EU President Calls For “Global Governance” To Solve Financial Crisis

The economic turmoil will be the focus of the two-day, 43-nation Asia-Europe Meeting, which opens Friday in Beijing, according to European Union President Jose Manuel Barroso, speaking at the EU’s Beijing office Thursday.
Leaders hope this week’s summit in China will help bring agreement on a response to the crisis ahead of a November 15 meeting hosted by U.S. President George W. Bush in Washington.
“We need a coordinated global response to reform the global financial system. We are living in unprecedented times and we need unprecedented levels of global coordination,” The Associated Press reported Barroso as saying. “It’s very simple. We swim together or we sink together.”
Barroso outlined no specific proposals but said a solution needed to be based on transparency, responsibility, cross-border supervision and global governance. He also said the world’s financial system needed “major reform.”

I couldn’t agree more. It is almost unfathomable to me that freedom loving Americans have lived under the Federal Reserve System for almost 100 years. It is beyond ludicrous that ANY population would acquiesce to being systematically robbed. But that is exactly what happens in America and all over the world.
It is a tribute to the perverse effectiveness of the bankers’ propaganda media that the simple solution to this problem evades the vast majority of otherwise intelligent people.
All we need to do to unseat our rulers is stop using their money. When we switch to an alternative currency their system will fall. The central banks will dissolve and their political actors will be out of a job.
I have formulated an inflation-proof currency that is not subject to taxation. When we switch to an alternative currency the criminals that are enslaving you and your children will fall by the wayside.

What a twit. I as an American am subordinate first and foremost to Jesus Christ, and secondly to a loyal American leader only! To choose one right now I would choose General Ron Paul. For in this war he is my general, and if he says “charge” it’s on. We who are awake to this tyranny, need to pick one leader to rally around and take direction from. We obviously cannot form our own organized groups because they will be infiltrated either by government agent provocatuers or freemasons. But making the decision down deep that when the time comes you will lay it on the line alongside your fellow American brothers and sisters, and following a central persons direction we can be united without organization or meetings.

Hey I have a question for some of the older, more knowledgeable people on this site. I’m a student at a public undergraduate university on the East Coast. What is going to happen to the public-funded university system if the economy collapses? Will the semester/term be suspended? Indefinitely suspended? I’ve thought of transferring to a university abroad, say like in Australia, however things may not be much better there given the recent analogous announcements of “future unpopular decision-making” in their nation, that seem to be in tune with the fascist-leaning policy-making of the good ole’ USA. Any recommendations, these are indeed trying times; especially for someone still in school that doesn’t have the savings to fall back on should the entire economy collapse.

to collegeboy – if you stay at school during the after math of our US finances fail. then you should realize you might be the only one there. it will most likely go by the wayside with all other programs that require food, salary, gas, power and teachers.
i am sorry young man but the truth is that most likely for some time all that is will stop! on all levels of our every day lives. you will be busy governing things in your own home from looters, riotors and you will be completely preoccupied with getting and keeping food.

Why do you need global reform, when the cause of all this economic crisis are a few people who have committed econoterrorism, otherwise known as the central bank.
Really, all the regulation was in place in the past. They just all the regulation and security information off, just so we can fall into and panic and adopt a one world government and treasury. Hey, if you like giving your money (and ultimately labor) to people you can’t see and who are outside the jurisdiction of the U.S., then go right ahead.

Let me just clarify a few things here. I’m not racist or anti-semite (sorry spelling). The Jews have indeed lied about 3 important things.
The number of Jews during WW2 (was said to be around 6 millions jews, later on it was found out that another 6-7 million existed)
Jews being chosen of God. NOT TRUE. (Explained below)

#25-i read that article-i also read the US is making some kind of alliense with iran-iran saying they will take out isreal and the US military in iraq-isreal saying they will nuke syria-egypt-saudia arabia-and iran-we are pushing packastans buttons to nuke-they are trying to start ww3-i read russia has been surroundig the US with nukes-argentina allowing russian forces in thier country-it looks to me like the US may be breaking ties with isreal-so we can have them take out the middle east-russia and china try to wipe out the usa-i have friends in military-i was told sunday that they started activating the government credit cards-that ussually means mass deployment-can anyone shed light on this-what is the end game and how many moves to check mate???
