it’s only a suggestion for snopping, but it may be also the beginning of something really bad, some people may take advantage of this one, and fool some people for money. Voluntiers or agents??? Is there a definite amount of people you can Snoop in a year? Who will regulate them in ther ways of snooping? Who care anyway the bill will pass without even being read anyway! History repeating? Nazi Germany has induced this one gradually to ther own people, and we know what happend next, not really a good news there, and it should be takin very seriously and carefully.
