China Blames Wall Street Meltdown On Fed Overissuance Of Currency 190908bushpaulson

China’s state media today reports on the real reason behind the Wall Street meltdown and a subject that the mainstream US media dare not mention – the Federal Reserve’s overissuance of currency – which the Chinese say is part of a wider agenda to justify increased control over the global economy.

The Bush administration today announced a plan to use hundreds of billions of dollars of taxpayer money to buy up up bad mortgages and other debts. The process of injecting more fiat money into an already over-inflated system had the desired effect – the Dow Jones shot up 450 points – but the dollar, following a brief jump, began to plummet.

According to numerous Chinese state media news sources today, the Federal Reserve’s continued zeal for propping up the market by injecting illusory liquidity is part of an agenda to gain trust and grease the skids for increased government intervention in financial markets.

China Finance , China News and Chaobao Financial News, all state owned media outlets, slammed the Fed for taking action that will only make long term economic conditions worse and devalue the dollar by “creating money that does not exist which leads to the inflation of liquidity,” a policy contrary to China’s position as a holder of vast reserves of US dollars.

    (ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW)

The analyst quoted by Chaobao Financial News highlighted “that when there is market failure, the paramount purpose of government intervention should be saving the market for the benefit of the people: Relief, Recovery and then Reform,” and that “Protecting the rights of people who are suffering in the housing market and as a result of high oil prices should be treated as a priority.”

The analyst added that by concentrating on saving just a few large financial companies, the Fed is creating wider financial chaos while arousing anger and suspicion by “only protecting and encouraging large companies’ wrong doing.”

CEIBS Professor of Economics and Finance Xu Xiaonian told a conference yesterday that “The fundamental source of Wall Street’s meltdown is caused by Federal Reserve overissuing currency.” He cautioned that the US government has already exceeded its scope in terms of intervention compared with their usual policy.

Similar sentiments were echoed by economist Zuo Xiaolie, who said that the amount of money injected into the market will have little real impact, but that such measures are a “Narrow minded way that the Federal Reserve uses to diversify the pressure of currency adjustment to other countries, which leads to the devaluation of the dollar, causing imbalance in the global economy.”

“The amount of money that has been put into the market can not fundamentally save the market,” said Xiaolie, adding that the move was merely part of an agenda to “regain the trust and justify future further intervention in the economy.”

On Wednesday, China’s official People’s Daily newspaper, the voice of the ruling Communist party, said that the US had unleashed economic “weapons of mass destruction” and set off a “financial tsunami” by allowing Wall Street lenders to trade in subprime debts and unstable financial derivatives, according to a Press TV report.

China has previously threatened to liquidate its vast holding of US treasuries, amounting to $1.33 trillion, if Washington imposes trade sanctions to force a yuan revaluation. The Communist power has also repeatedly expressed its anger at the Fed’s indifference to the weakening dollar. If China were to dump the dollar it would likely set in motion a chain of events that would lead to a collapse of the greenback.

We know we are in trouble when the Chinese Communist Party sound like bastions of sound money policy and fiscal conservatism in comparison to the Bush administration and the Federal Reserve, who in creating more money out of thin air continue to bail out their friends on Wall Street while the economic future of hundreds of millions of American citizens is sold down the river.

Say thanks to Woodrow Wilson for signning the countries financial monitary over to the evil empire of the elite.somebodies got to do something about those rich asses.

    3. Alex Kahuna Says:

As far as WALMART goes and Kathy Lee, pretty much everything returned to sweatshop conditions but because this was fought out on television for weeks, this incident with Kathy Lee Gifford actually took the SWEATSHOP issue to every single part of the country.
And so, frankly, after that, there’s hardly a single person in this country who doesn’t know about child labour or sweatshops or STARVATION wages.

    4. Jerry F. Says:

My father worked fourteen hours a day in a sweatshop on lower Broadway, number three hundred and thirteen. Our first apartment was a five flight walk up, four and a half room, cold water flat with the bathtub in the kitchen and the toilet down the hall. A hundred and forty two Hester Street. Three families used the toilet. An Italian family, a coloured family, a Jewish family. Three families with different faiths. A one thing each of those families had in common. They had in common the sacrifices they had to make to get where they were. What they had in common was *Persecution*.

    5. Homer Says:

Homer: Family meeting. Family meeting. [the rest of the family runs into the dining room and quickly takes their seats] Okay, people, let’s keep this short. We all want to get home to our families. [all laugh] All right, first item: I lost our life savings in the stock market. Now let’s move on to the real issue: Lisa’s hogging of the maple syrup…

What’s advertising but a legalized con game? And what the hell’s marriage? Extortion, prostitution, soliciting with a government stamp on it. And what the hell’s your stock market? A fixed horse race. Some business guy steals a bank, he’s a big success story. Face in all the magazines. Some other guy steals the magazine and he’s busted.

    8. Nearadyn Says:

When the Chinese start complaining about BushCo. you know we got some real problems. I guess when your national debt is reliant upon the Communist Chinese for support, we might as well start learning a new language…

    9. Crazy Eyes Says:

I watch the stock market channel all the time – I just watch because I suspect that anchor man of being an evil leprechaun… he can bullshit everybody else, but he ain’t fooling me.

    11. Gregory Fegel Says:

Robin Williams: I find it very reassuring, George W. Bush talks to the stock market, and then [makes sound like airplane crashing] . It must be him talking about business, it’s like having a leopard giving you a facial; it doesn’t really work! Oopsey! “A lot of our imports come from other countries.” No shit, Jason!

    12. Wall Street Gordon Says:

Well, ladies and gentlemen we’re not here to indulge in fantasy but in political and economic reality. America, America has become a second-rate power. Its trade deficit and its fiscal deficit are at nightmare proportions.
Now, in the days of the free market when our country was a top industrial power, there was accountability to the stockholder. The Carnegies, the Mellons, the men that built this great industrial empire, made sure of it because it was their money at stake.
Today, management has no stake in the company! All together, these men sitting up here own less than three percent of the company. And where does Mr. Cromwell put his million-dollar salary? Not in Teldar stock; he owns less than one percent.

Once the reaction starts, it’ll spread to all the turbinium in the planet. Mars will go into global meltdown. That’s why the aliens never turned it on.

    16. Maestro Says:

George Bush said it earlier: “They call you the elite. I call you my base”. It was obvious from the start that he is only interested in his rich buddies as long as they remain useful to him. Average people are only of interest to the Decider as far as he can rob, deceive, spy on, torture and illegally detain them.

    17. Vicky Says:

You don’t suppose this is the Good Cop / Bad Cop routine do you? Are we supposed to believe that the COMMUNIST Chinese are on “our side” against the crooks running our government – who are also in bed with the COMMUNIST Chinese in terms of our trade policies?

Gosh… I guess all we have to do is to convert the COMMUNIST system so that we’ll have a government that really cares about the little guy :)

    18. Americano Says:

Looks like us Canadians are going have to start building a wall like the one USA has on its Mexico border. Pretty soon all you guys are going to be coming up here looking for jobs.

    19. Philip B Kirschner Says:

The carnigies and the Mellons were a part of the problem. They caused the great depression to begin with and that resulted in more federal control and the creation of the federal reserve which is not a legal body. It’s a private bank and it’s unconsitituional to have it. Only the government has the power to create currency, as honest abe said.

    20. Southern Guy Says:

Isn’t it wonderful that our great President will save us once again, by riding to the rescue? His words are like magic. Whatever he says or does goes, logical, truthful or not. But, as the Emperor has no clothes, the Emperor has no money. Why won’t anybody tell him?

    21. I'm Gumby Dammit! Says:

The Chinese are going to get royally screwed. The Fed is well on the way to taking a zero off the dollar so that the trillions we owe them will be repaid at 10 cents on the dollar in terms of actual value. The downside of course is that the savings of U.S. citizens will also be reduced by the same factor.

    22. Antonio Says:

And the government is bailing out these banks with what money? This move might stop the immediate crisis on Wall Street, but remember, the US lives on foreign credit. If the Treasury suddenly takes on billions more in (bad) debts, what is that going to do to the nation’s credit rating? What are we going to do when China suddenly says “you are over your credit limit”?

    23. Sgt Pepper Says:

Let me try to understand that the U.S. is about
to use ENRON accounting to take all the bad debt off the banks books? The taxpayers don’t have that much money for the next five generations. I was looking at where all the upside was in the markets and sorry but it did not make a lot of sense to me. Yesterday I was felling the pain of about a 40% loss in my net worth and today I wake up to find I may be billions in the hole and I may not know for months. I guess it is time to believe in fairy tales.

I suspect if you look at the 1929 chart of the fall of the market, you can see a big bump that looked like a recovery before it all began to fall again. This voodoo plan should produce the same result. We get a false peak and Bush says see ya and then it all begins to collapse again. I hope not, but the details are not yet public so I expect the public to be in for a big surprise.

    24. Nearadyn Says:

Where can I sign up for the “Free” billions that Bush wants to give away!

    25. Current resident Says:

When the fed dumps a trillion new dollars on the market , it is dillutive to all the other dollars already in existence. The cash in your pocket instantly was worth less and buys less. The newly released torrent of easy cash and governmental assumption of liabilities ( mind you these liabilities are so toxic they almost just pushed these co’s to bankruptcy and thats the only reason why you now own them ) has not only dilluted your shares in america ie; cash, but made them a infinitely more risky instrument . At best this only helps those that own stock and of those only the ones smart enough to sell into this initial rally. The poor who already were suffering from years of Bush economic malaise and international job outsourcing now have the few dollars they still own dwindling in value . Three cheers for uncle sam. They now have mixed in the final ingredient in Weimar republic style hyper inflation. Wait till the Chinese and Russians really start dumping their dollars into this mess. Did you notice that oil was up with the market , just like that the fed took us from deflation to inflation , hell, make that the mother of all depressions. We the taxpayers without a vote just assumed the worst liabilities of the very criminal cabal that has boffed us up the keister for the past 10 years and more.
I saw Pelosi at the big problem solving photo op table. Have you ever heard Pelosi talk about economics ? This nation is lost and wandering in the desert in no more than 6 months these people will fall over and realize they have been drinking sand.
Make no doubt, mark yesterday as the day the dollars eulogy was written.

    26. Vote Nadar! Says:

This will be much much worse than Depression V1.0. This long term 40 year bubble has been money created out of nothing or as Alex Jones says the bankers Ponzi Scheme. At least in Depression of 1929 money actually had gold value. This currency is as useful as toilet paper now and printing more money and bailing out everyone is just making it worse but necessary for Bush’s legacy before the election. It just won’t help America.

    27. Zoo Keeper Says:

Congressional leaders look so morbid standing there …
They’re all millionaires. They’ve made their money off tax paying suckers: the working classes. It won’t hurt them a bit. In fact, they’re probably laughing and bragging about the “good deals” while buying up all the low priced stock and real estate.

    28. Nora16 Says:

What comes next?? Quadrillions. With the phony Bush war predicted to cost between 2 and 3 trillion after all the accounting is finished and a trillion to bail out the big boys, the government is itself headed for receivership. Brush up on your Cantonese or Manderin which ever you prefer. Great Dogs point relating to the 14th amendment and the equal protection clause offers a ray of hope for all us debtors. After all we deserve consideration for shopping when the dolt in the White House told us to do so at the start of his phony war. My reckless shopping should be rewarded as an act of patriotism. Who do I contact to get my reward for running up galactic debt?

    29. False Flag Says:

They believe in cutting revenue for the government (taxes). Increase spending for cronies by privatizing the military and giving nobid contracts to Blackwater and Halliburton and others. Borrow from foriegn countries to pay the nobid contracts. Hide costs of wars of the income statement and balance sheet. Do away with regulations of financial institutions. Tighten bankruptcy regulation and consumer credit regulations so middle class citizens may have rates raised at will of the instituion and limiting what can be included in bankruptcy. Refuse assistance to victims of unethical lending by financial institutions. Turn the head of government on unethical, out of control financial instiutions until they crash and burn and then regulate and pass the bill to those who can least likely afford it and cry for more tax cuts for those who failed. That is Reaganomics as practiced and witness over the past twenty eight years.

    30. Think! Says:

For one, it’s not “fixed”, they have just shifted the bad banking practice fallout on to the public while letting the private continue to reap the profits. That’s not a fix, that’s a very large “nothing to see here, move along” as they sweep the failed right-wing policies under the rug for the time being. …….. Secondly, move on to what?

Spending money that we don’t have that isn’t backed by anything? Pretending like everything is fine in America, and we can just be rampant consumers flying along on debt? …………. There’s a conversation that needs to happen, and like my co-worker that just “had enough”, people don’t want to talk about it.

The final analysis from my co-worker was (after accepting that we tax payers just gave a trillion dollars to the ruling elites and her children were just saddled with more debt and effective indentured servitude) “this is America and if don’t like it, if you don’t want to pay your part with taxes, leave”. …………..

People feel completely powerless in America. The voting public doesn’t know what to do, and probably has a distinct feeling of helplessness knowing, yet not talking about it, that elections are rigged. What are you to do? What can you do to live your life and not lose everything and still make a change? … I live in a very conservative town, lots of ignorant and petty power tripping shit balls here. If I stick up my head, I’ll lose my job and house and everything.. How do you take care of your children, provide for them, when you have no home or means to provide food? ………… If you don’t like it, leave.. indeed.

Only I can’t yet, and who knows how long before no one will be allowed to. This Government is out of control, and the sleeping masses don’t seem to care since you can’t even have a conversation about such things these days. Divide and conquer.. “lets move on”, right, TiVO? Don’t think, don’t talk, don’t find out what’s really going on, just shut up and consume and move on.

    31. BOB Says:

How many times do we have to hear: We don’t have ENOUGH MONEY to fix Social Security. We don’t have ENOUGH MONEY to fix Medicare. We don’t have ENOUGH MONEY to provide health care to ALL Americans. We don’t have ENOUGH MONEY to help out Americans losing their homes. We don’t have ENOUGH MONEY to help all our veterans returning from war. We don’t have ENOUGH MONEY to rescue “no child left behind”.

BUT… We DO HAVE ENOUGH MONEY to bail out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. We DO HAVE ENOUGH MONEY to bail out Bears Stearns. We DO HAVE ENOUGH MONEY to bail out AIG. We DO HAVE ENOUGH MONEY to pay for an unnecessary TRILLION DOLLAR war. When the LITTLE GUY needs help, they scornfully say, “GET A JOB!” But when one of their BIG GUY CRONIES need a bailout, what do they say? SURE, NO PROBLEM. Where’s the checkbook?

    32. johnny 5 Says:

      @Bob

Wow, good stuff I thought I would help some…

But what about the debt we’re leaving on the backs of our childen and their future?” “Children? WHOSE Children? OUR children won’t have to pay for this. YOUR children will.” The Republicans have had their hands in our pockets for well over 8 years. Now they are robbing us blind IN BROAD DAYLIGHT and smiling about it!!!! The Republicans have shown their true colors and now they expect us to vote them back into office? What’s next? Should we bend over and spread ‘em? Oh, I’m sorry, but we’ve ALREADY DONE THAT!! SEVERAL TIMES

    33. Jesse Says:

This just shows that the goverment of the United States is of, by and for the Corporations. Instead of bailing out the criminals who started this whole mess why doesn’t the goverment bail out the Victims; those who are losing their Homes and Jobs?

    34. blaje Says:

For those who said that its about time for Canadians to build a wall, like the one on the mexican border. I beg to differ. This is a worldwide problem, Corrupt Canadian bankers are just as much in it as U.S. bankers are. If we don’t fight the NWO globally, in ever city and every country, then we are doomed to suffer. You can’t just say, oh, too bad for “those” people over there. They consequences will still fall on you, or the next generation. Someone will soon be knocking on your door.

Slavery is not an isolated thing. It is a mentality that must be broken.

    35. chunfla Burlbe Says:

The only solution to this insane stupidity is the public execution by rusty chain saws of the Bush, the entire congress, every and anyone conected to the bleeding issuance of worthless dollars. This sh!t is not ever going to stop except blood of the kleptomaniac elite starts flowing into the gutters of the Late great USA

    36. Got Hypocrite? Says:

The AIG bailout on top of FANNIE MAE and FREDDIE MAC was bad enough, but now we’re also told that god knows how many more billions of our tax dollars are going to be given to Corporate America to bail CEOs asses from the fire.
These monies are being spun as loans or some other such schemes in which the money will supposedly be repaid to the US taxpayers, but whoever believes that we’ll really see much if any of that money back can buy this bridge I have for sale in a burrough of New York. So billions of my tax dollars are being spent on these freaking welfare queens who supposedly love the system of capitalism, so long as they don’t have to bear the brunt of any of the losses.
Individualize the PROFITS, socialize the LOSSES. Crazy, warped “CAPITALIST” system that I never learned about in econ. The capitalism I studied said that these companies should be left to die like the weak of the herd, because they’ve obviously failed miserably at competing with the others in their market. So this is all happening as the backdrop to an incredibly tragic time for so many people in my area. The local news is reporting that 15 houses are habitable in Bridge City (a town of about 8000 people). The residents of Crystal Beach, Rollover, Gilchrist, and High Island are being refused entry to their homes even to inspect the damage. Parts of SE TEXAS still have floodwaters over the main highways. Beaumont’s water system sustained salt water intrusion damage and is taking longer than expected to repair. Almost 2 MILLION people are still without power, and a good portion of that group is not expected to have power until early October. FEMA has agreed to pay for hotels IF they are on an approved list (because of course there were enough rooms at the “approved” chains to house the more than 500,000 people who evacuated, right?) and only beginning on the 14th for a storm that hit in the early morning hours of the 13th. FEMA is warning people that there will not be any $2000 “bonus” or “giveaway” this time, because of course we all know that people never used that money to repair homes, it was spent on Prada purses and plasma televisions instead. Insurers are so far moving incredibly slowly, telling people that adjusters will not even be out for another 2 or 3 weeks (even for a guy I know who is lucky enough to have a contractor who was ready to start work yesterday).
I can not even find the words to express the depth and breadth of my anger, and I am struggling to even finish this post. I am just incredibly bitter that wealthy, multi-national CORPORATE entities are being treated so much better than my fellow humans. The people of Bolivar and Orange County were not well off for the most part, and it will be very hard for ALL of SE TEXAS for many, many months. We had just finally gotten to the point of feeling “recovered” from Rita, and the blue roofs had by now become *almost* non-existant. The only thing saving my hometown is the petrochemical industry, because without the refineries, we would be dying.
But instead of money being spent to actually help people, we are once again bailing out the essentially unregulated financial sector. You’d think that the feds would at least require additional regulations in exchange for the bailout money, but that would make too much sense to actually have strings attached to billions of tax dollars being given to corporations. We only believe in strings for the $200 in FOOD STAMPS given to the single parent. Because *that’s* the reason my taxes are so high. It’s surreal to watch these events unfolding in the same week, but the bitterness reminds me that this really is happening. And since I have absolutely no representation at any level of government above city council, I just had to complain here instead. Thanks for letting me rant a little.

    37. transduction Says:

one word……………..hyperinflation………….ladies and gentlemen, by all the silver and gold you can while they still take paper money for it.

    38. Monty Python Says:

Hello, last week on “Party Hints” I showed you how to make a small plate of goulash go round 26 people, how to get the best out of your canapés, and how to unblock your loo. This week I’m going to tell you what to do if there is an armed communist uprising near your home when you’re having a party. Well obviously it’ll depend how far you’ve got with your party when the signal for Red Revolt is raised. If you’re just having preliminary aperitifs – Dubonnet, a sherry or a sparkling white wine – then the guests will obviously be in a fairly formal mood and it will be difficult to tell which are the communist agitators. So the thing to do is to get some cloth and some bits of old paper, put it down on the floor, and shoot everybody. This will deal with the Red Menace on your own doorstep. If you’re having canapés, as I showed you last week, or an outdoor barbecue, then the thing to do is set fire to all the houses in the street. This will stir up anti-communist hatred and your neighbours will be right with you as you organize counter-revolutionary terror. So you see, if you act promptly enough, any left-wing uprising can be dealt with by the end of the party. Bye!
      1969 (Sarcasm)

    39. Howard Says:

Monty Python you’re a scream. But seriously, folks, the Chi Coms telling us the Jews are over printing the funny money is a huge joke. But only a handful of people even know this, so the Chi Com pronouncement will sound like a revelation from heaven to the other 99.99999% of humanity within earshot.

When the partys over, the Chinese will be liquidated by the hundreds of millions, as, even now, their country is being lumped together with the Russians and even the Indians, in some cases, as the cause of our woes. Poverty, death, destruction are not only coming their way, but every which way. Fear is working wonders for now, but when the fear wears thin and the natives rebel, that will give them reason to turn us into chop suey. And they’ll blame it on us.

    40. johnny 5 Says:

ESSENTIAL TO HIDE THE FIASCO BEFORE THE ELECTION. So they’re gonna tuck the bad debt into a separate package and continue the horrible cycle of theft that will finish off and steal your funds completely in about 2 years. But dont worry…it’s aaallll goooood.

    41. Vote Nadar! Says:

The fascist Federal Reserve predates both World wars. LOL. It was created to stop BOOMS/BUSTS which they of course, create. Problem, reaction, solution.

Or we make the Cure, we control the Disease – Frustrated Incorporated

    42. CANUCK Says:

So the FED is going to borrow money from itself and clear the books of Wall Street reprobates so WE don’t suffer the consequences of their reckless financial vehicles having run off a cliff of their own making. And the money comes from where again? Talk about fuzzy Jackass math…

    43. J. Martin Says:

The new communist is here and in power now..we’re all F—– without a revolution!

    44. edgar Says:

public consumption. china is paulson’s bitch. they ain’t gonna do squat, they don’t have the ballz.

    45. Paulson is an idiot Says:

      A couple of points:

      1) Your children will not have to pay for this bailout. Why? Because either how we value the term “money” in an economy will change by then (we fix it), or money will not be worth anything within 6 months from NOW (we don’t fix it).

      2) Under the current system, there is NO solution. The ONLY solution is to CHANGE the current system. Put the financial paper in the garbage where it belongs and “bail out” the chartered banks to keep them running while we reorganize the system.

      3) People are forgetting that these financial institutions are going to lose another 3 trillion dollars NEXT quarter. Their “solution” is only very temporary, therefore it is NOT a solution.

      4) The financial institutions are INSOLVENT. This has been true for twenty+ years, the trick has been to mask the issue with bubbles.

      5) Bernanke must know what’s going on by now, he truly cannot be this stupid. Paulson MIGHT be, but this is getting ridiculous even for him. Their “solution” is EXACTLY the same “solution” Wiemar Germany created in 1923 except now the problem is a factor of 1,000 times worse. Not only is there far more debt, but the system is tied to the WHOLE WORLD.

Some might say the Fed caused this, or deregulation caused this. This would be correct. However, at this point it is less relevant.

The ONLY way to solve this is to put the federal government into BANKRUPTCY REORGANIZATION. Anything else, simply isn’t a solution.

    46. Vote Nadar! Says:

Up until now, this society was able to cover up inequalities because they’ve been living on credit. Through sub-prime loans and the innumerable credit cards held by most Americans, an illusion of growth was created that is now falling apart. People are not only losing their jobs, but their homes as well. They’re unable to continue the standard of living to which they’ve become accustomed. That has deep meaning: Americans believed they were the winners at capitalism. This self-confidence has disappeared and is being replaced by a feeling of decline.

    52. DayTrader Says:

The government allowed the Lehman Brother firm to fail Monday, and the consequences of that collapse immediately became so severe that the government was compelled to intervene. The reevaluation of Lehman Brother debt to $0 in the bankruptcy caused money market funds who had invested with the group to see their share price drop off the dollar — meaning that $1 invested in a money market fund with some banks became worth between 97 and 99 cents. Some banks, such as Wachovia, bailed out their money market funds by injecting hundreds of millions of dollars into them, while other, already undercapitalized, had to admit that as much as 3% of their customers’ wealth had been destroyed. When insurer AIG began to topple as well, the government realized that the collapse of another company in which so many money markets were invested would lead to the general collapse of the financial system, as many banks could not cover a general loss of 2% – 3% of their assets, and the collapse of other banks would lead to the further destruction of cash — otherwise known as “deflation”.

The result is that the government intends to stop the collapse by taking the private debt of banking and insurance companies, many if not most of them Jewish owned, and converting it into government debt — debt that is backed by the Federal Reserve’s ability to print money against it. In the short term, the result appears to be that the government will print enough money to increase the currency supply by ten to fifteen percent, a move that should cause prices of goods purchased with cash to increase by a similar amount over the time needed for the money to enter circulation. The bailout is good for private banks but not good for the workers who have their assets and their debts held with those banks, and whose relationships will not be affected, at least in any clear manner, by the government’s bailout.

In theory, by purchasing the debts of these companies, which represent the debts of consumers who owe money to those companies repackaged and sold to others, the government is buying out and “cancelling” the debts of millions of Americans who have taken out mortgage, car, and personal loans from those companies. Such arguments of cancelled debt are becoming increasingly popular and increasingly successful in the courts of the United States, and in those state where all foreclosures are judicial (as opposed to non-judicial), but they have been applied erratically and inconsistently throughout the nation, with no move by Congress or the Presidency to address them.
In the real world, the banking industry wants hundreds of billions or trillions of dollars from the United States to protect itself from failure, but does not want to pass that bailout down the line to consumers whose small personal, home and auto loans have themselves failed.

In short, the Zionists running the financial system want their cake and to eat to. Neither Presidential candidate has addressed, and neither appears to even understand, the fundamental causes of the recent collapse, and both have put forward moronic “programs” that will have between little and no effect on the problem. Both have told American audiences that they intend to continue the economic policies that caused the collapse. In particular, the collapse began about 1974, when the United States began a massive program of “deindustrialization”, which involved the transer of the production of goods overseas to Third World markets, whose employees undercut the wages of US employees.

Soon we will be burning US$ to heat our homes in winter.

    76. dumbass conspiracy wierdos Says:

the point is injecting money into the economy is to increase spending and thus jobs. Welcome to another round of Final Combat.

I’m your host commentator here at the sidelines along with Israel Sholomo, well known promoter for numerous defeated combatants. Well Shlomo, the teams are now coming out onto the field for the final game.

It looks like this will be a knockdown tournament. In one corner we have an aging super state well past its prime. In the other corner is a revived contender who is really starting to flex its muscle. I’ll tell you Murray, it looks like this is shaping up to be blow out conflict that may well spill out of the ring and into the streets as various fans begin to polarize in their support for these two combatants.

It will be unusual to say the least to see the title holder actively taking transfusions during this fight. It is still a mystery as to exactly who will be providing the blood supply as the only viable donors have quietly pledged support for the contender. In fact it seems the only supporter for the title holder is a tiny vocal contingent of transvestites wearing six pointed star pasties who continually scream for more blood. However it is somewhat unclear as to whose blood they are demanding. You know Sholomo, the title holder has long been considered well past its prime, but it still has a few atomic knuckles hidden under its gloves.

Like Cassius clay in his last days, the title holder is constantly bragging and dancing around the ring as it did in its prime, but the debilitating effects of Rothschild’s disease are now all too obvious. The title holder frequently bangs its head on the walls while blustering and ranting incoherently about the power of its “fists of death.” Apparently it fails to notice the aging, decrepit body that supports those fists. As you know Murry, many believe this bout might well spell the demise of the title holder, but it’s rumored that it will take its opponent down as well with a “Sampson option.” In any event Murray, it looks like this is shaping up to be on hell of a fight; one that might involve the lives of many supporting fans, but then that’s what Final Combat is all about, collateral damage from two titans duking it out on the bloody field of combat.

There’s the bell Sholomo. We may be just minutes away from the title holder’s eve of destruction. Well be right back after this message from our global destructo marketing commercials.

It seems that the politicians Republicans and Democrats alike are rushing to bail out the perpetrators and destroyers of our Republic using the tax receipts from the middle class citizens who pay the majority of all taxes in the United States by increasing the debt burden to our future great great great grandchildren

It seems ironic that the power elite does not focus where the bail out would benefit the country as a whole more than the Bankers on Wall Street. Why not give money to the people who are struggling to pay their toxic mortgages and are just barely
surviving instead of the Hampton upper class and their BMW’s and waterfront mansions who received multi billion dollar Christmas bonus’
the past number of years creating these toxic derivatives.

If the money was given to the common folk to use to pay down or eliminate the toxic mortgages I believe not only would the bankers benefit by cash from prepaid mortgages but, the Middle class would again feel comfortable
having less debt and start buying cars, furniture and real estate again.
Then the elected politicians would be looked upon as real representatives of the people instead of bought and paid pawns for the banking elite.

I really don’t give a damn what China thinks. China certainly didn’t mind taking all of our jobs, or shipping in their toxic junk. Now that the ship is sinking China has the nerve to spout off. Repeal Nafta. Bring our jobs back here. Put people to work. Take down these power crazy idiots. Expose them and their maniacal agendas. I’m personally fed up.

    112. Warren Wilson Says:

Cause of problem? Avaricious Jews. Solution? Deprive Jews of power.

    113. winstone Says:

“Bring our jobs back here. ”

      ————————

HAHAHA – if you want to work for the wages chinese people do – you could have them.

      Don’t you get it????

Even ronpaul says American workers wages are “out of control”. But he’s an idiot.

    114. Jim Says:

The culprit is the Fed here is the proof.
Take the wage of a Calif grocery store clerk in 1971 @7.50 per hr.
Punch that number into this calculator http://www.westegg.com/inflation/infl.cgi
You’ll come up with $42 per hr in 2007.
$42 per hr is almost 100k . The Fed has watered down the currency so you’re wife has to work.
It’s not that Ameircan workers are expensive its the Fed not holding down currency growth.
Drip by drip the result robs us daily. We’re like the frog in the pot and the temp is getting higher and higher.

    115. Maggie Says:

“HAHAHA – if you want to work for the wages chinese people do – you could have them.

      Don’t you get it????”

I don’t think you get it. Come back to planet earth. We miss you.

lehman’s was considered jewish. it’s gone.

      So think again, Batman?

    117. Stuart Says:

I think we will see china dump the Us Dollar T bonds and it will be just what the fed wants to happen to give them the open door to bring about the first stages of the incoming Amera …

This Wall street and even Australian ASX and the rerst of the wouilds stick markets are going to slide again within ,I’d say 3 weeks and Im being optimistic ….It may happen sooner because its not real funds ,,its all imaginary… Its ruining Currencies all over the world in what I believe to be a clever trick by the U.S Government to try and be supreme again ,gain power over other countries assets and try for the old New World order …

    118. keith Says:

Yes the US dollar is way overvalued and yes the Bailout is about bailing out their rich mates.
The 18 million people who walked out of their mortgages were not given a new deal, say keeping their loans at 5% until the crisis blows over. This would have meant the People keeping a long term asset and real economy money being pumped back into the system. And it would be a lot cheaper than bailing out corrupt business models. Can the US people stop being individuals for a moment and get together to stop this corrupt bailout(enslaving you to high interest and higher taxes for a generation). Put the People back in their homes and let the crooks fail.

    119. JSSmith Says:

Funny that the ‘Peoples’ Republic of China’ are only now starting to bristle at the Fed’s constant interfering with our economy and further floating us down the financial “black hole”! This being that China is so heavily invested ( or is it more like inFested ) in our economy. They say that a man will only decry that which gore’s his own ox. The problem is, WE ARE ALL GETTING GORED, SLICED, AND DICED this mammoth mess!

Hmmmm. $700 Billion bail-out: Let’s payoff the crooks for years of financial screw-ups and outright theft, rather than indict them. Then let’s make the gracious taxpayer bail-out what’s left and call it a day! Wow! Haven’t we gone through all of this before, like in the 1930’s, AFTER the SAME kinds of financial ROBBERY on an almost-equally-massive scale? No. We don’t have our Gold and Silver coins, notes, etc, to save us this time!

    120. Paul K Says:

I think it’s time for China and Russia to help the situation of us Americans to give them
some fear that they push on us all like flying the Chinese hyperjets and Russian TU95s stealths..over the White house. That will make the FEDS change their minds using our hard earned tax money to bail out those Al Capone like banksters.

I truly belive now that China and Russia realize that the Americans are getting screwed
by their own government. Time for them to help us.

      Paul
