Carbon Trading Giants and Big Energy Are Both Trying to Steer the Global Warming Debate Away from REAL Solutions

Goldman Sachs and the other financial giants who brought us the economic meltdown and manipulation of the economy argue that carbon trading will solve all of our problems. If we just let them make out like bandits off of carbon trading, then everything will be fine. Not only is this an awfully convenient for the banksters who conned us into an economic crash, but many environmentalists don’t even buy that carbon trading is the best way to reduce carbon emissions.
On the other hand, big oil and king coal argue that keeping the status quo is best for everyone. You know, let the giant energy conglomerates produce all our energy and make out like robber barons. These energy giants buy up and then bury promising alternative energy technologies so that cheap alternatives don’t challenge their monopoly on energy-production.
But neither the carbon trading or the energy giants want us to look at real alternatives or solutions . . . like microgeneration.

Microgeneration of energy could reduce our bills, decentralize power away from the giant corporations, and help protect our freedom (and see this).
Saving money and protecting freedom are bipartisan goals that everyone can rally around, whether you believe in global warming or not.
Microgeneration would also significantly reduce carbon output by substituting wind, solar and other types of clean energy for conventional energy sources, and so it would have a significant impact on reducing CO2 while empowering people at the local level, and reducing our energy bills.
So if global warming is, in fact, a threat, a major switch to microgeneration would be a lot more effective than carbon trading.
If global warming is not a threat, microgeneration can still help to break the monopoly of big energy, and return power back to the people (and a little money back into our pockets).
We all know that the powers-that-be try to divide-and-conquer us so as to make sure we don’t organize for change, to keep us off-balance, and to ram through their agendas. They do this on every important issue.
They are going to continue to try to divide us on climate issues as well. We have to empower ourselves, and microgeneration is a good start.
To those who say that global warming is such a dire threat that we should “geoengineer” the earth’s climate, please remember that many cures have ended up being worse than the disease. If we are to act, we must act in a smart way which has a net benefit. Microgeneration is smart.

When you accept the lie, you’re on their side. Alternative power is a good idea, but even the proponents are filled with greed just as the big energy companies. They just want a piece of the pie. Price solar, wind, or micro-hydro power dealers. Outrageous prices. They are selling the lie just like algore.

I am very happy to hear that our government is moving foward with the banning of CO2 poisinous gas. A cleaner and greenier environment has long been our goal in CA and a subject of mandantory study here at Obama Youth Camp Facilities in Marin County. Dr. Al Gore has proven chapter and verse that we must stop the coal burining electric facilites from poluting the atmosphere. Kool Pres Obama is saving our planet. He is truly a citizen of the World and I heard on the news that Obama has solved the middle east problem. You know i bet China, Our model country does not pollute like America does. I watched the Olympics and saw how beautiful and clean the country was. Everyone was smiling. Mr TiM Geithner is right, we should model America after the Great China Empire. Except they need to take down that big China Wall and let guest immigrant workers in.

Carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide is both heavier than air, both gases sink to the ground as they are emitted. The vast majority of carbon production comes from nature, such as decomposing grasses or peat in the northern areas of our planet. Volcanoes produce large amounts of carbon gasses. Taxation of carbon emissions is merely the means to defraud a stupid uneducated public. The fact that anyone bites into carbon trading nonsense only demonstrates your intelligence level. Global warming was a direct result of an overactive period of sun spots. Currently we are experiencing a solar lull in activity, hence cooling conditions. Not long ago the 2 biggest interests in carbon credits were the US government and Enron. That’s all I need to know about carbon credits. Same game, different players/manipulators. The solution to all problems is always shoveling more money and power into Washington, DC. They will use it wisely to select the winners and losers. Non-donors needn’t trouble themselves to look up that list of winners. You’re being fitted for a harness.Pull, serf, pull.

I agree Lucy Lib, America SHOULD emulate China, lets start with a “great wall” along our southern border. YOU could save the planet from the poisinous CO2 gas by making sure that you and your heroes stop breathing immediately. The planet is hanging in the balance awaiting your commitment. The only solution available for a problem that does not exist is a solution that will not work. With the exception of deranged individuals, who could have a problem with that? Just ask anybody! However, I should warn you that anyone in disagreement is clearly deranged and delusional as well as possibly dangerous and anything that they say should be disregarded!

It was never about real solutions. The wealth of the elite originated from their polluting the earth and llaying it to waste. THEY CREATED THE SOCIETY THAT POLLUTES THE EARTH. Its their nature, they are parasites and destroyers. They FEED off of us and the earth and NEVER put anything back.
