Domestic terrorism: Sen. Dianne Feinstein, chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said she has been in touch with all of the intelligence agencies and none had intelliglence warning of the bombing at the Boston Marathon.
Feinstein (D-Calif.) called the bombing a terrorist event but said it remained unclear if it was domestic or foreign.

NY Post: Police claim suspect is in custody: “Authorities have a identified a suspect, who is currently being guarded in a Boston hospital with shrapnel wounds.”
A federal law-enforcement source confirmed to The Post there are at least 12 dead and nearly 50 injured. Fox News reported that Massachusetts General Hospital was treating 10 people with amputated limbs and all operating rooms were on hold.
