Fed Hides Destination Of $2 Trillion In Bailout Money
Fails to comply with congressional demands for transparency, underscoring age-old problem of top down socialism and letting the fox guard the henhouse

The Federal Reserve is facing a lawsuit after it failed to comply with congressional demands for transparency and disclose the destination of at least $2 trillion dollars in bailout funds, underscoring once again the failure of top down socialism and the folly of trusting the foxes to guard the henhouse.
“The Federal Reserve is refusing to identify the recipients of almost $2 trillion of emergency loans from American taxpayers or the troubled assets the central bank is accepting as collateral,” reports Bloomberg.
“Fed Chairman Ben S. Bernanke and Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson said in September they would comply with congressional demands for transparency in a $700 billion bailout of the banking system. Two months later, as the Fed lends far more than that in separate rescue programs that didn’t require approval by Congress, Americans have no idea where their money is going or what securities the banks are pledging in return.”
Bloomberg has requested details of the Fed lending under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act and filed a separate lawsuit in an effort to find out where the money has gone.

President elect Barack Obama, who in a September 22 campaign speech promised to “Make our government open and transparent so that anyone can ensure that our business is the people’s business,” refused to comment on the story when contacted by Bloomberg, which is no surprise considering the fact that the man who guaranteed “change” has indicated he will not only follow the Bush administration policy of a socialized financial system, but radically expand it.
The Fed’s secrecy on the issue of where the bailout money is going underscores the age-old problem with top down socialism as a tool of re-shaping the economic landscape. The promise to fairly re-distribute the wealth, with full accountability, to achieve a solution that will ultimately benefit everyone, is trumped by the cold reality of the fact that corrupt elites, once the taxpayers have been suckered into believing the lie, merely hoard all the money for themselves and don’t redistribute it to anyone apart from their own inner circle of cronies.
Indeed, the banks have admitted that they are hoarding cash and will keep on doing so while bigwigs reward themselves with fat bonuses as the real economy sinks deeper into the toilet.
But what else could we have expected upon hearing that ex-Goldman Sachs executive Neel Kashkari was appointed by Paulson to dole out the ill-gotten gains of the bailout to the rest of the corporate crooks?
Kashkari: A man you can trust.
If you let the fox guard the henhouse then he’s going to eat the chickens.
In this case, the Fed and the gaggle of bastard banker children sucking on its teat, gobbled up $5 trillion plus in taxpayers’ money and then figuratively stuck the middle finger up when questions were asked about where that money was going.
Meanwhile, the bailout has had no effect whatsoever, increasing the severity of the financial downturn and allowing the same elite to exploit the crisis as a pretext for centralizing control of the world economic system and creating a new world order and a single global currency.

I suspect a secondary reason for not revealing the identities of the banks receiving bailout money, is because many are smaller banks that many of us use to deposit our pay checks into. How would we react if we saw our bank needed an emergency loan in order to remain afloat? I don’t know about you, but I would leave the bank. Almost nothing worse than waking one morning to get gas to go to work and your cards won’t work and any cash you have on you is all you’re going to have for a long time. FDIC is basically worthless and even if you got your money back, how long would that take?
I’ve started taking money out of my bank account as soon as it enters. Not leaving anything to chance.

I am an American… I agree with you to an extent, I have great disdain for the vast majority of Americans. Obama not commenting at least shows that he is serious about this issue. This is a matter of national security and I respect Obama’s right to think about what he plans to say as long as he launches a full scale investigation (a not another 9/11 cover-up). Here’s what I’m going to suggest to our newly elected president: Mr. President, I think it’s time to answer McFadden’s charges of conspiracy levied against the FED over 75 years ago. This is the first step toward over-turning the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Obama has already set the stage by getting elected without PAC money. Next step is to get an answer from the House Ways and Means chair, as to what that committee is doing with the 25 million they received in 2008, of which 6.5 million was from the Banking/Finance/Real Estate PACs. The FED has the Ways and Means Committee in their hip pocket. Let’s make it clear that PAC money is the root to all evil.

The FBI, and other agencies in the countries where the perpetrators live, should arrest them all for treason. It is clear by their open remarks about a one world government that they have help from within places and people of influence like the UK prime minister. Greenspan CLAIMS he does not know how this could have happened when he is one of the “One worlders” who are on a mission to bankrupt every country, buy up land and property, then throw anyone out with force who disagrees. It is already too late for us to even THINK ABOUT going to the streets without the FBI and the Military behind us in agreement that these people are treasonous. They have too much authority.
Right now if we take them down one at a time they will shift the burden to somewhere else. Leaders of the militaries of the world see what is happening and the FBI agents with the fortitude to do the right thing can enlist their help. They must figure out a way to act in unison and go after these people who have positioned themselves above the law.

I am a professional environmentalist who studied both Chemistry and Biology and I see people being moved out of the equation for things that make no common sense. People ignore the patterns of glaciation when they talk “warming” and the media is run by people who wish to make us believe a lie concerning man’s impact on the temperature. We certainly can’t mistreat our waters and soil or condemn our very crops seeds to end with no way of reproducing (I want to eat in the future!). But there is no way we have warmed the other planets in the solar system with our fossil fuels. No way Saturn or Neptune have increased temps from human activity. Clearly, it is a yet to be understood phenomena related to the solar system.Hydrogen power is going to be the way when we throw off the shackles of the big oil companies. I think the very people sponsoring “warming is man made” are using it to steal something away from us all.
You can do something by focusing your time and energy on H20 being used to make H2 and O2 just like we do every day on the space station to breath plus use the Hydrogen for the electric generators. The device now costs only $10k when it was $1 M when Dr. Cliff Ricketts of MTSU in Murfreesboro, TN asked 20 years ago to use the one NASA uses for the Shuttle. That prototype engine had a grant and Nissan of North America built it on a race car frame like the old Indy cars. That design uses compressed H2 but the original design was water converted on demand to H2 and O2. Water from your tailpipe can be recylced back to the engine. Plus, the temps will continue to get colder and warmer over millions of years just as before.
There is also solid proof in my mind that the mangnetic motor known as the “Joeseph Newman device” works as advertised. His first succesful test for the public was announced by none other than Paul Harvey himself and yet 30 years later it is not in production. Criminals are stopping this man from bringing it to your home today IMHO.
There is a man in my town that has invented something the newspapers reported that reduces electricity consumption that I will try to learn more about and all of us should do EVERYTHING in our power to find alternatives to these jack asses choices of burning non renewable anything that starts wars in distant lands. Today, big oil and the owners of the Fed control the whole planet. We need professional investigators to respond to the crimes these people commit! What should be on Obama’s to do list
1.Restore the full meaning of the Constitution and enforce criminal charges against treasonous judges.
2 End the Federal Reserve thereby restoring power to Treasury to create sound money. Why should we pay interest on our own money?
3. Eliminate all unconstitutional federal departments - including the IRS
What should he do to address them? Ask for the help of we the people.

@Transferpoint after my train wreck it occured to me; if half of us armed, crazy Americans stood up I think they would shit themselves. How many really stood up in the late 60’s, maybe a couple million kids, and all hell broke loose. Look back at how many counter culture figures were eliminated in that short period of time. They effectively crushed a revolution and I bet they are prouder of that than their own children.

Irish, as a veteran on Veterans Day, who never got shot at thank God, let me tell you something!
I am sick and tired of law abiding citizens doing the right thing while these thieves rule!
We do have the order of law on OUR SIDE. We just have to figure out what entitity is going to deliver it. Wellregulatedmilitia hit a nerve for me but Rockclimber is probably right as rain, but we are awakening people in TN. The only reason TN voted McCain, myself EXCLUDED, was to keep out terrorists. The people that did this have bought into the bullshit and we can wake them up and are doing that now. They are looking for answers and now is the time to share what WE KNOW is the gospel about these thieves! They WANT someones ass before a judge and jury of “peers”. I use quotes because I mean just plain old ordinary people who have to work in our communities to put clothes on their backs and food on the table.

I am remembering a long line of Veterans that stretches back to the civil war and on this day let me extend my respect to you, sir. I was actually a little angry due to the fact that my fiance’ and I had planned to marry and this was the day we chose. Of course all the state agencies are closed so we have decided to make this day our anniversary anyway. We are free to do that. If you saw me on the street, livefree, most would assume I am against what so many died for. With my Investigate 9/11 T-shirt and my bald head, most would be wrong. Nothing can stop an idea who’s time has come, on this day more than any other we have to respect what so many lost. Those men did’nt die for their country, dont get it twisted!!! They died for us to have the right to govern this counry and its actions and when the Gov. stops listening we are doing a great diservice to their memory by not raising the same spirit they had taken on the battlefeild and bringing these demons to justice. There is hope we just need to look for stuff that might fit the green revolution and go get grant money for it to start making an impact in our daily lives. I for one want to learn more about the inventor in my small town who has several patents for ideas that decrease electricity consumption. I bet a grant to manufacture those could be found IF the new administration is truly wanting to get off of oil any way possible. That I will believe when I see it. After all, Al Gore teaches at MTSU where the hydrogen car was built!

My life has been spent in the comfort of the knowledge that other people defended the way of life we enjoy in the US of A. Even though I served I feel I am not worthy of walking beside them in parades or any puny medals or awards given out at peacetime. I can’t accept honors for serving in peace time.
Because I think a lot and talk to many strangers in day to day life, I meet a lot of people. My experience with veterans of war is they truly beleived, even in Nam, what our country stood for in the rest of the world. They believed in freedom for mankind even the blacks. Of course with the racist and nazis excluded I am sure. After George Bush took it away with lies that brought cruelty unbecoming of the American spirit we lost the right to say “you can’t treat American soldiers like you do everone else because we hold ourselves to a higher standard than criminals would”! We abdicated reason for W’s need to get the ‘evildoers’. Evil doers that I think most assuredly could be like the gulf of tonkin incident in Nam or the Riechstag in Germany. The facts are we have problems with the official story and we took innocent civilians lives in Iraq when the man supposedly in charge lived in Afghanastan. Jeeze how did they get away with it, I wonder still?

Plain and simple, there’s not 50% who would stand up and fight. No doubt, I would be happily on the front line. But realistically there’s about 10% who think like us. 40-50% who are upset, true, but only 10% would do anything to stop it. Yeah thats a lot of people, but the military and police would slap it down fast.
As for scared shitless, absolutely wrong. We’d be put down like dogs, the media would call us terrorists and it would give the gvmnt a reason for full blown martial law.

The time is now to think. Stop the talk and think. Planning needs to be started today. Everyone that you know that agrees that the country is being hijacked and taken apart by special interests that are not in your best interests, need to get together and think of ideas that can be implemented. Arguing is no solution. There are many things you can do to try and make a dent at least in the armory of the new World Order and it’s many minions and supporters. But first thing to do is realise that you already know everything there is to know. Talking about it any longer is just a waste of time. The first step is to stop for longer than two minutes and just think. What would hurt the government? What can you do tomorrow that would be a first step to mobilising the many people that you know who are awake enough to realise something needs to be done and now? How can you acheive your goals without bringing undue attention to yourself? Because this must be done covertly at first until a movement can take root and grow into something powerful enough to counter the huge mountain of corruption that the people fighting the good fight are facing. Everyone think. Now. It’s never too late. Stop shouting and demonstrating and plan quietly and carefully. It’s better for you if they think you have simply disappeared and given up hope. Surprise is a great leveller.

Earlier someone was hoping that Barak would do something about. Well I am 100% positive the very week that new money was printed from the US Treasury By Lincoln and then Kennedy, but not from the Federal Reserve, they were both assasinated. So, in Kennedy’s case the Chief Justice of the Supremes looks at the Zapruder film and says “Lone gunman”. From that moment in my very young life I knew that we were living in a land of fairy tales. I was maybe 4. I have been awake every since. I remember seeing Bobby get waxed and I just could not believe Sir Han Sir Han say ” I could not have done it, I loved Bobby!”. I was maybe 8 or 9. Rosie Greer tackled him I saw it the next day on the news. He did not get 10 feet. Turns out something fishy went on in that setting too. The point is our leaders will get smoked if they speak up. We have to give them something to help them see they have our backing. It may be one person protests a travesty and others join and join until there are so many standing with/by or otherwise together that person. A trigger event that attracts people like fish to water. I would like to see it happen in NY on Wall St with a major player at a major Brokerage that knows his stuff and can call them on their frickin lies.

Obama is just like every other presidenial cantidate. We all heard the ‘2 chickens in every pot’ speech, and I’m just not seeing any chickens yet. But one must have patience….patience like a python…wait for the exact moment (after he’s had plenty of time and opportunity to reveal his intentions/actions).
Yet alas, the masses are being stirred from their comas. They now understand the government has humped them good and deep on this one, and left us standing there with our pants around our ankles, for all the world to see. Whats happening in the states is maddening! Although I am an american, I pulled up stakes back in 98 and resettle here in the PRC. Could see this coming for a long time, and since I have a kid and some cash, decided this would be the smart place to relocate. I’m wondering how long it will be, before people finally wake up, and start taking the drastic actions that are required. I’m a little suprised no one is picking off the bankers or conressmen yet. How about a few molotav throws down on Wall St.? Sounds horrible I guess, but Jesus, how far does the fist have to be planted up your lower intestine, before you all realises it hurts? I told my credit card companies to screw themselves. They have no recourse; they called a few times offering to cut the balance in half — in half!!! — if I would only pay.
It gave me such pleasure — it was a liberating experience — they have NO recourse.
Max out your cards — charge as much as possible and tell ‘em to stick it. A corporation cannot enter into a personal agreement with a person. The card companies are stuck like chuck and they know it.
Only loans and balances due which are secured by real property have any validation. Credit cards and the enormous unfair interest fees are thin air bullshit. Take a piece of their ass today — you’ll feel so much better. I guarantee it.
