Floridans protest Iran war buildup

Hundreds of Florida residents have taken to the streets to protest against the prospect of a United States military strike on Iran.
Up to 500 people from across the state marched from Front Street Park to Melbourne City Hall, chanting ‘Peace, Now’, Florida Today reported on Sunday.
The rally, called Florida’s First Mass March to Stop War on Iran, was similar to a Saturday protest led by Brevard Patriots for Peace.

The protests come amid a wave of demonstrations across the states as concern grows about a war with the Middle Eastern nation.
“We were misled into one war and we don’t want it to happen again… Sitting at home and complaining doesn’t do anything,” said Ray Myers, a demonstrator.
Co-organizer of the event, Jeff Nall also said, ‘This just shows we will not tolerate another war… This shows people are committed to peace and justice.’
Meanwhile, World War II veteran Bud Holle, of Riverview held up a sign that read ‘Honor the Warrior, Not the War’.

Nice sentiment, but wholly ineffectual. Jewish-Soviet tactics are required for success.

Both peaceful protest and direct action serve a purpose, Howard. It’s likely that the peaceful protesters will eventually get a ‘baptism of fire’ in the form of a Kent State type event that will radicalize them into serious Revolutionaries.
The US government and its Brownshirt ‘peace officers’ seem eager to spill some blood, so they will eventually make ‘Terrorists’ out of pacifists.

Iran isn’t a threat to us at all. They have no strategic long range weapons.
Israel, Pakistan and other countries on the other hand, do have nuclear weapons, so they are real National Security threats. They can truly threaten us. But somehow the media consistently and blatantly ignores this.
So, is our U.S. media just total “State Propaganda” or what? These people should be congratulated for trying to get state-controlled Americans to see the truth and not believe these constant spoon-fed lies. So it’s not wholly ineffectual.
