Sorry, but I see fault on both sides. The first question is, why was he pulled over in the first place. If something in his possession was illegal, why is it in his hands. Get rid of it before you exit the vehicle. Altercations with police are always tricky. The policeman had his hands full with this guy but it does not justify putting someones life in jeopardy by use of force. It also seems that they were unaware of the distress their actions caused on this person. This will be discarded as self-defence on the part of the police. We already see drugs being introduced to justify their actions.

The US Goverment amended the US Constitution to make Alchohol illegal, then repealed those Amendments some years later which made Alchohol legal again.

This man is dead, probably because he had some non Glaxxo issued drug. Its common knowlege that the rich get prescription drugs and the poor, well, they get caught with non prescription drugs and, sometimes, they get killed for having them, as you can see.

So our prisons get filled with non violent drug offenders while the real criminal rapist, murderers and con men can get early releases due to overcrowding.
