CFR Recording Suggests Creating False Scarcity To Drive Up Demand For H1N1 Vaccine
Laughter as dignitaries discuss making vaccine mandatory, tricking public into taking it

A recording of a recent Council On Foreign Relations symposium reveals attendees discussing ways and means of getting the public to take the H1N1 flu vaccine in spite of the mass resistance that has arisen due to questions over it’s safety.
The recording dates from October 16 when the CFR held a Symposium in New York entitled Pandemic Influenza: Science, Economics, and Foreign Policy.
The meeting was held in order to encourage a consensus for policy to present to the federal government concerning the so called swine flu pandemic.
In attendance were professors and doctors from several influential universities and medical schools, along with media representatives from Science Magazine, The Canadian Press and The Financial Times.
Other notable attendees included Robert E. Rubin, Former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury and current Co-Chair of the CFR, along with John Lange, Senior Program Officer of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Global Health Program.
During part of the discussion (see transcript) on whether or not the vaccine should be made mandatory for health workers and school children, Lone Simonsen, Research Professor and Research Director at the Department of Global Health, George Washington University, suggests creating an artificial scarcity in order to ramp up demand for the vaccine.
“I think what would work better would be to say that there was a shortage and people tend to buy more of something that’s in demand. (Laughter.) We saw that — there was one season where, really, people lined up all night to get a flu shot.” Simonsen says, much to the amusement of the other attendees at the symposium.

The audio is certainly very interesting given that the mainstream media is now rampantly hyping a shortage of the vaccine and stories are being published daily about thousands of people being turned away from clinics.
All this despite the fact that several scientific polls have recorded that upwards of 60% of Americans have said they do not want the shot because they believe it is unsafe and untested.
During another part of the discussion, Andrew Jack, Pharmaceutical Correspondent for the Financial Times compares people wary of the vaccine with political extremists:
“I think we’re all aware that the anti-vaccine movement is having a field day on the internet and on media outlets like Fox News, causing reductions in vaccine uptake and it appears to be a pretty unholy alliance of the ultra right and the ultra left working together in a sort of Hitler-Stalin pact.” Jack states, again raising chuckles amongst the other delegates.
“I’m not sure that we’re countering these people very well.” Jack concludes before suggesting that the CFR put out soundbites about there being more mercury in a Tuna sandwich than in the H1N1 vaccine in order to convince “the crazy people” that it is safe.
The fact is however, you do not directly inject a tuna sandwich into your bloodstream. Is it more likely that a two fold increase in autism over the last six years is directly related to thimerosal in vaccines or to tuna sandwiches?
Mr Jack suggests following the lead of the New York Times to dispel so called “myths” over the vaccine – not a wise move given that their paltry efforts have already been thoroughly debunked and overturned.

Germany’s newspaper Tagesspiegel analyses the thesis of Wolf-Dieter Ludwig, head doctor of the Helios Klinikim Berlin-Buch, that the “swine flu” pandemic is just “a piece of theatre with which the pharma companies want to earn money”, – and comes to the conclusion that
1) there are almost no medical experts left in government or universities who are independent of big pharma;
2) researchers and managers are following the same goal, namely, to get their products used, “if necessary without a real emergency”.
Tagesspiegel looks into the “questionable” alliance between big pharma and government.
Twelve of the 16 members of the “vaccine commission” at the Robert Koch Institute have links to big pharma, notes the report.
Robert Haas, who coordinates Germany’s pandemic planning at the Robert Koch Institute, is also an advisor of the„European Scientific Working Group on Influenza“, which is financed by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Novartis, Baxter und Sanofi and lobbies for their drugs.
„President“ of the lobby group is the Dutch virologist Albert Ostherhaus, who is also the member of a working group established by WHO to develop the swine flu jab.
The head of the WHO expert group for vaccines is David Salisbury, the head of the vaccine department of the UK Health Ministry, who is reported to have lobbied for pharma companies to get immunity.
Salisbury also had a key role in WHO’s recommendation to implement mass global vaccination with the “swine flu” jab this July even though the safety of the jab is unpreoven.
Epidemiologist Klaus Stöhr, the head of a WHO-flu programme, has been pushing the idea that a pandemic is inevitable and will cost millions of lives.
Stöhr started working for Novartis in 2007.
The report says that big pharma companies finance almost all medical research today and so have acquired undue influence on it and government health policy.

In Finland the organisation that made the decision to order the vaccine from GSK (without any competition), last year got 6 million euros from drug companies, most of it from GSK when the governments portion of their budget was one million euros.
The same organizations experts are the ones whose opinions the mainstream media here repeats, about how the vaccines are totally safe even for pregnant women, when it hasn’t even been tested at all. The head of the organization (as well as the highest medical officer in Finland) has said in the media that the people who refuse to be vaccinated, are partially responsible if someone dies of the swine flu virus.
The nurses and doctors are under enourmous pressure to take the vaccine, because “it would endanger the lives of patients if they don’t”.
Good news is that people are really starting to wake up, opinion polls say that about 75% of finns will not take the vaccine. The mainstream media has also been forced to report about differing opinions, and the comments on the news about swine flu show that a lot of people know what is going on.

They’re in step 2 of the process. 1) They’ve created the problem. 2) They are manipulating the reaction to force the commoners to beg for help (while they plan their next move) and 3) They will implement the solution.
They created the pandemic, and are waiting for public outcry before they submit their toxic shots. They had no intention of mass producing the vaccine as they needed to determine the demand for a cure. Since there is a very low turnout for the shot, they have to create a giant PR stunt to drum up interest in their ‘cure’. Now that they have made the ’solution’ available, they have to gain their profits from it. Their goal of creating a pandemic depends strictly on the administration of the epidemic to the masses, since it consistently fails to propogate on its own premise.

Here’s something you may have never heard of, The Hulda Clark Zapper. I have used one since 1996.
