DNA database turns ‘innocents into criminals’ and a million records should be destroyed, warns watchdog

The national DNA database is being used by ministers to ‘criminalise the innocent’, it was claimed yesterday.

A Citizens’ Inquiry set up by a Government watchdog has demanded that the samples of a million innocent people stored on the files for life be removed.

Meanwhile, the Home Office should be stripped of responsibility for managing the library – because it has a ‘hidden agenda’ and ‘cannot be trusted’, the panel argued.

The database was originally a register of those convicted of a crime. But under laws quietly passed by Labour, anybody arrested for a serious offence and later cleared can have their genetic data stored for life.

Panel member Javed Aslam said: ‘For me, that is the first step towards a totalitarian state.’

The inquiry, overseen by the Human Genetics Commission, made a series of criticisms about the operation of the database. Most striking is the recommendation for the DNA of all innocents,

including children, to be deleted. The panel, which took evidence from leading DNA experts and police, said: ‘Retaining the sample criminalises the innocent.’

A majority of the panel, which received a £50,000 Government grant, also ruled that there should be no universal DNA database, and that the ethnicity of a suspect should not be recorded. When children are found guilty of a crime, they should remain in the database for only a limited period, the panel said.

I don’t see a problem with keeping a DNA database, even of those who have never committed a crime. This headline and story is misleading. It suggests in the face of it that DNA is being used to prosecute innocents, when in fact, they are holding DNA databases of innocent people’s DNA.

it turns innocents into criminals because you’re innocent until proven guilty…not the other way around. BTW google will most likely end up being the sole owner of the universal DNA database, sounds very secure

If it smells like crap, looks like crap, and feels like crap, I wouldn’t advise thinking that a taste test is required for final proof. Blair is a perfect one-to-one match with Adolf Hitler. Remember that one criminal you’ve all read about? The one that did those terrible terrible things to those poor innocent people. The psychopath that looked ‘normal’ to his neighbours. The true-crime story that bought home the true extent to which evil can dwell in the heart of one man-shaped monster.

Now what happens when such a beast is far smarter, has far better opportunities, and wishes to give that evil far greater ability to hurt the innocent? What happens when that beast chooses to exercise his torture and murder on a global scale? Blair is that one criminal that made you believe in true evil, but multiplied to the power infinity.

You do know that serial killers are sociopaths? You do know that the ‘best’ military people are sociopaths? You do know that the most successful politicians are sociopaths? Now, not every sociopath seeks to do even the slightest harm to another person. However, logic dictates that Human society is always at profound risk from having political leaders that also have the mind of serial killers.

Serial killers have a satanic charm, and although it is unusual, they can gather followers very easily when their psychology uncommonly leads to a desire to be an alpha male leader. Look at C.M. above, worshipping the acts of his satanic master. You would have seen the same thing in the press of nazi Germany, with letters praising the acts of Hitler.

Once the serial killer minded Human makes the unusual transition to alpha male leader, new possibilities explode in the mind of the beast. Their small-minded bitter plans can be pushed aside, as a whole world of slaughter becomes visible. The suffering and death of one person, one family, one street, one town, or even one nation, becomes as nothing.

Myself, I believe the true name of evil without bounds is ‘anti-life’, that force that constantly seeks to remove (sentient) life from the universe. Your own philosophies will no doubt see the motivation of evil in many other directions. Whatever may be the reality beneath, we all know the immediate cost we will pay.

The DNA database, and Global War, are one and the same thing, parts of the same continuum. Those that want the DNA database, want Global War, even if their motivation is masochistic, or religious-apocalyptic, rather than anti-life.

Some americans say that democracy is not the thing to have, since at any one time the simple majority may be in the hands of evil people, and seek to use their majority to impose horrors on the minority. The logic of this cannot be denied. However, as a concept, it is beyond the intellect of the majority, creating a clear paradox.

The will of the majority will always rule, but that will must determine that the will of the majority must never be used to abuse the minority. And, do not forget, the will of the majority is not a ‘free’ will, but whatever the majority can be persuaded to think. The will of the majority can, in theory, be coerced to match the wishes of one single Human beast, if that beast has enough control over the mass media, and the mass media has enough penetration into the lives of the masses.

DNA is just another means of identifying individuals like fingerprints. Why then before DNA testing came along was there never a call for an universal fingerprint database? Because that was also before nu-Labour and its creeping authoritarian tendencies came into being. And, of course, nu-Labour is also responsible in the first place for creating the problems that these authoritarian measures are touted as being the fix for.

There is one thing nobody has mentioned….which is this.
What if one of the ‘elites’ needs an organ or blood transfusion and they can have access to the databanks to find out who would be compatible? Then, all that has to happen is that you get into an ‘accident’ or ’suicided’ so that they get what they want? Too far fetched???
I DON’T THINK SO. REMEMBER, THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO PROBLEM KILLING US TO FURTHER THEIR OWN AGENDA/.

Befor the database if you had been fingerprinted it ment one thing you’ve just been charged with a crime.Now just fof flying with B.A through t5 they thumb scan you[who's willing to bet those records are kept].Listen this is how it is they just keep making up laws as they go along.Why to create yet another crimial untill they get to the point of saying
