Bizarre conversation in bar suggests ex-military personnel are trying to provocateur liberty activists

A bizarre bar room conversation related to us by a reader suggests that ex-military personnel may be being used to provocateur 9/11 truthers and liberty activists into making violent statements as a potential pretext for entrapment.
A reader who wishes to remain anonymous informs us about a strange individual who entered his local bar and suddenly started spouting off in a loud voice about Jews, 9/11 and even allegedly made death threats against Barack Obama.
The full story of the encounter is included below.

Last night at about 6pm, I decided to go have a scotch and pizza at a nearby pub. I’ve been there several times and like most of the times in my life of visiting bars, I have never sat next to someone that wanted to (in this case) encourage open statements against the Jews, against Obama, against the government, but not necessarily at George Bush, Jeb Bush, or even Marvin Bush.
Out-of-the-blue, a fairly educated looking individual sits down next to me and began bashing Jews, faster than I could say “What?”
He ordered a pizza and a coke, and began bashing FoxNews as the “Jew Tube” and kept trying to get my input. My antennas went-up immediately and I made the mistake of engaging in a conversation with him, and mentioned that FoxNews was typical of mainstream media now. He continued to bash Jews at every single level and tells me he knows who exactly was behind 9/11. “I know I sound like a Jew basher, but it’s the truth,” he says…and that “Alex Jones is right and he bashes Jews too!” (He didn’t ask me if I had seen “Loose Change”) but he assumed that I did. I told him that Alex does not bash Jews, and I asked, “What station do you listen to Alex on?” He paused and said, “I only saw Loose Change!” And added…”I don’t listen to him on any station.” He went-on about 9/11 being an inside job, and of course, “the Jews did it,” he said.
I told him several times that I have nothing against the people of Israel, but I am sure that Mossad and the Pakistani ISI were involved, I continued…”That’s a theory and all my expertise is on the act itself, since I am a retired airline captain of large jets, therefore, leave it to a new investigation to determine who actually did it!” He goes-on…”The Jews were behind 9/11, they’re behind everything!” I just shuddered, as most everyone around us could hear him.
He went-on about everyone, including Obama being a Jewish descendent and “somebody should K*** him” etc. He continued to stay on that a few minutes and trying to get me to agree. I didn’t…
I told him that he can’t just walk into a bar, up to someone he doesn’t know, and begin bashing Jews! “That can get you in an immediate bar fight!” He said…”I have a right to express my 1st amendment rights and if nobody likes it…tough!”
I was eating my pizza as fast as I could, because I was beginning to get sick. I felt strongly that he was a federal agent, attempting to (either) initiate me into a supremacist group, or openly state something against Obama (to determine a threat level of me), or use a taped conversation later as evidence to lock me up. BTW…he knew nothing about REX 84.
He was in full agreement that 9/11 was an inside job, and told me his name….but if you look at his article on “Defense Link” below, it paints a different picture. He’s retired from the Navy and seems to have become very disgruntled about 9/11, or he’s an agent. Something tripped this guy, and it would be remarkable if “Loose Change” did it, but certain things don’t add up here. I was definitely being prompted to agree and talk on his terms.
The moral of this story is to NOT engage in open conversation about sensitive issues at a bar. Hand them a DVD (outside) and ask them to tell you later as to what they think about it. If you are the initiator of a sensitive conversation, you have a better chance of not encountering a federal agent that wants to drag you into their world. And by all means…don’t open conversations by bashing Jews, Christians, and telling people what you would like see happen to Obama. ONLY federal agents can get away with that dialogue when prompting a subject to fall into their trap. Our new world will get real testy soon and people need to be aware of who they are talking to, because the search for dissidents, patriots, 9/11 truthers, bloggers, and radio/journalists is on the move.
I ate my last piece of pizza and told him I had to go feed my dog. I get-up, didn’t wait for the bartender to take my money…I walked over to the end of the bar and paid her. He gets up and walks over to where I am standing and pays his bill too! He leaves out the front door…I walk into the bathroom, and a guy, that was sitting near us, (now in the bathroom) had been listening to the conversation, asked me “What in the hell was that all about? That guy was F****** strange!”
If that were the entirety of the story then one would be inclined to dismiss the individual as just a disturbed nutcase.
However, despite this individual making vague but hostile statements against Jews, the government, the media and the official 9/11 story, he is prominently featured on the U.S. Department of Defense website as a recently retired Navy officer who expressed vehement support for the war on terror. His real name and photo are carried on the defenselink.mil website, according to the reader who related the story, and were provided to us. The reader knows it is the same guy because he mentioned a very specific thing about himself during the conversation that is also detailed on the Defense Department website page.
The contradiction between this and the individual’s statements and behavior in the bar suggest that he was putting on an act in an attempt to attract anyone of a radical bent that might be a target for an undercover entrapment operation.
His blanket statements yet distinct lack of detailed knowledge about 9/11, along with his claim that “Alex Jones bashes Jews,” and the alleged death threat made against Obama are very suspicious indicators that this individual is on the payroll as a Federal informant involved in some kind of entrapment dragnet.
Far from being a paranoid fantasy, this is a method commonly employed by intelligence agencies to entrap alleged terrorists who are later presented to the media as dangerous Al-Qaeda affiliated operatives, as we saw in the case of the “Chicago Seven,” who were in actual fact a near-retarded street gang who took cash from an FBI provocateur in return for making violent remarks and drawing up crude plans to attack the Sears Tower.
The 9/11 truth movement is completely peaceful and no 9/11 truther has ever been criminally charged from activities relating to a protest or demonstration. Despite this fact, smear attempts to link the truth movement with crude terror attacks, such as the fire-bombing of the US military recruiting center in New York’s Times Square, have repeatedly been attempted.
We advise readers to express extreme caution when approached by strangers who begin talking in this manner and also to report any death threats made against public figures to the relevant authorities.

Strange Story. I wish we could be given more details like the Ret. Navy Officers name. If someone were to come up to me in a bar with an opening statement like that I’d have to warn them of the thin line they are walking with such remarks of bigotry. Make them feel uncomfortable; don’t let them control the conversation. Ask them to leave you be, and if they give you trouble because they ‘got that thar first amendment right’ take ‘em outside. If you get arrested for assualting a federal agent, then holy shit call alex jones with your one phone call.

Whatever it takes. See echelon, ipto, gandalf, etc. Since reporting chemtrails to officials and stumbling on the NAU, etc. I have been baker acted, visited by 4 child welfare agents on a domestic violence charge on Friday, at 5pm while pushing off for a weekend boat trip. The report failed to not my husband would have had to beat us from over 400 miles away as plane tickets and motel charges proved that he was out of town on the date name. I have been chased, followed, etc. I am a christian mother of two, no psych record, no law violations other than a ticket for speeding 26 years ago. I am an RN by trade. This is sick and disgusting. A friend was followed out of a restaurant after dinner and one glass of wine. She was pulled over and charged with drinking and driving. Ten thousand dollars later, no charges as she was not over the legal limit. Her car was ransacked. Beware folks. In fact, this is very commen techniques that are used by the most filthy, security agencies, in the USA and in the Europe as well. And thats to radicalize, interrupts and to setup the activists, in order, to make them look like bad or even bad, its spychological techniques are applied for covering up the real issues to which the activists are doing the activism for. Yeah I live in Australia and over the past half-year i’ve noticed a couple of strange things happening.
First off, when i’m at work sometimes there’s a van that just sits out the front until i leave. I never take my eye off of it. The strangest thing is the windows are fully blacked out. That’s Illegal in Australia…
Also, it seems the authorities are just a little bit harder on me. I was a victim of slight police brutality recently though it was my fault. I was in a bad state (friday night) and they were trying to arrest me for no apparent reason. Somewhere between here and there, I ended up getting under their skin. Something along the lines of “they’ve made quite a Nazi outta you” and “not even your kids can look at you anymore”. Of course, in the drunken state i was in i said some pretty stupid things. But it basically ended up one of them grabbing me around the neck, pulling me down and the other kicking me in the stomach.

I would have to ask who is the author of that story and why would an ‘agent’ approach him in stead of any one else.

As the guy who hunger-striked in front of John McCain’s office when he was running for President in order to demonstrate that, just as you say, the 9/11Truth movement is completely peaceful, I appreciate your not giving-in to this big mouth provocateur. Digital Voice Recorders are your friends. Don’t just tell the story play the story. I have one with me wherever I go. When you put the thing on hold the batteries last forever. Record every conversation with cops, feds, and overly anxious strangers. If you don’t have one then you invite disaster. Have one that you can plug into your computer and a way to spread the info as soon as you get home.

I have no doubt there’s people like that out there trying to provoke Truthers into being the next Fox breaking news report, but if we worry about it too much we can make ourselves crazy. One thing I’ve learned is that you can’t control what your enemies or others do but you can control what you do and how you react to them. The best policy for Truthers is to just to stick to their principles and use their intuition and keep on the path. Obviously someone advocating violence is somebody that doesn’t care about seeing that the right thing is done, but is rather pushing their own agenda, whether they be agents or just crazies who deep down think it would be “cool” to see the stuff hit the fan. Every successful movement has had to deal with that. Even Jesus with the zealots. It just goes with the territory and means we’re doing a good job as long as we don’t lose sight of who we are– peaceful people.

I’ve dealt with at least 2 similar attempts at this kind of thing in the past 8 yrs…similar in the sense that they were open attempts to elicit reactions or agreements to fairly obvious anti govt opinions.
The technique is apparently to overload you with extreme opinions so they can get you to react in some way they can use against you. Or it is a kind of test of loyalty? What it does for me is make me even more certain as to my current opinions.
This is just 2 that I can easily recall….plus a whole lot of other games of various sorts. Be careful…they ARE out to get you?

It was probably someone just like us who got drunk and got the balls to talk to a stranger about the conspiracy. It’s more than most of you are doing! Ok, so he looks like a lunatic, but if a single person in that bar looks it up and discovers the truth, IT WAS WORTH IT. That one person could wake up 100 people, who could then wake up 1000 people. Sometimes, what it takes is a shocking statement to make someone wonder. I was lured in this exact way by an insane comment at the time, when a stranger told me the Jews ran the world and their plan for world domination was outlined in the Protocols of Zion. I thought he was crazy, but I was intrigued and looked it up for myself. I read it (not just read ABOUT IT), and still didn’t believe it, until about 2 years of constant research was unable to prove it wrong. Everything makes sense when you see who is really behind things.

Those with the will to know the truth will do the research necessary to verify the information they are getting. They consider all things possible and research it to eliminate it as a possibility. Spend enough time doing this and eventually you can see clearly what is going on. But the grasp of Political Correctness has placed blinders on the truth, where people will refuse to even consider certain things because of this filter which makes them feel like a bad person for even thinking such a thing. Have you considered that there is a reason why those things are politically incorrect? Maybe it’s to prevent you from finding the truth…

My feeling is that neither Paul nor the anonymous author was saying stop talking about it. They were saying be smart, not stupid. And DO NOT get provacateured. NO good will come from trying to awaken somebody that is strongly suspicious acting. And also, if you want to get the truth out, you don’t do it by acting like a stupid screeching monkey (at best). You must be rational, not make death threats or (death “suggestions”). Under those conditions, even the most relevant and meaningful, and potentially life-changing info will come across like you’re offering them a delicious candy bar that’s had fresh dog poop smeared all over it. A friend of mine and i once spoke about wether the whole truth movement was actually
being used by the illuminati against us for its own needs and now i am beginning to see that it is.The reason being that the human race is very predictable in how we we respond to threats or perceived dangers.I have no doubt that there are agents that inflitrate hostile groups or civil protests in order to stir up more trouble but the fact is,you only have to look at many of the comments and RESPONSES on this site to see what the collective see as a solution to the NWO,and that is to stock up on fire arms and fight back violently.This whole war on terror is a mind game and because of our idiotic macho mentalities we will justify what the state has been and is still doing,which is preparing for civil unrest.Before the internet came about,no way would even half of us have a clue about what was going on,there may well have been civil protests and violence at a future date but the fact is only a very small minority would bother because most people beleve everything they see and read in corporate news and do what the government says wether they like it or not.Just because more and more people are having access to this new wave of information and waking up does not mean we are suddenly all wise because our answer seems to be to fight back

Watch a movie called Constantine’s Sword on Netflix. That may explain to you why many people are in a defensive mode. Many of Alex’s guests are Jewish and they tell the truth about many things. I love Rima and Naomi and I have adopted them as my Jewish mothers that I never had. PROTECT THEM. We’d be in a lot less trouble if we had adopted Kosher Dietary Law, no matter what your religion is. Nobody likes to be forced to do anything, even to make a choice, but think about this. I can go to Israel and sit down and have a beer with a smile. I’m not sure where beer fits in with Kosher laws, I think the Bible recommends a sober mind, but the fact that I can have a beer in Israel tells me that free will is a value highly regarded by the secular Jewish State, and that’s enough to make me choose sides. Yes, these provocateurs will record or videotape you, and then pack the data away until the next stage of the operation. If there is an eventual arrest, they’ll release the tape to the press (out of context and edited) to further bolster their case. I always advise individuals to be aware of those who approach you (out of nowhere) and want to engage in conversation as if they know you. Of course, the clandestine methodology is much easier to utilize against those who are mentally unstable, but an eventual conviction would be more difficult, as defense attorneys would expose the mental instabililty of their clients.

I’ve had a similar thing happen to me. Three days after getting involved in a group of liberty minded/ politically charged people, I had a visit from some guy who described himself as an anarchist, former demolition military expert. He expressed his racial hatred for everyone, especially OBama making veiled death threats, spoke of other dangerous topics etc… and then offered to sell me a mosser rifle as he was buying a a whole shippment of them. All this was within 5 minuets of just meeting him!!

No question about it, a clear case of entrapment. My advice would be to truthers, try to travel in groups or pairs, and always carry video camcorders or cell phone video capable mediums to catch these people on tape. Then, you tube it the same day. If successful, criminal charges can be pressed, thanks to the internet and your friends in the alternative media.

There is definately a legitimacy to the old ‘X-Files’ mantra, ‘Trust no one’. It’s difficult to get a consensus on a subject, especially one as weighty as a citizens’ conspiracy for acts of government subversion, with that view, though. I guess it’s just a matter of being logical about how you allow one to gain your trust (which is difficult to foolproof, and could lead to you becoming an anti-social jerk-off, although that may be neccesary in a crumbling society) and being prepared to face the consequences of your actions, however noble your intentions…
Also remember that a mistrust of people and good intentions have been the hallmark of every corrupted, dictatorial government in history… which, given time, is pretty much all of them, so remember what you’re fighting. Don’t be too quick to abandon your civility, unless you determine that the time has come that you have no other option and you must ensure your own survival. I believe Neiztche said it best. “He who fights monsters should take care that he does not become a monster.”

I’m renting the old the Mission Impossible TV series from Netflix. They were popularizing underground CIA covert actions on a weekly basis in the late ’60’s. Believe me no one remeberes that. I would like to discuss something serious that has recently entered into my thinking, that seems so obvious, but also overlooked these days. I was recently talking with a friend about the recent spate of suicides happening in India by farmers being fucked over by the likes of Monsanto and others. In Japan, 50,000+ salarymen off themselves when their companies need to cut their bottom lines. In the States, the suicide rate has been climbing to unprecedented levels over the last 6 months, since people have started feeling the pinch of this financial crisis. The thing that amazes us, is that when people have been genuinely fucked by someone that can be found, why don’t they take out the assholes when they off them selves? I know it sounds horrible to say, but if anyone out there has an overwhelming desire to depart this life, why not be a man / patriot, be remembered in a fond way, and not as simply weak, and take out some of assholes that destroyed our great country? Bankers and politicians, and lawyers would be a good start. I would even gladly start a “Martyrs of the Republic” website. Anyway, if you are at wits end, just think about it.

I don’t like all the talk about hurting people. Everyone needs to behave civilized and moral. We cant change the world for the better, if we act like animals. I think it’s terrible to call for people to hurt people that are in politics. Ron Paul is in politics, and he is wonderful. What if someone hurt him? No, the answer is to wake people up and change our country one heart at a time. It doesn’t take much to plant a seed of truth, even in the most doubtful people. Once people realize they don’t know enough about the constitution, they are embarrassed. I handed out constitutions to everyone I work with. I did it in a way as not to be insulting, I said, “hey, I was trying to get my books in order at the house and I realized I didn’t have a copy of the constitution. Isn’t that crazy? Do you have a constitution?” if they didn’t, I gave them one and said that I think it’s important to have a personal copy. They thought it was neat. I think that is a good way, because our problems originated from not learning about the constitution. Just my opinion.

A NEW CHAPTER IN THE CONTIUNING SAGA OF THE LIBERTY DOLLAR MAN
On March 6th at approximately 6am in the morning 19 agents and officers of the law came to our home. Most of them searched our home and stayed in our home for 8 hours and 45 minutes! Why did they come so early and stay so long? With no announcement and supposedly a warrant to enter the premises. When they entered our property one agent came to my door knocking and ringing the doorbell. Now that was a courteous action on his part. When I came to an adjacent door he immediately stated I have a warrant to enter your property, does Shane Buczek live here? My answer was yes but he is not here and where is your warrant. He flashed the warrant in my face, showed me his badge; I responded, I am not letting you in. He proceeded to walk right into our home with what I believe were 9 other individuals, all packing guns!! The other agents were running around our property as if I we were harboring fugitives and they may escape! In the first few minutes of entry by the agents we established who they were, I could not believe the number of people in my home, all to obtain according to the warrant a passport that our son Shane Buczek was using. (We requested to make a phone call, they would not allow us to call anyone nor let anyone in. This home we live in is also our place of business with 9 people working every day, three of which stay in our home where our office resides. No one was allowed to work on this day, which put undue strain on us. Our work must be done in a timely fashion every day and this inconvenience cost us dearly)!
When we asked what agency they were from initially they told us the DSS. Now what is the DSS?
The U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) is a Federal law enforcement agency mandated with enforcing the laws of the United States pertaining to the illegal issuance, use, or manufacture of passports and visas. DSS Special Agents have the authority to make arrests for violations of relevant passport and visa statutes as well as to conduct investigations of crimes that occur overseas on U.S. Government property. DSS Special Agents have conducted international document fraud investigations for the past 73 years. We later learned that 6 different GOVT agencies were in our home:
1)DSS – Diplomatic Security Service Roy Stillman
2)FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation Tina,
3)HS – Homeland Security
4)IRS – Internal Revenue Service Mike
5)ATF – Alcohol Firearms, Tobacco
6)Local Police – Town of Evans Scott DeJohn, (Tracy, & Lt. Tom George were on the property but did not enter the home)
As the agents were walking about our home they would call for different people, just as many of us would do if we were building our home. Each having their own specialty. If it was gun related ATF people were ask to review the situation, if it was a question on security, then the Homeland guys were assessing the matter and on and on, it truly was a great display of how the agencies work and all in our home. We could not buy this kind of show anywhere in this world and here we are getting a free demonstration in our home, what more could you ask for!
Why all these agencies and why did they proceed in looking through every inch of our home well it was a
“WITCH HUNT”
The question is who pressured the government to search our home? For what reason? Why would the government send six different agencies to our home with the warrant to search our home to find a passport that our son Shane owned?
When we asked these questions no answer was offered!
Initially the agents did not know were to go in our home, several asked how big our home was and where are all the rooms. The ATF agent asked if we had guns and I old them yes and told them were to go to see them. My wife and I were instructed not leave the living room. The lead agent, which we believe was in charge, acted under the GOVT agency of the DSS, his name, was Roy B. Stillman. He tried to remain polite and professional. On one occasion he accused my wife of over reacting. Chastising her for suggesting that her jewelry was missing. When the agents wanted to search our bedroom my wife asked if she could lock her jewelry cabinet. In addition hang on to a box, which had jewelry in it from her grandmother. Roy B. Stillman was reluctant but agreed that this would be ok. My wife Debbie after having the box in her hand went down stairs to the living room and sat down. She placed the jewelry box on the coffee table and went to get a cup of coffee. When Debbie came back to the coffee table she could not find the jewelry box and was horrified! The agent Roy B. Stillman told her to calm down and was very sure that they would find this box of jewelry when the day is done. Several agents asked her were did she go since having the jewelry box in her hand. I search the area moving very carefully as several FBI agents were watching every move I made, as if I was going to do something. (I wasn’t born last night with 19 officers in my home packing guns what did they think we were going to do)? Anyways I am positive that I searched all areas that Debbie may have gone to in those few minutes Debbie realized the box of jewelry was gone. Not only did I search the area but also so did several others, failing to find the missing jewelry box! About an hour later who do you think found the jewelry box, none other than Roy B. Stillman and he found it right in the area I searched thoroughly with several other agents! Strange that it showed up, but we are thankful it did. And can you believe Roy B. Stillman then found it in his heart to chastise my wife for suggesting that one of his agents may have taken it! Just imagine 19 uninvited people vested and packing guns, come into your home searching every inch of your home and then this Roy B. Stillman scolds you for protecting your property. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE!
During the course of the day much conversation was shared many of the agents were very cordial and conducted themselves as business as usual.
We must add here that Agent Roy B. Stillman finally showed us the warrant and it was very limited in scope. It stated as follows:
United States Passport bearing number 103233184 in the name of SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK (”Buczek”), the badge and “UNITED STATES OF America – Head of State – Diplomat” identification card (or badges and cards), and documents associated with the application for obtaining this badge and card.
The agents executing this warrant are authorized to take photographs of the exterior and interior of 7335 Derby Road, Derby, New York to, among other things, preserve images of from where evidence was found, how it was stored or secreted, and its condition upon its seizure, as well as to document the condition of 7335 Derby Road, Derby, New York before and after the search.
As you can read from the above the agents went well beyond the scope of the warrant. It saddens us greatly that this great nation allows this to happen.
As the day lingered on, with the search continuing in every room of our house, all our drawers, our business papers, our safe, conversation was on going with some of the agents. It appeared to us many in the group could readily see we were not criminals and this was a “witch hunt” orchestrated by someone outside of this agency. Who could that be?
At about 9:30am my wife was becoming frustrated by their presence and asked them to leave. Well of course, agent Roy B. Stillman stated that their job was not done. It appeared they had what they wanted but they mysteriously kept going back to the bedroom were Shane kept most of his belongings. Nothing ever materialized, it was like they were justifying why they needed to stay longer. Each time they went to the room an agent would leave our home and go to their vehicles, then come back in! Finally agent Roy B. Stillman told me they had what they wanted but they needed to get an additional warrant specifying what they were taking. It took almost 4 hours for them to get the warrant. We have no idea what they were doing in our home, for all we know they planted illegal items into our home for future warrants. Now the search goes on for us what they did in our home! As we waited for the 2nd warrant, agent Roy B. Stillman asked me to review what he was taking. He showed me a plastic bag (it was approximately 12 x 20″) and TOLD me what was in the bag and TOLD me to sign a document stating that I had witnessed the items they were taking. I asked if I could review what they were taking and make copies and agent Roy B. Stillman said no we don’t have time for that. Now consider this they stayed an additional 4 hours waiting for the 2nd warrant!
During this time several of them went to lunch in town taking off their vests and guns so they would remain onnominous, I guess that is a good thing considering many in town would be alarmed that they have staked out at the Buczek residence.
When they finally got the second warrant it was 2:15pm, it was faxed to the Evans Police and picked up by agents who were at my property. During our wait agent Roy B. Stillman had me sign an additional form stating that I understood what he was taking. Again I asked if I could review what he was taking and again he told me no. time was of the essence or words to that effect.
The 2nd warrant was as follows:
1. A hanging file folder labeled “Second Passport” and its contents (approximately 100 pages).
2. A “World Passport” containing Shane C. Buczek’s pedigree information and related documents found with it.
3. Receipts and other documents related to the passport for which Shane C. Buczek applied on December 20, 2006, and copies of correspondence to the State Department inquiring about the status of the application.
4. A photocopy of Buczek’s true passport, N0. 103233184.
5. Any envelops and file folders in which these items were found.
This was signed and issued by Judge Kenneth Schroeder, JR.
During the course of the day a lady took pictures before and after of all items viewed and taken by the agents. Bizarre as it seems to us she took pictures of our furniture, walls, ceiling, had a diagram of very room with a list what was in every room. They went into our safe and listed all we had and took pictures of our walking Liberty coins plus our numismatic medallions. She had a list of all items taking photos in each room they searched.
Why they did all this only reinforces my suspicions of our government and the people who run them!
The Constitution was ignored in our home, specifically the 4th amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
If you care to educate yourself on this particular protection we have go to “google” and type in the phrase:
“4th amendment of the US” and learn of your supposed protection from illegal searches!
All agents left at 2: 45 pm on March 6, 2008. What a day and can you believe all for a “PASSPORT” owned by my son Shane!
To add injury to insult, the following day we learned that Detective Bradley DiMartino in the Town of Evans was telling leadership people in the district that the Buczek family was being investigated for money laundering and various other illegal activity! Wow this is very sad. Many in the area are alarmed by the attacks on the Buczek family and have offered to help in stopping these outlandish remarks!
On Friday morning March 7th, 2008 four agents went to my son Caleb’s home in California were Shane was staying. They arrested Shane and took him in to see the judge. The judge did not want to be involved with this case and asked Shane to go back to Buffalo on his own by March 14th to appear before the court and resolve this matter. More on this later.
This is the frist draft of this unbelievable violation of rights and will be edited by us in the ensuing days! It was a long day 8 hours and 45 minutes of having intruders in our home, so much to remember, so much to say, so much to put down on paper! Will the witch hunt continue? Our “APPEAL” before Hon Michael Pietruska is due for an answer March 18th, 2008.
Shane goes to court today March 14th,2008 2pm in the Federal Building. He flew in from California $600 flight.

On local news here in Arizona they featured a story about a man who had killed his daughter and buried her in his backyard, the man had (according to the news report) the largest amount of home made bombs the phoenix police department had ever seen. Then they threw in that he believed in “Government Conspiracy theories” and quickly played a clip of some one saying yeah he was paranoid. Now come on whats the point in throwing in he believed in “Government Conspiracy theories”? unless the media is trying to suggest that all TRUTHers could be possible murderers who have pipe bombs. Its very clear what they are trying to do.

I guess I would be more worried about the fact that your son made false statements on a passport application and used false ID documents in support of the application than that the agents spent a day in your house. Agents could seize my house and I would still be more worried about my son having committed a crime and what that will do to his future.

I have had conversations in differnt blog sites where there were people who claim to be discusted with what is going on and the destruction going on in America and they were out for blood or wanted to cause blood, claiming they were going out and “do something”.
This is one tactic that is used to suck in anyone who “takes them seriously” and what is ironic is everyone in the blog (and virtually any situation now a days) could tell that the person definately “had issues” or was obviously there to trap someone into reacting as they did so “Big Brother” could use the IP address and come knocking at your door.
And they think the general public is wacked out. How did we pass this checkpoint Big Brother?

This article is very insightful, I have noticed on this site that many posters write racist comments mostly against jews, I’m sure this is some kind of plot to get the site either shut down or banned from public networks. It makes sense, I mean it is something that a CIA official could do while off work at home.
What better way to destroy the 9/11 truth movement than to make them look like nazis or whatever. You know how the mainstream media would react to that. All the sheep watching would instantly associate 9/11 truth with being a nazi.
