CNN’s “Climate Change” Dishonesty

Unlike the good sense that Vin Suprynowicz gave us today on LRC, CNN is spreading more dishonest propaganda on “climate change.” The latest headline from CNN is: “Report: Climate change crisis ‘catastrophic’“.
According to this new “study,” “climate change” is “killing 300,000 people each year.” How do we know? Well, it seems that the “study” from the Global Humanitarian Forum has interpreted events in a very creative manner. CNN declares:
Of the 300,000 lives being lost each year due to climate change, the report finds nine out of 10 are related to “gradual environmental degradation,” and that deaths caused by climate-related malnutrition, diarrhea and malaria outnumber direct fatalities from weather-related disasters.
How do they know what is caused by normal weather patterns and by “global warming”? Well, they don’t. They just transfer deaths by storms and other things to the “global warming” category with the full knowledge that news organizations will pick up this stuff and declare the report to be ex cathedra.

I especially find the malaria deaths statistic interesting as we know that the main reason that so many people die each year of malaria in the Third World is because environmental groups have fought any use at all of DDT being sprayed in the homes of people (not in mass sprayings, as used to be the case).
CNN’s dishonesty continues as it published photos of the alleged “devastation” being caused by human-oriented “global warming.” Notice that Ted Turner’s organization does not tell us that glaciers have been melting for a long time, and that there were huge storms around the globe long before the “global warming” nannies came on the scene.

CNN ?, Dishonest???? Should be DNN, Dishonest News Network. These people think nothing of dishonesty. The govt. is. Why shouldn’t they be ?? Politicians get away with it!! They aren’t punished for lying to the public. hussein was correct about one thing. America is no longer a Christian nation !!!!!!!

CNN, it is amazing any one still watches this propaganda channel. Co2 in the atmosphere is causing Global Warming, wow they must think people are really stupid. Then again they did vote for the Obaaaama disaster. Really dumb.

I know, they make me feel so guilty for breathing. I may cause the next Katrina next time I go jogging or have baked beans for dinner. Real environmentalism seems to be totally hijacked by criminals. CNN and Fox are most obviously bad, but the others follow suit.

If the threat of Global Warming is real, why isn’t the US government curtailing the activities of the US military, which is the single largest producer of carbon emissions on the planet? The easiest, most effective thing that the USA could do to reduce its ‘carbon footprint’ is to withdraw all the US troops from Iraq and Afghanistan, and shut down most US military bases overseas.
Why aren’t fireworks displays banned? This Fourth of July, remember that the fireworks displays all over the USA are a gross and useless source of carbon emissions that the US government does nothing to reduce or prevent.
The hypocrisy of the US government in its phoney, imbalanced, and insincere attempts to ‘limit carbon emissions’ tell a very different story about US energy use priorities than their pompous, smug posturing about carbon emissions.

Not to mention all the fires that are caused by accidents by drunk participants launching them all over the place. Those fires produce CO2 also.

More climate change BS from the mainstream media. Climate change HAS to be man-made according to the people who also want de-population. Here is some of their ’scientific data’:

Now, which one will be the sea lvl rise in 2100? Is it 6-34 inches, 6-23 inches, 6-17 inches, or 240 inches? Why the hell can’t the IPCC come up with accurate consistent numbers? Oh wait, there is a consistent number, and the number is 6. The number 6 as in the same total rise in sea level from the past 100 years.
