I'm not a hunter, but it seems to me that if you want to hunt something, the quieter and less visible you are, the greater your chances of success. This is no hunting expedition in search of an elusive Dodge Intrepid, but rather an unconstitutional "fishing trip" intended to boost government revenues with traffic/vehicle citations and warrant busts through the use of this "live" training exercise that conditions both the police and the public to such activities. As a parent, I really miss the days when we as kids used to wave to policemen; back before the public was seen as "the enemy."
