Daycare Worker Told She’ll Be Fired For Refusing Mandatory Flu Shot
Obama’s claim that vaccines will be voluntary deceptive and misleading as thousands of professionals face losing their jobs

A daycare worker employed by Northeast Health in Albany New York was shocked to be told by her boss that she would be fired if she refused to take a seasonal swine flu shot on the spot. Similar stories have been pouring in to us from all over the country as fears that the upcoming H1N1 shot will also be mandatory continue to grow.
The case emphasizes why President Obama’s claim that the swine flu shot will be voluntary is completely deceptive and misleading. Americans across the country, even those not directly connected with health care work, are being ordered to take the mandated seasonal and swine flu shots or lose their jobs.
The story of what happened to the daycare worker, who would like to go by the pseudonym “Clare,” was sent to us by her sister who also provided Clare’s real name and the full name of the facility she is employed with.
Clare works in a daycare center which is affiliated with the local hospital but in a completely separate building. It was reported earlier this month that all hospital workers in the entire region would be forced to take the seasonal flu shot or lose their jobs and that the vaccine would become a condition of employment.
“On the Tuesday morning following the Labor Day weekend (Sept 8th), the director of the daycare of Northeast Health announced to employees on the spot (without a meeting, memo or discussion) that everyone had to go get a flu shot immediately and staff would be rotated so that everyone would be inoculated by the end of the day,” writes Clare’s sister.
“Clare said “I don’t get flu shots” and was told “well then you’ll be fired.”
The director told Clare that the H1N1 shot would also be mandated in the same way when it becomes available. When Clare warned the director that the swine flu shot contained mercury, squalene and other dangerous additives, the director told her that regardless of her objections, if she refused to be vaccinated she would be suspended from November 13th and then formally fired on November 30th.
“Clare asked how she can be fired for something that was not a condition of her employment when she was hired? She was told it was not Northeast Health’s policy, it was the director of the New York State Department of Health who made the shot mandatory,” writes her sister.
However, according to the NYSDOH decree for mandatory vaccinations, exemptions exist for “personnel who have a medical contraindication and for workers, such as those offsite, who would have no contact with patients and only incidental contact with direct-care staff.” Clare clearly falls into this category as she works in a separate building from the hospital and has no direct regular contact with hospital workers.

Clare demanded answers to the following questions, none of which have been addressed by the daycare director.
1. The regular seasonal flu hasn’t even hit so how will this first mandated shot provide any immunity when it is clearly the vaccine from last year?
2. When the H1N1 is mandated – as I believe it will be – and if I did get the shot to save my job and should I have one of the adverse reactions that the CDC has predicted, will I be covered under Workers Comp since the action that caused the injury was job related? (The cost of which will fall on the employer NOT the State of New York.)
3. Should I refuse the shot will I be eligible for Unemployment Compensation since I did nothing to warrant being terminated?
4. Malpractice insurance providers in Australia are refusing to extend coverage to their clients who give the shot; will this be the case in New York?
5. Are insurance companies going to cover subscribers who fall ill as a result of the H1N1 inoculations that were mandated by the NYS Department of Health?
After concerned parents started to ask Clare why she was leaving, it some became apparent that the director had immediately produced a letter and circulated it around the daycare, claiming that Clare was leaving for “personal reasons,” without mentioning the real reason, that she refused to take the vaccine.
Clare took the letter to the head of human resources but was told that, “the New York State Labor Department would probably be instructed to side with the Department of Health and determine that you were fired for not following an order from your employer and not approve Unemployment Compensation. The meeting ended with him stating that it was the NYS Department of Health’s call and not Northeast Health and there was no way around it.”
“Not only have my sister’s rights as an employee been violated but her employer’s justification for terminating her is based on a falsehood on top of which she may be prevented from receiving Unemployment Insurance for this wrongful termination,” writes Clare’s sister.
As an addendum, Clare’s sister informs us that one of the daycare teachers who did take the seasonal flu shot on September 8th suffered a reaction less than a week later. Clare’s sister takes up the story;
“It began with symptoms similar to Pink Eye on her left side and then her eye swelled; the swelling then spread further down her check and then into her neck where a mass formed. This 30 year old mother of three has been unable to work since the symptoms in her eye surfaced, around the 14th. My sister Clare asked school officials if her ill coworker would be covered by Workers Comp and was told they believe she would be. The co-worker has been on antibiotics that don’t seem to be working. Her doctor told her if the RX doesn’t clear it up the “infection(?)” soon they’ll have to take more drastic action. My sister was told by her ill co worker: “Clare you were right to say no to the shot, the job isn’t worth it, I should never have gotten the shot.”
Clare is now facing unemployment as a result of refusing to take the seasonal flu vaccine, not to mention the H1N1 shot. Thousands of other health workers are now in a similar position whereby they will be forced to take the dangerous swine flu shot or be fired over the course of the next few weeks. Polls indicate that at least a third of nurses and health workers will refuse to take the vaccine and another third are still unsure. If even as little as a quarter of health care professionals stand up in unison and refuse to be intimidated into taking the shot, authorities will probably have to back off and make the shot voluntary.
However, Clare’s deeper concern is that another primary target of the first round of swine flu vaccinations, young children, will be even more vulnerable to having the shot forced upon them with no warning or notice whatsoever.
“My sister has three children in public school and is extremely concerned that the head of the New York State Department of Health, Dr. Richard Daines, will next decree the shots are mandatory for all school children,” writes Clare’s sister.
“She is prepared to home school them but is scared to death that in the mean time an UNANNOUNCED flu shot clinic will be sprung on school districts some morning to get around parental objections to having their children vaccinated. She has told her children in no uncertain terms are they to accept the shot(s) but realizes the Hobson’s choice they too may soon face and that they are so much less prepared than she to fight this unconstitutional authority.”

Nobody, anywhere or any time and under any circumstances has the right or power in this country to immunize you or your children against your will and conviction. If they attempt to do so, you can legally charge them with “assault with a deadly weapon” and have the full resources of our laws behind you.
At all times in attempting to avoid unwanted immunization, you have the Law of the Land behind you. Those who would try to vaccinate you against your will are on very shaky ground. Into every compulsory immunization law in America are written legal exceptions and waivers which are there specifically to protect you from the attempted tyranny of officialdom. It is not only your right, but your obligation to use them, if this is what your conscience tells you
Article I
In all your contacts with any member of the school, public health, or legal establishment, always remain calm, courteous, and humbly reverent toward their position. You are only asking of them that which the law duty binds them to give you. There is no reason, or advantage, to be gained by antagonizing them.
Most of these officials believe they are discharging their trust as outlined by law. If they are overstepping the law, then you must very diplomatically bring the true facts to their attention, but without attempting to belittle them.
The more you can preserve their ego, the more easily and quickly you are likely to get what you desire – a waiver of immunization.
Rule No. 1: Do not harass, belittle, or antagonize officials unnecessarily.
Article 2
All compulsory laws concerning vaccination (including the military) contain exceptions and waivers. It is these protections placed in the laws that you may legally use to exclude yourself and your children. Surprisingly, these exceptions were placed there, not for your sake (although you may take advantage of them), but for the protection of the establishment.
How is this? Let us assume that these exceptions were not there and everyone was actually forced to be immunized. Should a child die or become mentally or physically disabled, the parent would have the perfect case to sue the doctor, the school, the health department, and even the state legislature for enormous damages.
Since they allowed no exceptions, they must accept full responsibility for all the adverse consequences of the law.
However, if exception waivers are placed in the law, the responsibility is then transferred back to the parent. If a child should be injured by immunization, the officials can say, “Well, the parent should have exempted him if they thought there was any danger.”
Therefore, there is in truth no such thing as a compulsory vaccination law in this country. They are ALL, in essence, voluntary. The problem is that practically no one in authority will let you know this fact.
Rule No. 2: There are no compulsory vaccination laws. All are voluntary, and you are held responsible for the adverse results upon you or your children.
Article 3
While all immunization laws have exceptions you can use, the wording in each state differs, and you must know the exact wording for your state to make the proper request of waiver. This information can be obtained in one of two ways.
Go to the reference section of your local library- look in the State Statute Revised Law Book under Public Health Law or Communicable Disease sections. The list of immunization requirements will appear first and then the exemptions will be given. Usually one or two provisions will be listed: either on religious or medical grounds or both.
You may call or write your state representative and ask for a copy of the immunization laws in your state. Making this available is part of his job, and it will be sent promptly.
Rule No. 3: Know your own state law so that you can conform to its exact requirements for exemption.
Article 4
There are two basic reasons for exception – medical or religious. Which one you choose will often depend upon the wording of the law in your state and your personal convictions.
We shall discuss medical exemption first. While laws do vary, nearly all states require that a note or certificate of waiver be submitted by a physician licensed in the state of residence. In some areas where states are small and people continually travel from one to another for business, a statement from a physician in a contiguous state will be accepted.
In this letter it is usually necessary to state the reason for the requested waiver and the length of time it should extend. Many laws limit all such letters to a school year and they must be renewed each fall.
The two most valid reasons for medical waiver are “the fear of allergic reaction in a sensitive child” and “to prevent possible damage to a weakened immune system.” Both of these can occur in a child who has been immunized, and since no one but the physician and the parent will be held responsible for their consequences, it is up to them to protect the child.
It is possible that some states may require the letter from an M.D. or D.O., but many will allow an exemption letter from a chiropractor if it is courteously and properly written, as outlined above.
Rule No. 4: Medical waivers are always valid but must be written to fit each state law and often need to be renewed annually.
Article 5
The foregoing may work for school exemptions, but are there any such waivers in the Armed Forces? Yes. All branches of the Service provide “immunization waivers.”
Again, if they did not you could sue them for millions of dollars if a reaction occurred from their immunizations. Because of these waiver provisions, you become responsible if you react.
When you first sign up or enlist, you must state your objection to the vaccinations and tell whether it is “religious conscience” or medical reasons, such as allergies or a low tolerance to medication of any kind. If you do not show objection at this time, you have given the military the right to do what they will with you.
If there is any difficulty, the same rules apply here as in the school program. Never forget, even though you may be in the Service, no one has the right to immunize you against your will. You do not give up your constitutional rights when you join the Armed Forces.
Rule No. 5: The rules that govern school vaccination exemption also apply to the military. Never let anyone tell you otherwise. They do not know, or are hiding, the facts of the law.
Article 6
What about international travel? May I go around the world without vaccination?
The World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva grants American visitors the right to REFUSE shots when traveling internationally. However, if an area you wish to enter is infected, you may be detained until the public health servant gives you the “go” (at his discretion).
Thousands travel world-wide each year without shots – so you may if that is your choice. Many of our co-workers have traveled over much of the world and have never taken any immunizations, nor were they ever detained.
It would be wise to request a copy of Foreign Rules and Regulations, Part 71, Title 42, on immunization when you receive your passport. Never forget the basic rule, “No one will vaccinate you against your will because by doing so they assume full responsibility for the consequences both legal and medical.”
Rule No. 7: You may travel wherever you wish in the world without vaccination. The worst that can happen is that in very rare circumstances you may be detained temporarily.
Some Important Details
The above seven articles constitute all the basic rules. However, there are many important little “tricks of the trade” to having your legal requests honored. These will now be discussed.
While waivers and exemptions are written into all laws on immunization, most public health officials, doctors, and especially school officials are loathe to discuss their existence when questioned, and rarely, to our knowledge, volunteer such information.
A top Philadelphia school official was on the radio with the unequivocal statement, “NO SHOTS, NO SCHOOL.”
This statement is of course completely counter to state law, with which presumably he is familiar. Such unwarranted dogmatism is common in the people you will encounter. Once the end of their legitimate authority has been reached, they will use their next most powerful weapon – INTIMIDATION.
They will threaten to keep your child out of school, take him from you, or send you to jail. These are all idle threats because they can do none of these thing, if you follow our simple instructions.

Unfortunately your probably right Star. The other other recourse to avoid violence would be to try to appeal to the “injectors” moral conscious, if he or she has one, by convincing them of the evil in what they are doing. Or maybe a bribe for the not so conscious moral workers.
Much love to Alex and all his associates because this man and his staff know the plot better than anybody and his highly informed guest speakers only further validate his points. The only place where every claim is backed up with documentation or a source that the listener can verify for him/her self. You cant compare this show to clowns like Beck or Limbaugh because this show is about the uncomfortable truth of our current condition. Those other guys mix small amounts of truth with large amounts of propaganda that is repeated throughout the media machine.
His passion and fire when speaking is authentic because he unlike the rest really care about the voctims of 9/11 and the many silent and not so silent wars being waged around the world. People just don’t get the story of Jesus.
Jesus was, and is, a what and a how.
The who is not important in the quest for salvation. I have come to the unwavering conclusion our Creator did not put us on earth to stake our eternal existence on some magic words you say to justify cowardly, slothful selfishness. Based on that belief, Gandhi currently burns in eternal hell fire.
By the time I was in my early teens, I was aware that almost all Christian holidays coincided with pagan holidays. as I got older and found out what the root of pagan religion was, it all made sense.
Like most black magic, the truth is always hidden in plain sight. So taking true salvation, and wrapping it up in ritualized sun worship, makes for one powerful spell.
I suggest people with well nurtured discernment take the time to truly study the occult. It will open your eyes to how occult most organized religions really are, and will solidify the fact that our Creator speaks to us and endowed us with everything we need through that discernment.
Nurtured, caudled and cared for, that voice grows stronger as the years go by, resulting in the wisdom God put you on earth to aquire.

Interesting to observe the two psychologies of mike and “Mac Daddy” here. One is the church-led and blind idealist, hoping that his church priests, ministers and bishops can enlighten his path to “salvation.” For he knows not his god….

Just to say that your advice for those with well-nurtured discernment to take the time to truly study the occult, is absolutely correct. Let them know that like a handgun, the occult is dangerous in the hands of a novice and yet, a tool for great works and divine wonders, in the hands of a Magister Templi or Ipsisimus on the right-hand path. Let them know that not all that is occult is “satanic,” or “black mass,” or whatever other barrier to true understanding and liberation they may put up as obstacles, before it’s useful discovery…..
Occult simply means hidden…A reference to those subtle energies that may, on command, respond to human thought, those devic lives upon the various planes of existence, aetheric and higher. Remember two axioms:

Selamat Jarin! We return with more to tell you about what is happening on your world. In our last message we gave you some details concerning the changes being prepared by our Earth allies. At present, the trap sprung upon the dark cabal is forcing a resolution to a campaign that has dragged on for far too long. As ever, our Earth allies are “gutting it out” as they complete the final steps that is to result in their well-earned victory. A number of major pronouncements are ready to be made once this victory is secured. To return to the subject of global peace and cooperation: Any international organization incorporating these goals must have legal ‘teeth’ in order to be effectual. Further, if the mediator is to be successful, that entity must have an official position that is acceptable to all parties involved in the dispute. Next, the negotiations need to address the causes behind the problems, which means that social and cultural ‘baggage’ must be dealt with. All parties to the dispute are to undergo a specific process that can heal the issues that lie at the root of the problems. To this end, all mediators are to be trained in a form of national “ho’oponopono,” the conflict-resolution methodology of the Hawaiians. Using this, we expect great headway to be made in all areas of current global discord.
A similar creative approach is to be used to endorse and spread this new form of society and governance around the globe. It is essential that each citizen be well informed and works closely with others to circulate the truth of many things throughout the planet. Here, discernment is of the essence. Each citizen needs to participate in government, whether at the top or local levels, because this diligence is a key component of the success of the new systems being introduced by the caretaker regimes. Now, regarding ‘fun stuff’: Your new world is to unveil a great many things, including long-suppressed technologies that can restore worldwide environmental health and solve your energy and climate crises. Also, I am waiting for and email from a friend that said that there is a LEGAL Document that you can print off the intenet…nine pages long that is 99.9% binding protecting your child (children) that you can ask your Dr. to sign before allowing yur child the shot (which I would never allow) that they will “commit” to the fact that the shot will NOT cause your child any side effects or they will be held responsible…I do live in WI and I know as you stated every state has different laws……but needless to say my friends DR. would not sign the document and her son did NOT have to get the vaccine!

I do not personally live in the USA – we do feel the indirect influence of American laws and legislation in my country, because as history has shown – when America make changes – the third world counties will soon follow and feel th impact. This is the reason why I am constantly looking for the lastest information regarding the H1N1 Hoax.

How To Legally Avoid Unwanted Immunizations Of All Kinds
As you read this work and put its principles into practice, there are two basic axioms you never want to forget. They are the rock upon which all your actions are based.
Nobody, anywhere or any time and under any circumstances has the right or power in this country to immunize you or your children against your will and conviction. If they attempt to do so, you can legally charge them with “assault with a deadly weapon” and have the full resources of our laws behind you.
At all times in attempting to avoid unwanted immunization, you have the Law of the Land behind you. Those who would try to vaccinate you against your will are on very shaky ground. Into every compulsory immunization law in America are written legal exceptions and waivers which are there specifically to protect you from the attempted tyranny of officialdom. It is not only your right, but your obligation to use them, if this is what your conscience tells you.
Article I
In all your contacts with any member of the school, public health, or legal establishment, always remain calm, courteous, and humbly reverent toward their position. You are only asking of them that which the law duty binds them to give you. There is no reason, or advantage, to be gained by antagonizing them.
Most of these officials believe they are discharging their trust as outlined by law. If they are overstepping the law, then you must very diplomatically bring the true facts to their attention, but without attempting to belittle them.
The more you can preserve their ego, the more easily and quickly you are likely to get what you desire – a waiver of immunization.
Rule No. 1: Do not harass, belittle, or antagonize officials unnecessarily.
Article 2
All compulsory laws concerning vaccination (including the military) contain exceptions and waivers. It is these protections placed in the laws that you may legally use to exclude yourself and your children. Surprisingly, these exceptions were placed there, not for your sake (although you may take advantage of them), but for the protection of the establishment.
How is this? Let us assume that these exceptions were not there and everyone was actually forced to be immunized. Should a child die or become mentally or physically disabled, the parent would have the perfect case to sue the doctor, the school, the health department, and even the state legislature for enormous damages.
Since they allowed no exceptions, they must accept full responsibility for all the adverse consequences of the law.
However, if exception waivers are placed in the law, the responsibility is then transferred back to the parent. If a child should be injured by immunization, the officials can say, “Well, the parent should have exempted him if they thought there was any danger.”
Therefore, there is in truth no such thing as a compulsory vaccination law in this country. They are ALL, in essence, voluntary. The problem is that practically no one in authority will let you know this fact.
Rule No. 2: There are no compulsory vaccination laws. All are voluntary, and you are held responsible for the adverse results upon you or your children.
Article 3
While all immunization laws have exceptions you can use, the wording in each state differs, and you must know the exact wording for your state to make the proper request of waiver. This information can be obtained in one of two ways.
Go to the reference section of your local library- look in the State Statute Revised Law Book under Public Health Law or Communicable Disease sections. The list of immunization requirements will appear first and then the exemptions will be given. Usually one or two provisions will be listed: either on religious or medical grounds or both.
You may call or write your state representative and ask for a copy of the immunization laws in your state. Making this available is part of his job, and it will be sent promptly.
Rule No. 3: Know your own state law so that you can conform to its exact requirements for exemption.
Article 4
There are two basic reasons for exception – medical or religious. Which one you choose will often depend upon the wording of the law in your state and your personal convictions.
We shall discuss medical exemption first. While laws do vary, nearly all states require that a note or certificate of waiver be submitted by a physician licensed in the state of residence. In some areas where states are small and people continually travel from one to another for business, a statement from a physician in a contiguous state will be accepted.
In this letter it is usually necessary to state the reason for the requested waiver and the length of time it should extend. Many laws limit all such letters to a school year and they must be renewed each fall.
The two most valid reasons for medical waiver are “the fear of allergic reaction in a sensitive child” and “to prevent possible damage to a weakened immune system.” Both of these can occur in a child who has been immunized, and since no one but the physician and the parent will be held responsible for their consequences, it is up to them to protect the child.
It is possible that some states may require the letter from an M.D. or D.O., but many will allow an exemption letter from a chiropractor if it is courteously and properly written, as outlined above.
Rule No. 4: Medical waivers are always valid but must be written to fit each state law and often need to be renewed annually.
Article 5
The foregoing may work for school exemptions, but are there any such waivers in the Armed Forces? Yes. All branches of the Service provide “immunization waivers.”
Again, if they did not you could sue them for millions of dollars if a reaction occurred from their immunizations. Because of these waiver provisions, you become responsible if you react.
When you first sign up or enlist, you must state your objection to the vaccinations and tell whether it is “religious conscience” or medical reasons, such as allergies or a low tolerance to medication of any kind. If you do not show objection at this time, you have given the military the right to do what they will with you.
If there is any difficulty, the same rules apply here as in the school program. Never forget, even though you may be in the Service, no one has the right to immunize you against your will. You do not give up your constitutional rights when you join the Armed Forces.
Rule No. 5: The rules that govern school vaccination exemption also apply to the military. Never let anyone tell you otherwise. They do not know, or are hiding, the facts of the law.
Article 6
What about international travel? May I go around the world without vaccination?
The World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva grants American visitors the right to REFUSE shots when traveling internationally. However, if an area you wish to enter is infected, you may be detained until the public health servant gives you the “go” (at his discretion).
Thousands travel world-wide each year without shots – so you may if that is your choice. Many of our co-workers have traveled over much of the world and have never taken any immunizations, nor were they ever detained.
It would be wise to request a copy of Foreign Rules and Regulations, Part 71, Title 42, on immunization when you receive your passport. Never forget the basic rule, “No one will vaccinate you against your will because by doing so they assume full responsibility for the consequences both legal and medical.”
Rule No. 7: You may travel wherever you wish in the world without vaccination. The worst that can happen is that in very rare circumstances you may be detained temporarily.
Some Important Details
The above seven articles constitute all the basic rules. However, there are many important little “tricks of the trade” to having your legal requests honored. These will now be discussed.
While waivers and exemptions are written into all laws on immunization, most public health officials, doctors, and especially school officials are loathe to discuss their existence when questioned, and rarely, to our knowledge, volunteer such information.
A top Philadelphia school official was on the radio with the unequivocal statement, “NO SHOTS, NO SCHOOL.”
This statement is of course completely counter to state law, with which presumably he is familiar. Such unwarranted dogmatism is common in the people you will encounter. Once the end of their legitimate authority has been reached, they will use their next most powerful weapon – INTIMIDATION.
They will threaten to keep your child out of school, take him from you, or send you to jail. These are all idle threats because they can do none of these thing, if you follow our simple instructions

I work at an in a hospital inpatient pharmacy in Iowa and they put a notice out in the beginning of September making the vaccine manditory for all healthcare workers amd even venders who would deliver to the hospital. Now you can refuse the shot if you fill out a form for medical or religious reasons, but the the require you to wear a mask foe the entire “flu season”.
I know I plan on doing this even though this is equivalent to a scarlet letter, but I will wear it proudly, and I know I won’t be the only one. Things are going to get very interesting soon for all patriots for we are being forced out into the open now. I’ve been quiet up till now but now I have now choice. Will they tell me I have no rights over my own body to refuse an injection but that a woman has a right to kill her own baby?

Of course, that is exactly what they’re doing … you will be “permitted” only those powers which result in destruction and death, preferably homocide at your hands, but not any you might wish to exercise that would be beneficial to you and harmless to others. It is textbook satanism, and nothing more.
I tip my hat to you for your courage in calling them out, and in exposing all of this for exactly the abomination that it is.
You are right that we’re being forced out in the open, but take heart because this strategy WILL backfire on them. I, for example, spent much of my life “in the know”, more or less, but actively trying to remain hidden. Now that I have been forced into the open with my views, I have come to see those former years as a contemptible waste of good life. I was too naive to see that my fears were overstated.
Now that I have started to “revalue” the level of risk in being open, I have concurrently become old enough that I no longer fear the actual risks, as bad as they may be. In simple terms, it’s my turn to come out of the shadows, just as others have before me; and just as their public actions and statements were my path to the truth and to greater power, now mine will hopefully be to others, even if it be at great personal expense. God knows that many of those who led me to this point have suffered greatly for it.
This is the way of justice, the ONLY way of justice in a time of injustice and war. With luck, it will prevail. I was very pessimistic six months ago, but I have sensed a few minor victories in the last couple months, and I think we should be mindful of any victories we perceive, however slight, and try to find strength in them.
In theory, we outnumber our opponents by a wide margin. If we have any insurmountable weakness, it is probably in our heterogeneity — we, collectively, disagree on so much. Hopefully, with time, we will find a servicable formula by which we can ALL work together in a timely fashion, on those issues on which we agree, without allowing ourselves to be divided up based on issues on which we will not agree.
Hopefully the amount of time for this will not be great, because surely time is not currently on our side.

Nothing you can do. If the “company/State/agency” “does business with” the federal government then, they are penalized by the fed for “allowing” you to escape the system. Basically, any one/thing in the system, already accepting of the terms, must abide by them. In a legal stand point, the U.S. gov is a private corporation. Any one participating in taxation in exchange for benefits is an officer of that corporation. YOU as a taxpayer, as a SS # user are a n employee of that “corporation”. If you didn’t know this, you can read all about it in the acts passed. Trading with the Enemies, etc.
Insurance doesn’t have to cover you if you operate outside of “corporate policy”, employers are “protected” from you as you will be deemed insubordinate. Unemployment is a benefit for “officers” that you are actually not entitled to but, just the same, by not following the “rules” which are never clearly revealed to you, you are insubordinate.
Funny, here in MA. they can incarcerate you for 30 days and fine you $1000.00 a day for no compliance should the H1N1 become mandatory but, they can’t hold you down and give you the shot forcibly! That little difference should make you want to read “why?”.
Get to the root of the problem; the Fed is a private, foreign bank doing business with a “private corporation” known as the U.S. government. You got sucked in not realizing it. NO body reads what they sign any more, these days.
You are collateral. The Gov. is protecting its interests and you must comply. Burn em’ both, take responsibility for your self and live happy.

But if the masses DON’T revolt, it’ll just prove that we won’t ever be revolting over any issue. We’ve had enough wakeup calls already. What do they have to do to get us to wake up and DO? Syringes in my arm against my will does it for me!!! Like I said in an earlier post: I don’t have any kids of my own, but I’ll go to the nearest elementary school and pick out a kid to protect. WHEN, not if, the parents drop the ball, I’ll be there!!! On the other hand, any parent too weak to protect their kid(s) is probably useless for any real American task, best if they didn’t live to stand in my way blocking the view the next time….

There are so many things about this flu and vaccine that don’t add up. There has been speculation that the plague, which killed a third of Western Europe, was perpetuated by the poisoning of wells so stricken peoples land could be bought for a pittance.
The spanish flu is suspect as well, with it beginning on a military base and spread by soldiers sent all over the world. Years ago I read about the exhumation of the Innuit woman in Alaska that died of the Spanish flu and knew then they were up to no good.
Now, coincidently with the collapsing of the world economy and the rapid furtherance of the NWO comes the swine flu, which is said to, without doubt, have been engineered in a laboratory, and the vaccine for it patented long before the virus even appeared or existed.
This is too obvious! Now we have a globalist organization, the WHO calling this a pandemic. Never has anything in the media been treated like this. It seems uncertain whether they intend to make this vaccine mandatory or not, but at the threat of losing ones job, not being able to attend school, not being able to buy or sell, or even travel on a public road? That sounds a lot like mandatory to me!
Take the shot or be carted off to a FEMA “quarantine” concentration camp. Does anyone think once they are at Camp FEMA that they wont be made to take a shot? Or just shot in the back of the head? Relatives could be told they got sick and died and were cremated.
We know the vaccine is toxic, very dangerous to the health, not even remotely effective, and that the manufacturers will be held harmless under the law. Sounds more than a little suspicious to me! The weirdest part of all; If those that believe in the goodness of the government and the vaccine, and want to take it, so be it. And those that know it’s dangerous and ineffective chose not to take it, then they shouldn’t have to.
What is the evil, alterior motive behind making it mandatory? Those that have been vaccinated can’t get sick from those that don’t, since they supposedly have protection. So why make it mandatory? I think they intend to make people sick with the vaccines.
They may even have numbered bottles with everyones name on a list for what number of bottle their shot will come from. By this method they can effectively decide who will live, and who will die! And they are setting precidents with this. Maybe they have a far deadlier disease to release later, And they will make another more deadly vaccine mandatory as well.
This whole affair stinks to high heaven. We need to take a stand and let them know that we know what they are up to and not be herded around like ignorant cows.

I, like Alex, have been watching this Flu situation with growing alarm and concern. Why make such a big deal out of a bug that is not that deadly by comparison? I mean look at the West Nile outbreak a few years ago, yes there was some fear mongering, but nothing like we’ve seen with this flu, and certainly there was nothing like the reaction the WHO is putting out now, so what’s the ENDGAME here?
I believe they will announce “MANDATORY” vaccinations in October, and when the uprising against these vaccinations begins they will announce Martial Law. After they have taken care of the “Vaccination Conspiracy Theorists” they will go ahead an allow the Dollar to collapse and our economy to go bankrupt, all while under Martial Law of course, then they will be free to implement any form of government they wish because the people will be begging for some sort of resolution, after all, the vast majority will have already lost their life savings and most of their net worth. They have the resistance already under their thumb, so why not go all the way now…

PS: Those who take the vaccine can still be infectious, and can even cause the virus to gain strength and mutate. This will cause greater and more serious spread of the disease. Also, with regard to the numbered bottles; They could have time released ill effects from the vaccine, so those needed to implement and assist in the vaccination program, such as health care workers, police and military, will get sick last. This is very diabolical!

Hello,
As a former Marine and Anthrax Vaccine refuser, I’d like to say that most of what you all elude to is somewhat true. Although I doubt anyone outside of the Military will ever be set to ‘base restriction’ and forfeiture of pay for ~8 months, it’s entirely possible that individuals who can’t successfully bribe or coerce the worker performing the injections will lose their jobs.
I personally believe that people working to keep me healthy should wash their hands after going to the bathroom. Also, I’d like to see them vaccinated so I don’t become infected with whatever nasties the guy sitting there before me had.
In the end, I’d just like to offer my experience on the matter. After being discharged in 1999, I was met with accolades when interviewing for my next job. For me, it really wasn’t about being a martyr, but the walk down that path made me a new man.

A factoid that impressed me: I currently live in Thailand, which has a population of about 67-68 million. The Thai government has ordered 500,000 vaccine doses. Compare this with the US: population 307-308 million, vaccine doses ordered: 200 million. So, any of you people start thinking that you need to avoid mandatory vaccination, visit Amazing Thailand! for a month or two or three this fall-winter.

I am glad ‘Clare’ refused the regular flu vaccine. It is said to be pretty harmful to take any vaccine (Dr. Andrew Moulden..www.projectcamelot.com). This one may be one that is part of a three vaccination strategy (see David Icke) that David feels might really hurt you to such an extent you will be chronic ill. My mom just had a flu vaccine (against my recommendation) and was down for a day with strange symptoms a week later. They were not regular flu symptoms either. All vaccines are bad for you. The evidence is quite clear now. And, none of them (vaccines)help prevent any of illnesses they claim they prevent. It has all been a big lie and I feel betrayed by the AMA and our doctors.
