Canadian Military Quell Staged Protests In Martial Law Training
Fake explosions and vehicle searches as soldiers patrol city

The Canadian military has taken over a city for three weeks as part of an urban warfare drill that is seeing convoys of tanks rolling down streets, “hollywood” style explosions, and scenarios involving simulated terrorist attacks.
According to one report out of Medicine Hat in Alberta, Canada, the army is also using actors to pose as civilian protesters, who are described as “an environmental insurgency” involved in ” insurgent attacks against the city and military, which the Provincial Reconstruction Team needs to address.”
The picture opposite, showing the army penning in protesters with placards was posted on the Medicine Hat News website yesterday.
“From a public perspective, this portion of the scenario means an increase in patrols and convoys through the city,” the report states.
“Residents may also see soldiers conducting vehicle searches, but this is only for military players in civilian clothing. Soldiers will not interfere with or search citizens’ vehicles. There may be some minor traffic delays in parts of the city. The explosives are not real and personnel are trained in the use of these special effects.”
The ongoing drills, known as “Operation Total Ram“, are officially part of preparations for approximately 300 soldiers set for deployment to Afghanistan in the fall.
Clearly it is unlikely that the soldiers will be confronted by disgruntled environmental protesters in the streets of Kandahar, however.

A better discussion is just exactly why we peace-luving Red Canadiunce are interested in our troops doing any combat fighting, … anywhere!
Subhumanoid behaviour on behalf of our parasitic governments is clearly obsolete in this, the least anti-civilized of the dark G8 countries, … at least currently.
Just a matter of time before the chapter I like the most takes place. Its the part of the story I work hardest toward ~ it’s called the Post-Peaceful Prosperity R3volution’s “open ended justice.”

Actually, Canadian soldiers are there to stop the Pipeline that Unical wants to Run through…
They are there to Keep the Peace…
Most of the Canadian Casualties come from Contractors…
Medicine Hat is Hardly Urban….
“The Hat” is Very Dusty with Cactus and Tumbleweeds, more of a large town in the middle of nowhere…….Very Rocky and Hot Conditions…
and just Miles from the nearest Army Base…..

They should have done this exercise in Texas. We don’t do the picket line thing. we just tell La Raza that the troops are here to wipe them out, and it will be real creditable training. These poor dumb fools are going to get mauled in Affgan. I think they are practicing to take over some peaceful town in canada or the US.

Mock emergency training exercise takes place on Lake Ontario

The Toronto Police Marine Unit coordinated an emergency training exercise, simulating the crash of a commuter plane into the lake.
It was orange puffs of smoke clouding the air, which alerted police to the emergency on the water.
A ferry was filling in for a commuter jet, crowded with passengers in costume.
Some were hurt, others ok, and in the exercise a handful died.
Back on land a contingent of police and fire fighters were waiting for the fake victims, as other boats surrounded the crash scene.

International troops have trained in various locations in Alberta, and for decades.
Canadian Soldiers are highly respected here and overseas, and are not, nor ever will be the fickle, selfish black helmut headed goons you prison planeteers envisage. Nor am I an ignorant koolaid drinker who thinks the rabbit hole is actually for rabbits. Canadian military are the best of the best, and your own U.S. forces love them because they are amazingly high tech and trained, ETHICAL soldiers with giant streaks of Dudley Do Right. Did any of you ever stop to consider the need for readiness from outside threats? I guess when you’re busy running in circles suspecting your Mom there isn’t time to consider. I consider unwarranted paranoia one of the greatest threats to civil unrest. There is plenty to worry about in general, and in particular certain local areas; and you have to stand gaurd for civil liberties, but you don’t turn all redneck and me, me, me and pull out your gun. You pull together and help your neighbours out, and you all stand together. How many of you know if that widow down your street with small pensions and increasing costs has had enough to eat today? Quit griping and complaining, and start being part of the solutions. Pitch the fcuk in.

Ahh…nothing like a psy-op to prep the population for accepting military occupation in the future. Well it is something else to see the military in an urban setting….after all..they can construct their own “Urban Setting” on a military facility. Clearly they are killing 2 birds with one stone…or “RAM”…training for the illegal war in Afghanistan…while training for the future war in Canada. Things will only increase. Whatever!!

both of my sons are in the canadian military. Both are staying here and concentrating on domestic/civilian training. Neither thinks it is anything to be concerned about and won’t listen to me when i try to warn them. It doesn’t matter really. Once the spp is ratified american troops will come over here to take care of us. Look up Security and Prosperity partnership.

Remember that Canada actually has deployed its military against its own people. In 1970, during the so-called October Crisis, Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau declared martial law (under the War Measures Act) and banned what he called “conspiratorial organizations”. These included peaceful Quebec separatists, the newly-founded Marxist-Leninist party, and anyone who got in the way. Troops took over city centers and rounded up political activists, who were imprisoned without charge and often beaten, in a brutal extension of the NATO “Strategy of Tension” to North America. The pretext for the repression was the kidnapping and murder of a politician by the FLQ – a senseless, criminal act, which many believe was provocateured by the federal police, the Mounties. Everything you are worried about in the States happened 39 years ago just a little to the North. It could happen again.
