Brazil and Argentina have launched a new payment system in their bilateral trade, doing away with the US dollar as a medium of exchange.
The two Latin American nations started the Payment System on Local Currency (SML) on Monday following a last month agreement inked by their presidents to use local currencies in a bid to end transaction in dollars.
On Thursday, Argentine Central Bank President Martin Redrado and his Brazilian counterpart Henrique de Campos Meirelles signed the enforcement of the agreement for the SML, under which exports and imports between the two countries will take place with the Brazilian real (BRL) and the Argentine peso (ARS).

The new monetary system mainly favors small and medium industries in both countries because it will save them bank charges when averting their local currencies to dollars.
According to the Central Bank of Argentina, the trade between the two major South American economies stands at about 25 billion US dollars per year.
Although the SML seeks to gradually eliminate the dollar from the bilateral trade, the currency will continue its presence in transactions between Brazil and Argentina, as their central banks will set the exchange rate for the real and the peso with respect to the dollar.
Brazilian authorities said that the SML deepens the integration between Brazil and Argentina and hope it will serve as an example to be adopted by other countries of the Mercosur, like Paraguay and Uruguay.

It’s all part of the big plan for a global currency. First set up regional currencies. We already have the Euro and will soon have the Amero in North America. The deal with Argentian & Brazil is a move toward a South American regional currency. Once the regions have currencies controlled by the central banksters the next move will be a global currency en route to the chip.
To interpret this deal between Argentina and Brazil as legitimate nationalism is misguided. The dollar has to be killed to get the US public sold on the amero.

Regional currencies? Gimme a break…look at who the countries are aligned with. Just as with the United States, other sovereign nations, including, let’s say…Venezuela, China and Bolivia(just wait!!!) can walk their own path and use their own monies in lieu of the dollar…

Agree with #26. Unfortunately that is a well earned bully reputation as the federal agencies did not touch their harts to go down to countries to overthrown governments, bribe local officials, murder persons that stood against their wishes, etc.

This is not very unusual news, and I am happy AND sad about it. Happy because they have decided to go with their own regional currency and abandon our shitty BushNotes. Sad because the World Monetary System (CFR/NWO) will ultimately be dumped on them as it will be much easier for them to devalue local currencies and replace it with their debt system to collapse their economy as well. They have managed to take down the giant first. The rest, for them, is a cakewalk.
Most Americans will just work ‘longer/harder/faster’ to blindly pay their debts; that is for the ones that still have jobs. Our country has removed about 800,000 people from the joblist this year alone, and many of us still live paycheck-to-paycheck. But ‘the love for money is evil’, and since we are being manipulated by 2% of the global population, the other 98% of us are screwed unless we ALL do something about it.

So I don´t understand why you hate us so much.There´s not time for hating now,we must be all hand in hand against the NWO.There will be very difficult times for everyone in the planet but we beleive God will help us all.
