Essential surveillance kit for the new green police: the Energy Saving Partnership has taken out a patent on Heatseekers, thermo-imaging vehicles which, at full potential, have the capacity to identify 1,000 properties an hour, or 5,000 properties a night, that are leaking carbon.
“Once the property has been scanned, a dedicated team of energy advisers will visit householders to show them the thermal image scan of their homes,” says Inspector Knock-on-the-Door.
That’ll go down well after midnight.

In the late 70’s and early 80’s it was the coming new Ice Age and when They realized
that They couldn’t create enough fear in the masses with that hoax, They concocted
Global Warming. Now that the most current scientific evidence shows no warming
and an actual cooling trend, They have drummed up the all-encompassing “Climate
Change” that is being blamed on man’s industrial society. Look, if you’re going to
pull a flim-flam scam get your act straight. Just when you think They couldn’t devise
anything more incredulous, They find a way to out-do Themselves. The Report From
Iron Mountain back in the 60’s laid the groundwork for this robbery. They said how
They were going to use environmental scare tactics against the people. Gore & Co.
own a good chunk of Camco International stock: a company that will be trafficking in
Carbon Credits. This is all about another method of fleecing the people and most of
them are so stupid and dumbed-down they would ask a thief to house sit and go on a
long vacation. Ask yourself, why is that big, white, ice covered thing on my globe
called Greenland? Why have there been periods of time in the Earth’s history that
were much warmer than now, before industrialization? Why is CO2 essential for
plant growth and oxygen production? Wake up! Wake up! Oh, sorry, I didn’t see
that white cane in the corner.

I LOVE GLOBAL WARMING. Why you ask? Because its the one conspiracy that even the head in the sand, illiterate, fluoride stunted couch potato can see that ITS GETTING COLDER…NOT WARMER. Try as they might, the media can’t edit out the truth of the weather. This is going to open up the pandora’s box that the global elite can’t afford to open. Its going to show their hand long before the shackles go on the slaves.
Its going to wake the sleeping giant. Global warming is an embarrasment to the self proclaimed superior intelligence of the illuminati. Blinded by hubris, arrogance and decades of inbreeding they’ve created a lie that cannot stand. Big brother will benefit in many ways from this invasive technology. One you may not have thought of….
It is a great way to bust grow ops and create enough fear so that many people will not grow their own weed.
It helps to get friendly peaceful types out of the business, and the vacuum left invites more violent criminals in to take their place.
Look at the trend towards many big electricity providers making it more and more difficult to sell back electricity to them through reverse metering. Same idea, less independence, less freedom, less power for the people.
Big energy likes it and so does big pharma as they are prime supporters of the war on “drugs”. Not their own drugs like crystal meth (made primarily from their ingredients) or happy pills, just the evil weed.

It’s a camera that sees heat an cold.
My local utility uses it during the day via helicopter to look at the power lines in my city.
Bad insulators show up as red on the screen where the cables meet up or split off.
Yes it can be used to see if houses leak heat and energy.
This is somewhat new.
They are just using them in a different way now.
