Britain’s Prime Minister Argues for Global Governance

In a Washington Post commentary published on Friday, October 17, Great Britain’s Prime Minister Gordon Brown tried to make the case that “The Financial Crisis Is Also an Opportunity To Create New Rules for Our Global Economy,” as the subtitle put it.
This sounds almost odd, coming from the leader of a country that has historically been closer to the United States than to Europe and the rest of the world, which explains why Britain still does not have both feet in the European Union (EU). On the other hand, Mr. Brown has made it clear that he wants to drag Britain into the EU, without resorting to the earlier promised popular referendum.
Ironically, it was “new rules” that contributed mightily to the present financial crisis. Once upon a time, banks only lent money to people who were good credit risks, which meant that poor people did not often get mortgage loans. Since the poor in the United States are made up disproportionately of minorities, the media claimed that minorities were victims of discrimination. This led Congress to pass and President Jimmy Carter to sign The Community Reinvestment Act of 1977, which forced lending institutions to grant mortgages to people whose income, credit histories, and net worth would previously have disqualified them from getting such loans. Later, the Clinton administration put pressure on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to get involved, whereby they bought up weak loan portfolios from banks and securitized them for sale on world markets. The seeds of the subprime meltdown were planted by these policies.

Early on in his commentary, Brown describes the formation of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank in glowing terms, saying of the “visionaries” who created them, “They knew that for prosperity to be sustained, it had to be shared.” How the international economic order works under those two institutions is described in John Perkins’ book, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man. Developing countries are convinced to accept enormous loans based on fraudulent financial reports. The money is funneled though multinational corporations, which build the infrastructure megaprojects. When the enormous projects don’t pan out and the loans cannot be repaid, the countries backing up the international lenders and multinational corporations demand their “pound of flesh,” including access to natural resources, military cooperation, and political support. In the process, millions of poor are even further impoverished.
We now watch as the world’s largest financial institutions are being recapitalized with taxpayer money. The upshot is that the banking industry is being nationalized on a global scale. It was government interference that caused the problem and now we’ve been told that more government interference is the solution to the problem! It’s a classic example of what 19th-century French economist Frederic Bastiat referred to as “concocting the antidote and the poison in the same laboratory.”
Brown ends his commentary by stating, “Over the past week, we have shown that with political will it is possible to agree on a global multibillion-dollar package to recapitalize our banks across many continents. In the next few weeks, we need to show the same resolve and spirit of cooperation to create the rules for our new global economy. If we do this, 2008 will be remembered not just as a year of financial crisis but as the year we started to build the world anew.”
He apparently chose his words carefully, because that sounds somewhat less ominous than “build the New World Order.”

So far, Paulson, in his infinite wisdom, is doing everything the Oligarchs want. He is following the plan of hyperinflation to the letter, crossing every “t” and dotting every “i”.

Apparently, they are SO desperate at this point, that they pulled a report about Iran AHEAD of schedule on their nuclear program. They are trying to FORCE us into a war. I honestly think this is going to come down to the generals. Great. Since the government decided to bail out those crooked banks, my familly and I can stay in our house which I defaulted payment on, right?…..right? Oh wait, no. I forgot that this is all just a humungous banking/government scam to extract even more money (which is power) from the hands of people. Then destroy the value of the dollar, through printing. All of a sudden, everthing people had will just magically disappear, becouse our economic system is so complex, only the top 6 minds in the world can understand it. If you want to buy food and pay your houseloan, you can buy into the ‘Amero’. You may however need to have a small electronic chip inserted into your body, like a good head of cattle. If this global government goes through and the Bible says it will with a dictator which is supposed to last 7 years but who knows there will be only two classes of people the super rich and the super poor. Soon there will be no middle class and it is already eroding. People will not be entitled to own a house and anyone who has a house or property of any kind will have it taken away from them. People will have no choice but to rent.
There is a great deal more debts than just the housing and all that will soon come to fruition and what in heavens name do they think they are going to do to the public with all that is going to come do. Student loans, credit cards, car loans, personal loans and whatever other loans that are out there and yes business loans. I read somewhere that people will not even be able to own their own businesses. This world is going loonier every day.

If a world government was to come about then according to you guys it would just be Gods plan anyway, because no matter what happens, good or bad, it is simply stated as Gods plan. As I examine the comments and the talk of Mr. Brown, it is sad to see people who will not find the knowledge and understanding to see the trap that is being set for them. Yes the IMF and the World bank was set in place to build up the 3rd world Nations, and these men who Rule the W.T.O. would work to bring about, and set in place a man who will be the World dictator. We all know this is a set up, we all know that the elite planed this. When I grew up if you did not have the down payment on a home well you worked for it, then when you had what was required you got the loan, simple it worked and worked well, but the elite said how to we fuck up the econemy and bring our plans farther? Well we make it easy for the poor and minorities to own homes, drop the requirements and sell the uneducated a bill of goods, and like all people looking for a better life, they took the easy way out. Caon’t blame them, but they were tricked.
Simple the light of freedom has been gone from America for a long time, and we have to wait now, plan, and strike when the time is right. We must build an organized army of citizens,who are disciplined, we must build an Underground, we must stock up on weapons and supplies, we must recruit good medical people, engineers, and others of value who can learn to fight, and we must get this all together and have the discipline to wait. We must wait for them to be in power, we must be good worrkers on the world plantation, and we must move to destroy the infastructure of the the NWO when they are all set up and comfortable.
Praying will do no good because as the Christians love to say things are gods will, so prayer will not save you because as you say god has his plan, so to the christians sit back and enjoy the show and stop bitching, and stop fighting, because as your belief system says you are saved anyway, so who cares, you are going to heaven right?

Gordon James Brown who isn’t elected by the people shouldn’t be allowed to change or amend laws of any matters that concern the british people and have our right to vote on a referendum. No way the british people would accept their plan, only by scraping the referendum and implement the euro with or without they control our destiny unless we stand and show on vote day who is boss and start voting for people who would make a difference..
