The global financial crisis could lead to social unrest and even war, the head of the International Monetary Fund warned yesterday.
Dominique Strauss-Kahn said that the billions already pumped into the world economy risked disappearing into thin air unless there is massive reform of the financial sector.
And he dealt a severe blow to Gordon Brown’s plans for another debt-funded Budget giveaway by warning that the money might melt ‘like snow in the sun’.
At a meeting of the International Labour Organisation, Mr Strauss-Kahn warned that the global economic crisis is ‘dire’ with the threat of millions being pushed into poverty.
(ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW)
The managing director of the global financial watchdog went on to warn governments against ploughing yet more fiscal stimulus into their ailing economies. He said: ‘You can put in as much stimulus as you want.
‘It will just melt in the sun as snow if at the same time you are not able to have a generally smaller financial sector than before but a healthy financial sector at work.’
The IMF has called on countries to pump 2 per cent of their gross domestic product into their economies in an attempt to reverse the global downturn.
Of the international situation, Mr Strauss-Kahn added: ‘Bluntly the situation is dire. All this will affect dramatically unemployment and beyond unemployment for many countries it will be at the roots of social unrest, some threat to democracy, and maybe for some cases it can also end in war.’

To better understand the confusion & corruption humanity is going through, it will be beneficial to read the Quran. Read it for yourself and make up your own mind.
Dont be manipulated.
AllahsQuran.com (read & listen to the Quran)
WhatsIslam.com (basics of Islam in audio introduction)
ShareIslam.com (learn about Islam)
ProphetOfIslam.com (who was MUHAMMED? peace be upon him)
BibleIslam.com (who was JESUS? peace be upon him)
IslamsWomen.com (70% of new muslims in the west are women, why?)
God also reveals many scientific facts in the Quran to prove over and over to its authenticity. Some of the revelations are:
-Big-Bang
-Creation & Evolution of Life from Water
-Expanding Universe
-Atomic Structure
-Jeological Formations
-Black Holes
-Astronomical Systems
-Black Matter
QuranMiracles.com (learn about the scientific revelations in Quran)
ScienceIslam.com (learn about the scientific revelations in Quran)
Remember; the oldest original written Quran, dated about 1400 years old, is at Istanbul Museum, Turkey, with many copies of it in the world including one in the British Museum. There are also upto 30 million people in the world who have memorized it whole, cover to cover, word by word by, letter by letter by heart. So it is easy to cross-check anything about Islam.
ChatIslam.com (join free online classes and ask about Islam)
Peace, mercy & blessings of God be upon you all.

Thank you for your commend Sheepish.
I too had primitive knowledge regarding Islam and many of what I knew were negative.
But after researching Islam, I became aware of my ignorance and how I had been fooled.
It does help to go to the core of a matter to understanding, instead of swimming around the periphery of it.
Reading the Quran does help.
I gave plenty of links above, I hope people will make use of them.
Best wishes to you.

This repeated spam makes me wonder how the Quran would have read if Muhammad hadn’t used pages of the autoscript to wipe the smeg from his hog’s schlong after sessions of bestial homoerotic gratification.

I am merely conveying a message of truth.
If you deem it is not valuable, you are free to ignore it.
If you deem it is not right, you are free to not think alike.
There is no compulsion in Islam.
However, truth can only arise if one has a sincere desire and effort to gaining knowledge.
Life is a journey of choices, whatever you choose I wish you the best in this and next life.

Is that because the GM/Chrysler bailout will be used to re-tool for war, just as occurred before WWII??

That is the whole idea about the 9-11 and all the suicide bumping in Israel and other places , those act was organized to make Islam and Muslims look like the evil man that is coming to get you, and thy done very good job of brain washing the people, just to keep them way from the truth message of the last revelation to humanity “the Quran” ,any way it is a choice everyone have to make , but you have to be real careful what to choose, it your self and you success not just in this wold but also in the hereafter that you gambling on, people is so dump to think for there self, they believe what ever the control media want them to believe, “alkida” there is no such of thing.
Wake up people and open you mind to the truth

Thank you for your comment. All the problems discussed in truther websites like here stem from the very same problem……humanity has diverted away from the Will of God.
People are bombarded with mis-information, and truth and false are clouded up to confuse people.
When buying a shoe, a person tries a few pairs and buys the best that s/he feels right with.
When it comes to beliefs, people are ready to be manipulated by what others say instead of researching it for themselves.
Afterall;
Truth can only come from a sincere desire and effort to gain knowledge.
Truth is out there for those wanting it.

People try to make sense of this life. The IMF sure isn’t helping. Maybe that’s why some are looking for answers in religious books. Be sure that the oligarchs will use religion too to confuse people even more.

“Finance crisis ‘could lead to war’, IMF warns”
It may as well, we already got a “war” on everything else, except of course war itself.
With trillions of “dollars” floating around, somebody is being well financed, I assure you.
How many nuclear missiles can 1 trillion dollars procure?
How many biological weapons can 1 trillion dollars procure?
I leave you with a quote from Albert Einstein: “I know not with what weapons Wolrd War III will be fought with, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.”
