There is a British-American branch, Russian one and Chinese one. Those are the biggest players and they struggle to gain more influence and territories under their control. But! As a Christian, I say that God uses them all as His instruments - for punishment of evildoers and for blessing those who are doing good. The Lord does not look at faces - whether you are an American, Russian or Chinese. He looks with favour at those, who fulfill His Commandments and keep Christian faith. (I know about underground churches in China, but am not sure how much influence they exert in the country). This is not to say that problems in the world economy should not be addressed and dealt with.
