I feel that protesting in the conventional sense is now pointless since they powers that be will do anything to make protesters look bad and use any excuse to intimidate and lock you up.

I’d love nothing more than for that building to remain completely EMPTY on the weekend of the DNC, and for the hundreds of police officers to have NO-ONE to fight against. Hordes of peaceful or angry protesters don’t make news these days… but having absolutely no-one show up to a $50m security party would be newsworthy. The silence would be deafening. The government would have their balls busted for wasting $50m of taxpayers money for a non-event. Hit ‘em where it hurts!

I don’t see that happening though. People still naively think conventional forms of protesting can be effective.

Your concerns for the “razor wire” concentration camp is well founded, but, look up during the DNC and see how much aerosol spray you are getting during the convention.

That too should be your concern. Denver gets “sprayed” a lot.

They believe the American government, in association with corporate America, killed 3,000 of its own citizens and is trying to kill and/or enslave them now…yet still most of them work for corporate America and give a significant portion of their income, via taxes, to the U.S. Government so the government can use it to try and kill and/or enslave them.

How fucking stupid and contradictory is that!? Yet they still (and always will) cower and comply with their corporate masters and keep providing for the U.S. Government via taxes because they are too stupid and cowardly to do anything more than type anonymously on keyboards in the convenience of off-work hours and…in a small number of cases…disgrace the 9/11 victims by showing up on 9/11 wearing stupid black t-shirts and mindlessly chanting fraudulent phrases taught to them by their sheepherder, Alex Jones.

Society is getting fed up with truthers, Alex Jones sheep, and their ilk. Soon society will rid the world of this cancer.
