Britons face carbon spotchecks

Britons should be subjected to random carbon spotchecks and intensive surveillance of their diets, transport and waste disposal habits, says the Government’s architecture and design quango in a new report today.
The word “monitoring” occurs 19 times in the 32-page publication by the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE). If the proposals in the report What Makes An Eco Town?are implemented few aspects of life will go unrecorded.
CABE says the strict monitoring is needed to ensure the carbon footprint of the eco-town dwellers remains at one-third of the British average, which is the requirement for what’s called “one-planet living”, the quango says.

Examples of monitoring include “the ecological footprint of the diet of 100 randomly selected residents”, and the number of shops selling local produce. Waste disposal and transportion habits will also be scrutinized.

Veggies will be pleased to read that the report recommends “actively seeking retailers on site who will commit to supporting residents in reducing the ecological footprint of their food consumption, in particular providing a wide variety of healthy, low meat and dairy options.”

Low Protine causes the brain to dull down and make the subject more open to sugestions.
Diet control can play a big part in mind controle. (there is plenty of very good research on this)
In some cases the body along with its friend at work “the brain” become less vital.
The subjects mental and physical rythems are still alert. But alert in a way that could be described as – easy, plesant, calm, slow, moderate. (I could expand.)
Most Vegitarians dont consume even a veggies derived protien. They simply lack protine that is available through soy and other beans also other vegies.. Truth be known a veggi can get a good daily total of protine.
Some companies even apply strict diets weeks before conferencing, and at times ongoing. The diets consist of Apples, water. Generaly any food with a short supply of good energy. (enough to keep the brain in a particular kind of alertness) I requested my father observe when this is done.. We had found this was usualy before conference programs and with a follow up on the program.
I had handed my Father the diet information (some produced by Pavlov)
My father did not have a lot to say when we compaired it to the program. Apart from a subtle agreement. Stated he thought it was a bit funny and did not realy stick to it anyway.

No. I refuse to accept any more ‘compulsory’ snooping on my life – the government have enough. The banks know my spending habits.
Store loyalty cards – ‘they’ (the retailers) also know your eating/spending habits – which they pass around with no data protection ethic. National data base contains a profile on all of us – health, wealth, holidays, favourite tipple and toilet paper preference. And soon they want to stuff a shortcut to that info into a chip on an ‘ID’ card.
Try asking your employer to give you your salary in cash! Try paying for your utility bills by cash over the counter – can you find a post office to begin with? Try paying your Mortgage without a bank account; no can do! ‘They’ have to make sure you are tracked by your NUMBER. We are all under surveillance – ‘they’ even have cameras lining the streets that are powerful enough to zoom in, to view the hairs of your nostrils – no joke, that is real!

im veggie. formy healths sake and the animals sake. plus i dont contribute directly where possible to the clear cutting of forests to produce soya plantations to feed cows for beef. i dont buy global warming or any of that crap. i dont drive cos i cant afford to. i generally live outside the system as much as possible. when ww3 kicks of soon ill be totally outside the system .
