I also noticed several people agreeing with DeeDee #32’s scenario of a peace agreement in the middle east. Does anyone realize that this sounds eerily like the Bible’s account of a man who will guarantee peace for 7 years in the middle east. This would make Obama the famous anti-christ of Revelation. Surely not, I hope DeeDee is wrong.

I would just like to point out, Ian, that Obama’s mother was a communist. You sound like you are going to vote for him so I guess you’re okay with that. He also attended Muslim school at one point. He, so far, cannot even prove he is a citizen of the United States! Need I go on? McCain is not a good guy but come on. I guess I’ll do what I’ve done for years and vote the lesser of the 2 evils. Although, it probably won’t matter because of the voting machine fraud and the fact the Republicrats are running a dead man against a young, fresh face. Coincidense? Come on, next you’ll tell me that Obama is your own personal Jesus. Puke!!!

I accidently found prisonplanet about a year ago and have been addicted since.

Ok now I especially don’t like it when conservatives use fear mongering and pull things out of context in order to stir up peoples feelings of insecurity, but I don’t like it when anyone does that. Which is exactly what Alex Jones does on this page. If you listen to the ENTIRE interview (which I did, along with the entire Joe Biden speech talking about how Obama will be tested at the beginning of his presidency) you can see that what Alex is getting at is completely different from what is really being said. January 21st is the first day the new President will actually be in office. Jan. 20th is Bush’s last day in office. Powell says “problems will always be there” and we can’t know today what problems the new president will face then but there will inevitably be problems on Jan 21st (the first day in office) just like there are now. He is most certainly not predicting some massive terrorist attack or nuclear holocaust.
Biden talks about how Obama will be tested his first few months in office. Who wouldn’t be? There is absolutely no person on earth who would be completely ready to be president. No past president was ready to solve every problem on day one either. It is a humanistic learning experience and it is illogical and poor argument to use those words to say that Obama is obviously not prepared to be president because he would be tested during his first few months. The argument comes with how well you handle the “test”. John McCain says that he would be a better president because he will not be tested like Obama would be. False. It is short sighted to not foresee oneself being tested in any regards to life. McCain needs to wake up, realize the test is coming (if he makes it to the White House) and preparations should be made for the test and how to pass it. Not deny its existence. I want a president who realizes the test is there, prepares for it, and handles it as best as possible.

I had no idea that Tom was a CFR man. It all makes sense now. How could any reporter in their right (unbribed) mind not have commented on the Jan 21 or 22 juicy remark. That is priceless.

I think the big one for Jan 21 or 22 might be that the US says, oh so sorry no money and its not funny…WE DEFAULT BABY.

Do you think Powell just made a boo boo and has since been slapped with a phone book in front of his face? …..and seeing as I live in Sydney, is this big news in the US?
