Facebook Labels Fall Of The Republic “Abusive,” Blocks Links
Social networking giant preventing new Alex Jones documentary from going viral, just as they attempted to do with The Obama Deception

The social networking giant Facebook.com has labeled Alex Jones’ new documentary film Fall Of The Republic to be “abusive” and is blocking some links to the film from its website, preventing the movie from spreading virally like the Obama Deception, which received tens of millions of viewers despite a Facebook policy to block it too.
A You Tube video illustrates that when a Facebook user attempts to ’share’ a link to the video, that is post it as a status update on their Facebook page, they get a message telling them the function has been blocked because the video is “abusive”.
The full message reads, “Warning: This Message Contains Blocked Content – Some content in this message has been reported as abusive by Facebook users.”
There seems little doubt that the Facebook users who reported the film as “abusive” are Obama kool-aid drinkers who think it’s a hate crime to point out that their demagogue has broken every single promise he made before the election, as Fall Of The Republic masterfully documents.

It is important to stress that this does not occur for all versions of Fall Of The Republic posted on Facebook. For example, the link posted at the top of http://www.facebook.com/FallOfTheRepublic can still be shared. However, if it is a policy for Facebook to block links to this film, then we can expect more different versions to be censored in future.
If Facebook has crafted a policy to block links to Fall Of The Republic, it would befit everything that we know about the California-based company.
Shortly after the release of The Obama Deception in March this year, we started getting reports that Facebook was threatening to delete user accounts of people who were posting You Tube links to the film. A Facebook user who attempted to post the film on her profile page first had her ability to post links revoked and then her account was deleted altogether.
Facebook has been staunchly pro-Obama since his election, even offering an ‘Obama skin’ page design that the company bragged was used by hundreds of thousands of people.

A few years back, AJ, was nice enough to have Fulford on and that was one of the more uncomfortable interviews I can remeber. AJ sensed most the info shared was extremely flimsy. But then Fulford caught my attention with this true story about the Triads and two detectives named Carter and Lee. It took place in Hong Kong and Las Vegas…And if I remember correctly, their boss was a guy named Ricky Tan who was involved in a counterfeiting scheme.
He also said Carter and Lee went to a karaoke bar and sang Michael Jackson songs. Fulford added the two detectives were later dropped off on a busy highway with only a pillow and trash can lids…I mean, that is one whacky caper.

Thanks for the info, WhiteOps. Sounds like a tragedy, but I’m not sure if it discredits global warming. Warming cycles simply cause more severe weather patterns, both in the summer and the winter, so I’m not convinced that severe cold weather is a sign that global warming is a hoax. Rather, I would look at severe weather of any kind as a sign of our planet’s increasing climactic imbalances.

I never said the movie was abusive. I really did like it, but you must view it as science fiction. The special effects and musical scores are absolutely great!!! Hollywood may be willing to make an edited version soon. I do object to any charge $$$ for buying the DVD it should be FREE so my neighbors in Marin County will get one. You do realize it costs money to pay Watson and Nimmo and the other reporters and everyone else on his crew to WORK, right? It costs money to run the website (a lot, even with ad revenue). He has a LIVE radio broadcast that he devotes his time too everyday. $5.95 a month is NOTHING to ask for the service he provides, that barely covers the expenses.
They also travel all over the place and organize many things and have multiple websites.
You can get the video for free on torrent or watch it on youtube. You do not have to buy the DVD. I’m sure they have paid a company to MAKE the DVD’s, which costs MONEY, you ARE NOT going to get it for free!
So what if they make some money! More power to them! At least they are attempting to wake this country up and do something about it.
As to the jew comments about AJ, I have noticed that on a lot of his stuff (as well as the latest movie) he fails to point out that a lot of the people he is “outing” are zionist’s and hold dual citizenship with Israel. I don’t know if this has anything to do with his wife or not, and frankly I don’t really care.
I see the big picture and appreciate any efforts AJ and co makes to get the word out, even if I don’t agree that it’s 100% accurate (or that is discloses 100%), it’s better than anyone else I see doing anything.

Not watched it yet, I left my machine dowloading a DivX of the film via torrent when I left for work today, should be ready and waiting when I get home. Two torrents seem very popular – 142 seeds on one file and 834 seeds on another, other versions are also easily found with less seeds. Facebook won’t halt the spread by not allowing links.

So? Who cares about them TRYING to block it. If we want it to be linked on facebook, then we shall have it linked on facebook. How? Easy.
Rename the file to some random alpha numeric name and host it somewhere else and use that link on facebook. Also remember to change the file size by adding something to the end of the video, or by taking something away. Either way just change the size, which will change the CRC value of it. They won’t be able to tell what it is unless they actually view it themselves.

I could not understand 80% of the audio. Who ever is responsible for the audio should go back to washing cars or whatever they did before Alex hired them. I should have known this effort would fail to produce what we need. Alex is using an announcer (the one that says; “in your face” etc.) that is obnoxious, repulsive and hurtful to the site. I am disappointed in the “film”. I only could stand to watch for 5 minutes. There is nothing special about effects, camera work, music or artwork. This video can be re-edited by 90% I bet. You do realize it costs money to pay Watson and Nimmo and the other reporters and everyone else on his crew to WORK, right? It costs money to run the website (a lot, even with ad revenue). He has a LIVE radio broadcast that he devotes his time too everyday. $5.95 a month is NOTHING to ask for the service he provides, that barely covers the expenses.
They also travel all over the place and organize many things and have multiple websites.
You can get the video for free on torrent or watch it on youtube. You do not have to buy the DVD. I’m sure they have paid a company to MAKE the DVD’s, which costs MONEY, you ARE NOT going to get it for free!
So what if they make some money! More power to them! At least they are attempting to wake this country up and do something about it.
As to the jew comments about AJ, I have noticed that on a lot of his stuff (as well as the latest movie) he fails to point out that a lot of the people he is “outing” are zionist’s and hold dual citizenship with Israel. I’m all for free speech, even if I don’t remotely agree with it. Facebook is a private company though, and they have a set of rules people agree with when they sign-up. If someone violates those rules, Facebook is well within its rights to take action. Also, censorship rules don’t apply because they are a private company.

i hear ya on the private company rights, but based in usa and fb being a forum for conversation and including therewith a provision for links and notes (even asking your political affiliation establishing partylines connoting an environment of politics), etc., shouldn’t the constitution set the precedence for the culture of private companies established within the usa? or is this no longer america? and in a true american court of law would the constitution not prevail over a company who has violated it’s standards and ethics? in other words, the constitution should be the axle on which everything else hinges whether it be businesses or schools, etc., or else it is just dies an incremental death, because it is disregarded. it must be kept alive with love and use thereof and people that don’t strive to keep it’s standards applied, render it, just like the globals and current politics, as impotent and meaningless, which means that you don’t believe in it either.

Link is working on my end in Facebook. Except I didn’t post it as a playable video right on the site…rather I just created a Playlist from Youtube…and then copied the playlist URL and pasted it as a link in Facebook…and so far hasn’t been blocked. So it basically just re-directs all the viewers to my Youtube playlist channel…where all parts of the documentary can be played in order….spread the word on this technique!

I think this whole movie is just one more bunch of paranoia…. but freedom of speech is afforded to everyone.
That being said, since Facebook is a privately owned company, where people must agree to a set of rules when they sign up, I would think they’re entitled to enforce said rules, even if it results in some form of censorship.

This is quite a clever trick. You can get facebook to label ANY video as “abusive”. All you do is post a link to the embedded video on facebook rather than the original youtube link. Look carefully at the video and you will see. I have tested this on many different youtube videos.
However, it seems that some sites are blocking this video. I have posted torrents a number of times to onebigtorrent.org and they keep getting take down. If you post the same torrent again it says it is banned. So I post a different one. I would be interested if other people have had this problem.

This is only the latest line in a long process ongoing as we speak.
I found out last night that it is considered a breach of contract to use a blog to fairly question the government. A number of people on the blog either A got angry or B supported it because they found my blogs to be “insightful into the state of the world as it is” Highlighting things such as the federal reserve, the Misleading information of places like FOX CNN and MSNBC, and critiques of both Republican and Democrat political parties. Heck, I confess in one I questioned Alex Jones’ Comments (Very certain ones and then moved on. I believe he would appreciate the fact that one of his listeners doesn’t just hop on but researches and questions both sides fairly) Which went off to demonstrate that I was not voicing any one political party support and then further advised people to try out alternative news media such as NPR (I did not mention infowars. the site has a policy against advertising for other websites)
I later attempted to log on to find I had my account disabled. No warnings, no advisory messages. Just unable to log on.
I have sent emails to both the web masters and the woman who apparently runs the web site.
Suppression of the 1st amendment is in effect and dissent is now considered illegal.
Take heed that such things are ongoing.
