CDC Drafts “Isolation Order” for H1N1

The following draft of an “isolation order” was discovered on the CDC’s website. It is a template for state and local officials to impose quarantines and what would effectively be martial law.
“Your illness [as determined by state and local officials] requires that you be isolated and requires further public health investigation and monitoring.”
Failure to obey will result in imprisonment without bail prior to trial and the possiblity of a two year prison term.
In other words, according to this document, officials can impose quarantine without evidence that somebody is actually infected with a virus that is now negligible at best. It may also be used to quarantine potentially millions of people suffering from any number of illnesses — or not suffering from any disease at the discretion of the state — that have nothing to do with H1N1. It is basically a carte blanche for martial law under the cover of protecting the public from a communicable disease that is demonstrably a manufactured and weaponized threat.

it sure would be nice to find out what lab this crap escaped from. Maybe the FBI could earn their keep? It would be really nice if they tracked this down. big Hint. A huge lab that has the ingredients to make the vaccine.

Escaped from? You mean unleashed don’t you. Look into Cold Spring Harbor and the Herriman’s eugenics programs to start with. I think one of the labs is a miltary installation on a tiny island off the North East coast… can’t remember the name of it, but a little digging will find it.

The article says it can be for anything, but after reading the document several times, it clearly states swine flu influenza several times… if I google “Your illness [as determined by state and local officials] requires that you be isolated and requires further public health investigation and monitoring” all I find is this article 8 times and nothing else… need more than “discovered on CDC website” than this.. Also, is this only applicable to the State of North Carolina or the whole country?

Is a bit misleading. I’m not saying this isn’t happening but stating in the headline that the CDC drafted it is a bit overboard without further proof. I’ve been a listener and fan of AJ for many years but lately it seems that there are more and more bits of information being tossed in without adequate research being done before public exposure. I just think it tends to lessen the credibility of AJ sites and information.
I think the Chicken Little syndrome could be at work here. Without in-depth coverage that AJ and associates have been so good at it in the past, people like myself who are firm believers will begin to become numb to the overload of undocumented claims. I thought the bottom line with Alex was that nothing was reported without being researched first.
Yes there are plans being made I’ve seen many of these orders myself in my own research but lets keep some standards in place.

Duhmerica, ain’t it grand. Reading this CDC order applicable presently to NC its easy to extrapolate that it will apply in all states very soon. I’m very glad that I no longer live in Duhmerica. Frankly its well past time to do anything to arrest Duhmerica’s total collapse. GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!

Ohh this is no surprise. I feel bad for people living in the city, I’m out in the middle of nowhere and I’m stocked up so when it all goes down, I’ll just sit tight and wait it out.
As for the rest, you should seriously consider stocking up your food, water and cooking supplies so you aren’t at the mercy of what the G-20 showed us “Criminal” storm trooper-like THUGS who have no regards for your life, freedom or your rights. If you need help preparing…ask me, I WILL help you to help yourself

It shouldn’t take too much scrutiny to find that this document is in itself a violation of the United States Constitution … if it is still in effect.
