainly the First Amendment. When the constitution says Congress shall make no law…it really means NO LAW! If congress is not allowed to make a law concerning the establishment of religion or the free-exercise thereof, then surely no federal judge can either enact or enforce such a mandate!
Lt. Col. Allen West
U. S. Army Lt. Col. Allen West failed to maintain discipline in his unit and failed to uphold [the] values [of the United States armed forces]. He violated three counts of UCMJ [The Uniform Code of Military Justice] Article 128, aggravated assault, and one count of Article 134, communicating a threat. Yet most people who are familiar with Colonel Wests story rightly revere him as a true hero. He is a hero not in spite of these infractions; Colonel West is a hero because he had the courage and the dedication for the safety of his men to put himself in jeopardy by making these infractions! He quite possibly saved the lives of several of his troops because he knowingly and willingly bent the rules.
In his own defense, Colonel West reportedly said, I would walk through hell with a gas can for my troops. That was not just a bunch of rhetoric to save his hide. He had backed up his words with actions. Those actions qualify him as a genuine American hero.
Zero tolerance policies
It seems almost every week there is a new story in the media about the suspension of a public school student based on some ridiculous technical violation of his districts zero-tolerance policy. With the coarsening of society over the past few decades and the prevalence of drugs, weapons and violence in our schools, there MUST be policies employing high standards and effective discipline. It seems to me, however, that these policies should and must be administered with common sense. I’ll go even further and assert my firm belief that the need for these harsh new zero-tolerance policies is the direct result of removing strict discipline and high moral standards from our schools in the first place!
These and many other cases raise several deep philosophical questions. Exactly what is the Rule of Law? Do ends justify means? What IS common sense and how can it or even SHOULD it be applied to the law? These are just three of the questions that I want to briefly address in this article.
The Rule of Law
Back in 1775, the citizens of the thirteen British colonies of America were unique among the peoples of the world. They despised the tyranny of King George III and understood the meaning of the Rule of Law so intensely that they were willing to go to war with the most formidable power on earth with only the slimmest of hopes that they could establish a nation governed not by the absolute rule of one monarch, but rather according to the Rule of Law with the consent of the governed. This hatred of tyranny and this sincere devotion to and understanding of the Rule of Law was rooted primarily in two sources: The Holy Bible and Sir William Blackstones Commentaries on the Laws of England.
The word law that is contained in the phrase, Rule of Law, was never intended to refer specifically to legislation enacted by a body of men. It did not mean regulations mandated by some bureaucracy. It certainly was never imagined by the colonists of 1775 to at any time reflect the interpretation of some judge or panel of justices!
As Blackstone said in the late 1760s, and as Henry Campbell Black reasserted as late as 1891, the word law that is found in the uniquely Anglo-American phrase, Rule of Law, refers categorically to the Law(s) of Nature and of Natures God. Evidence for this can be seen in the very first sentence of Americas Declaration of Independence.
Limited time and space will not allow me to cite the volumes of evidence that support the following claim. Please allow me to quote Thomas Jefferson in the Bill for Establishing Religious Freedom as only one tiny example:
To suffer the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion and to restrain the profession or propagation of principles on supposition of their ill tendency is a dangerous fallacy, which at once destroys all religious liberty, because he being of course judge of that tendency will make his opinions the rule of judgment, and approve or condemn the sentiments of others only as they shall square with or differ from his own.
My claim is that the brave and sagacious men who founded the United States of America absolutely rejected the rule of man as tyrannical rule. America was established as no other nation had been before upon the Rule of the Law of Nature and of Natures God. This was the key to true liberty and justice! It was both the duty and the responsibility of every parent or guardian to instill the Laws of Nature and Natures God (i. e., religious, political, economic and scientific truths) into his children. It was both the duty and the responsibility of every legislator to enact law according to the Laws of Nature and Natures God.
Parents, teachers, legislators, judges, etc. do not need some established (i.e., government-sponsored) church to teach them the laws of Nature and Natures God. Establishments of religion are run by human beings. They tend to indoctrinate rather than to inform. They are always tyrannical. The Law(s) of Nature and Natures God is/are written into the heart of every sane human being. It is called the conscience. Whenever conscience is violated; so too are the Laws of Nature and Natures God.
Relativism, by its very nature, obscures the line between right and wrong; between good and evil. Relativists imply that if you adhere strictly to your own conscience, then you will certainly be judgmental of another lifestyle choice. Relativists tend to indoctrinate rather than to inform. They are often tyrannical. Relativists and secularists always place the rule of man and of learned (or, enlightened) human philosophy above any superstitious (or religious) notion of the rule of the Law of Nature and Natures God.
Do ends justify the means?
The GOD that I know and serve is both omnipotent and omniscient. He gave every human being absolute free will, yet He knew even before the Act of Creation every decision that every person would make. Even the most trivial human decision and natural detail was a part of Gods Plan from the very beginning. In the end, every human action works precisely according to Gods Purpose and Plan.
Does this mean than any human action or decision is justified if it results in some desired conclusion? Absolutely not! Even though GOD is able to use them for ultimate good, the desires, goals and purposes of selfish, finite humans are most often opposed to the Will of the loving and infinite Creator and Author of Law. The end results of human actions and decisions are ONLY just when they are made with clear conscience using common sense and sound judgment.
Common Sense
My edition of Websters New World Dictionary defines common sense as ordinary good sense or sound practical judgment. Common sense is inextricably bound to human conscience. Common sense is that trait that every rational person who has not destroyed his conscience through abuse or neglect possesses which informs him to bend or to break the rules of man when they are in direct conflict with the Laws of Nature and Natures God.
Roy Moore, Allen West, and the kid who gave his friend his inhaler when she was having an asthmatic attack all technically broke the rules. They all used conscience common sense and practical judgment to place the Laws of Nature and Natures God ahead of the rules (or the law) of man.
Far too many Americans today have forgotten the meaning and the origin of the Rule of Law. We put aside conscience, common sense and good judgment when we accept as the law of land the judicial tyranny of five relativists on the Supreme Court. Some of us even want our foreign policy decisions placed in the hands of the United Nations! Conscience, common sense and practical judgment should make it quite clear that the UN is nothing if not a body of secularists, relativists and anti-Semites. The rules and resolutions of the UN seldom have any basis in the Laws of Nature and Natures God. Rather, as Robert Meyer has eloquently stated [See: http://www.americandailycom/item/4089, the UN is a modern-day Tower of Babel that neglects the Laws of God and ineptly attempts, at times, to enforce the will of man.
The rule of man is always a prescription for tyranny. The Judeo-Christian (Anglo-American) concept of the Rule of Law assures liberty but only if conscience and common sense are employed both by societys leaders and, generally, by the people. Liberty demands a generally moral, educated and informed electorate. Relativism clouds any true concept of morality and leads to an indoctrinated and misinformed populace.
If America is to remain the shining city upon the hills, the bastion of liberty that our Founders bequeathed to us then we must once again fully acknowledge and understand the Rule of Law. We must reject every aspect of tyranny. Whenever people of decent character, acting in good conscience and with sound practical judgment, are forced into a situation in which they have no choice but to break the rules of man, Americans must rush to their defense.
Knowing, understanding and living according to the Laws of Nature and Natures God is the very essence of liberty. Bowing to the mandates, dictates and the rules of man is sheer tyranny. Decades of relativism and the widespread abuse and neglect of individual conscience has lead to the near death of common sense and rational judgment. Liberty can only exist where common sense and sound judgment thrive.
It is not too late for Americans to start willfully and courageously breaking the rules of man and the shackles of tyranny! It is not too late for America to revert to the rock-solid base of her foundation the Laws of Nature and of Nature s God. On the very day that it does become too late, the American Experiment will have become a dismal failure. True liberty will have been vanquished from the face of the earth.

If a confession from anyone was gained by torture and ridicule it has to be declared null and void in a Court of Law irrespective of the status of the accused.
I maintain that any persion accused of being an international terrorist should be tried at the International Criminal Court at The Hague and this is where all guantanamo bay inmates should be tried, not in courts in the USA.

The government liars are the ones who don’t want a fair and open trial because it will show the weakness of their cases against these people who suppossedly confessed after having been waterboarded and probably had electric leads attached to their testicles as well.
