The European Union is developing a 21st century panopticon, a beast surveillance system that critics describe as “Orwellian,” “sinister,” and “positively chilling,” that would collate data from numerous sources, including surveillance cameras and personal computers, in order to detect “abnormal behavior” across the entire continent.
In a broader sense, this is part of the move towards creating a pan-European federal police force, where information and powers are shared as part of a centralized system. It is also a giant step towards the creation of a European CIA tasked not with keeping tabs on foreign enemies, but spying on its own population.
The surveillance system, known as Project Indect, promises to collect information by way of “continuous monitoring” of “web sites, discussion forums, usenet groups, file servers, p2p networks [and] individual computer systems”. It will also use CCTV feeds and other surveillance methods to develop models of “suspicious behavior” by analyzing the pitch of people’s voices (suggesting that private conversations will be recorded) as well as “the way their bodies move”.
Its main objective will be the “automatic detection of threats and abnormal behavior or violence”.
This is Echelon on steroids, a new version of the decades old NSA-run program that has already been spying on citizens for years, updated and expanded for the technological applications of the early 21st century. In 1999, the Australian government admitted that they were part of an NSA-led global intercept and surveillance grid in alliance with the US and Britain that could listen to “every international telephone call, fax, e-mail, or radio transmission,” on the planet. Project Indect is merely a new incarnation of the same beast surveillance system.
Open Europe analyst Stephen Booth described the project as “Orwellian” and a “huge invasion of privacy,” noting that European citizens’ own taxes will go towards a program that treats them all as guilty until proven innocent.
“Profiling whole populations instead of monitoring individual suspects is a sinister step in any society,” added Shami Chakrabarti, the director of human rights group Liberty.
“It’s dangerous enough at national level, but on a Europe-wide scale the idea becomes positively chilling,” she said.

Project Indect is a huge lurch forward in the agenda to construct a mammoth surveillance pen within which the population of the entire planet is imprisoned.
The methods being employed to do this are a technologically advanced throwback to social theorist Jeremy Bentham’s 1785 concept of The Panopticon, a specially constructed prison building designed “to allow an observer to observe (-opticon) all (pan-) prisoners without the prisoners being able to tell whether they are being watched, thereby conveying what one architect has called the “sentiment of an invisible omniscience.”
Bentham described the Panopticon as “a new mode of obtaining power of mind over mind, in a quantity hitherto without example.”
The notion that the individual does not know when they are being watched by the authorities is key in achieving the ultimate goal, to keep the population in a constant state of subjugation, unease and fear, leading them to self-regulate their own behavior.
According to Danish Institute for Human Rights researcher Peter Scharff, the Panopticon was intended to promote “self-regulation that was to be provoked by the constant surveillance”. The concept was eventually incorporated into many prisons that continue today as “podular” designs, which also maximizes the amount of people that can be controlled by one person. The fact that authorities are building societal prisons around us all today using the same basic methods of control is enough to send a chill down anyone’s spine and remind us once again that freedom is a myth.
This has nothing to do with catching criminals – as recent figures in the UK have proven, CCTV cameras have virtually no impact on crime whatsoever. This is all about letting the slaves know who their bosses are, it’s a psychological mind game set up to distinguish and reinforce the master-servant relationship between the state and the individual.
The endgame is to convince the individual that to express their freedom in public, to engage in any kind of protest or merely to question the power structure that surrounds them, is a “suspicious” act detrimental to society and that negative consequences will follow for any slave who dares to step outside of this invisible yet oppressive jail cell.

As a matter of interest to you, in 1977 a message was sent to UK TV stations from Vrillon of The Ashtar Galactic Command. The “hoaxing culprit” that hijacked TV was never found or prosecuted and the person behind this event was never proved to be a fake. In fact the experts were confounded by the whole thing.
On Saturday, November 26, 1977 at 5:10 p.m. in the United Kingdom, a mysterious voice who called himself “Vrillon of the Ashtar Galactic Command” performed an illegal broadcast on live television during the height of an evening news program.
The transmission lasted for over five minutes. This weird electronic voice – accompanied by a strange pulsating sound, echoes, and eerie distortions – overrode the normal audio broadcast signal in order to recite a lengthy statement warning viewers of an impending global disaster should humanity continue on its present course. (The hijack did not effect the video portion of the news broadcast and the illegal voice transmission was superimposed over the existing audio).
Near the end of what authorities have termed as a “rogue transmission,” parts of cartoon dialog can be heard, including the “Looney Tunes” theme song, the sound of an explosion, strange chatter, and other noises.
The illegal broadcast was investigated by UK authorities who were unable to determine the source of the signal or who might have sent it. It is assumed that the broadcast was a hoax perpetrated by someone who sent a signal powerful enough to override the station’s VHF transmitters, but in the past 30 years, no one has ever claimed responsibility for the hijack.
It would later be confirmed that five major transmitters were hijacked simultaneously, a rather spectacular feat at the time that would have required considerable transmitting power and a coordinated terrestrial effort.
The event caused panic in some parts of the local population for people who believed that the transmission was actually coming from an alien civilization.
Because this incident occurred over 30 years ago, it has all but faded from the memory of most people and remains primarily of interest to ham radio enthusiasts and those who study UFO history.
The person (or entity) responsible for the transmission has never been heard from again.
A transcript of Vrillon’s speech to the UK reads as follows:
“This is the voice of Vrillon, a representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command, speaking to you. For many years you have seen us as lights in the skies. We speak to you now in peace and wisdom as we have done to your brothers and sisters all over this, your planet Earth.
We come to warn you of the destiny of your race and your world so that you may communicate to your fellow beings the course you must take to avoid the disaster which threatens your world, and the beings on our worlds around you. This is in order that you may share in the great awakening, as the planet passes into the New Age of Aquarius. The New Age can be a time of great peace and evolution for your race, but only if your rulers are made aware of the evil forces that can overshadow their judgments.
Be still now and listen, for your chance may not come again.
All your weapons of evil must be removed. The time for conflict is now past and the race of which you are a part may proceed to the higher stages of its evolution if you show yourselves worthy to do this. You have but a short time to learn to live together in peace and goodwill.
Small groups all over the planet are learning this, and exist to pass on the light of the dawning New Age to you all. You are free to accept or reject their teachings, but only those who learn to live in peace will pass to the higher realms of spiritual evolution.
Hear now the voice of Vrillon, a representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command, speaking to you. Be aware also that there are many false prophets and guides operating in your world. They will suck your energy from you – the energy you call money and will put it to evil ends and give you worthless dross in return.

It was kind of relief to read an American report concerning the late happenings in Europe. I have myself confronted this subject half professionally now under some time and it feels good to see that someone on another side of the sea is noticing these our local problems. I just can confirm that this is happening it much larger scale evil plan than major European citizen can understand. one of the worst situations is in Scandinavia where Sweden took place in this hidden agenda, EU used first local politics to drive the surveillance system i n Sweden, this was done to drive agenda through that it would seem to come from local politics, but later media revealed that this order was given actually from EU, and later when the one of those heads finally understood what was going on even she started to comment against these things. most horrible was that in phase when most media criticized local politics some Euro positive media published news where EU officers criticized Sweden’s new surveillance system (which actually was their agenda and order to build in Sweden)

I live in the EU/UK in a little village and these systems are appearing on town center junctions – it’s a real horror to know this is being forced on us like that film the minority report…… What the hell next ?

I’m OK, calm, and happy inspite of this apocalyptic revelation. Why?

Why am I at peace in spite of all this craziness? Who cares what happens in this life when we all have an eternity to spend in the spirit? God’s kingdom, or hell – where are you going to go? Why do I bring this up? Because our battle is not between govts and ideologies. Our battle is spiritual between Satan and the forces of darkness, and Christ. Humanity weighs in the balance and the earth is the battleground. Will Satan distract humanity enough, scare them enough to care all about the physcial – or will humanity tear the veil of truth in front of their eyes and see that their real hope of salvation – eternal salvation – is in Christ Jesus our Lord?
Fear what God is bringing upon the world – His Great Tribulation Judgment. Understand that all this physical manifestation of evil is part of God’s judgment upon all humanity, Satan, and the spiritual forces of evil. Now is the day of salvation, now is the time to ask Jesus Christ to save your souls, forgive you for all of your sins, and plead your salvation before God – or it will be too late! Humbly in fear plead for God to save you from your sins with Christ’s shed blood, and to give you eternal spiritual life with Him through Christ’s resurrection from the dead. Jesus of Nazareth and the Christ are not one and the same person. This is one of the most difficult claims for many Christians to accept in connection with Maitreya, the World Teacher, and it therefore needs some further explanation.
In fact, the title Christ does not refer to an individual at all. It is the name of a function in the Hierarchy of Masters of Wisdom, that group of advanced beings who guide the evolution of humanity from behind the scenes. Whoever stands at the head of this Hierarchy automatically becomes the World Teacher, known in the East as the Bodhisattva, during the term of his office.
Maitreya, who embodies the energy we call the Christ Principle, has held that office for over two millennia. In Palestine he manifested himself as the Christ to inaugurate the Age of Pisces, then beginning. The method he used is called spiritual overshadowing, that is, his consciousness informed and guided the actions and teachings of his disciple Jesus. It was, therefore, the consciousness of the Christ, Maitreya, which was seen and experienced by those around Jesus.
The events from Jesus’ life and his words have been greatly misinterpreted due to this little-understood connection between his work and that of Maitreya the Christ. This has given rise to the age-old theological point of contention — namely, whether Jesus was God or man, or perhaps both together. The answer is that Jesus was a man who, as a result of the process of evolution, became a Son of God — as does everyone eventually. Others had gone before him on that path and many have taken it since.
The disciple Jesus of 2,000 years ago has by now become one of the most senior Masters in the Hierarchy: the Master Jesus. During most of the current time he has lived mainly in Palestine. Since 1984, however, he has lived in Rome. The intention is that he will try to raise the Christian churches out of their state of crystallization and rivalry and, if invited to do so, to lead a newly united church. By doing so he hopes to resolve the many contradictions and misunderstandings which have arisen during the course of the centuries about his historic role and the teachings which he then disseminated as a vehicle for Maitreya.
With the emergence of Maitreya, the Master Jesus is playing a major role for the second time. This open collaboration, which will be visible to all, will end any lingering doubts concerning the true relationship between Maitreya the Christ and his disciple, the Master Jesus.
Thus the seemingly paradoxical claim that Jesus and the Christ are not the same person, in the literal sense of the word, is more reasonable than it would appear. Those Christians who find it difficult to accept that ‘their’ teacher is not the highest leader of all humanity may, however, take solace in a second paradox: Jesus and Maitreya the Christ were (and are) one, in the sense that they, each on his own level, work together in perfect concord to further the divine Plan.

They are demonic fallen angels; spirit beings who were cast out of the presence of God with their leader lucifer and who roam the earth with the sole purpose of deceiving mankind. The man Maitreya is a human being, Rahmat Ahmad. He has been chosen to be totally possessed and controlled by lucifer/satan. This same operation was planned and attempted with Jiddu Krishnamurti. Krushnamurti eventually rejected his appointment and the plan was put on hold.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God and was Jehovah before his earthly birth. He was not overshadowed or possessed by anybody. He carried out the will of the Father, taught his gospel, established his church and then atoned for the sins of mankind.
Maitreya is a false christ, either ‘the’ or ‘an’ antichrist. His mission is to deceive and enslave mankind.

No, I do not. I think this is a complete misunderstanding of Lucifer by Christian teaching. The name ‘Lucifer’ means, literally, ‘light’. The word comes from the Latin root: lux, lucis — light; and fer, ferre — to bring. It means, therefore, light-bringing and is the name of the planet Venus as the morning star.
Far from being evil, it is pure light. In the esoteric teaching, Lucifer is the name for the great angelic Entity who embodies the human kingdom on the soul plane. As souls, we are each an individualized part of this great Oversoul. Difficult as it is for us to grasp, there is really no such thing as a separate soul. It does not exist.
The Christian teaching holds that Lucifer — the chief rebel angel, Satan — was thrown out of heaven for getting too big-headed and arguing with God. This is simplistic and shows a complete misunderstanding of the reality. It is also, of course, symbolic. It is symbolic of a very significant point in our human evolution which took place 18 1/2 million years ago.
At that time, early animal-man had reached a point when the energy of Mind could be brought to bear on his incipient mind. He had not yet a mental body. The energy of Mind, brought from the planet Venus, was radiated to animal-man. This process stimulated the mind of these near-men to a point where it was possible for the human souls, waiting on the soul plane, to come into incarnation for the first time. Early animal-man was so undeveloped that the energy of mind, and at least the nucleus of a mental body, had to be present before this could take place.
For the first time, the human souls were individualized. As the soul is perfect, the soul plane is a kind of paradise.
The myth of Adam and Eve symbolizes this descent from paradise into incarnation. Because the soul can manifest only imperfectly through the lower vehicles — mental, astral and physical — it is, in a sense, descending into imperfection or ‘evil’ as it is called in the Bible. It is not evil in any good/bad sense but is imperfect relative to the soul level. For the Masters there is only imperfection and perfection. There is no such thing as ’sin.’ Sin is a relative imperfection. But the Christian groups have focused everything on sin, good and bad.
The descent by the soul into physical matter led to an imperfect expression of that soul. The journey of evolution, of course, proceeds until the physical vehicles are sufficiently refined to allow the perfect manifestation of the soul in incarnation. That is the return process. The descent of the soul into matter (the rebellion in heaven) is involution, the return trip is evolution.
The Bible says satan disguises himself as an ‘‘angel of light’’, preaching love, truth, brotherhood, etc. How in God’s name can we trust anyone? I am confused!
Behind this question, I assume, is the thought: If Maitreya preaches love, truth, brotherhood, etc., how can I know He is not satan in disguise?
I believe that here is the basic misunderstanding by orthodox Christians about the nature and meaning of satan. Satan is always seen as a man, the embodiment of evil, who tempts humanity and seeks to gain their soul — the Faust legend — presenting himself as loving and kind, concerned with truth and justice.
Satan is not a man but a symbol. He symbolizes our own separative, selfish, lower nature which, in the main, we hide by rationalizing it and seeing our motives (through the fog of illusion called glamour) as love, truth, brotherhood, etc., while they are nothing of the kind.
One of the most important functions of Maitreya, in this world cycle, is to help free humanity from the illusions of glamour (which is illusion on the astral planes) and thus free them from living in thrall to ‘‘satan.

Governments all over are turning against their citizens (who pay their salaries) and initiating WAR upon them.
